    I came here looking to switch our cellphones from Sprint. When I came in an associate was waiting at the door to check me in. Simon was the person who helped me with my transactions, and Sara, the store manager came to assist. I ended up switching 4 lines or numbers to Verizon. Based on my experience today, I was very pleased- costumer service was up to par. It's a little more expensive than what I am currently paying with Sprint, but we will see if the service/ towers work better. The place was clean, organized and there's plenty of associates to help costumers to their needs.

    Verizon chat representative's lies

    If you are a new customer they are great but existing customers they do not care about! I have had the worse experience not only physically in their store but also dealing with Verizon phone and chat support. I purchased a iPhone 11 Pro via online, I've been a customer for over 2 years and they advertised 20.00 month for iPhone 11 Pro ( catch only for new customers) ok, ok... so via chat the representative tells me if I upgrade etc (see photos of actual chat below) that I would qualify for $350.00 off this phone and that I wouldn't have to trade in my old phone. Well that was a lie. The discount to $33.?? a month was a lie, the store had a million excuses as to why my paid for phone was not available giving me the run around and same with the phone representative. Who gave me a fake number for the Florence location when I tried to call them direct.

    What great service. Went in to review my bill and learned that I qualified for a new phone. Also upgraded my minutes. Matthew went above and beyond. Another clerk held the door open as we left and wished us a great day

He said no, this is the way it's supposed to be hooked up. So it took me literally 5 minutes to sign on and then every time I wanted to do anything after that, like watch a video? LOL the little hourglass would show up. I called them, I said I'm bringing it back. I don't like it. When I brought it back, the man said this is nothing more than dial up. This is really slow. Why did you order that? I said I didn't. I said the person that took my order ordered this. I didn't tell them I wanted this. He said. Yeah, that figures it happens all the time. He said it's a language barrier. Yeah, isn't that strange. Why do we have a language barrier? I live in the same country I was born in. People here should understand what I'm saying. Maybe it's because they're not here, they're somewhere else. What do you think? To add insult to injury, they sent me a bill for $125. I called them and told them I wasn't going to pay it and why, they said, Oh yeah, that's fine. And they took it off. Never again. By the way, this company is now known as AltaFiber.

    You know they must be a good company when I'm giving them 5 stars while I'm experiencing a problem…read more I've been experiencing a cable outage most of the morning, but Insight's customer service reps are so stinkin' nice and knowledgeable, I'm not even mad about it! They really seem to know what they're talking about, gave me an approximate time as to when I should be up and running, and gave me a direct # (that's right, direct) to call the same rep back if I was still having issues past the time they gave me. In addition, all should know that this is not the first time I've received exceptional customer service from Insight. In the last 10 years I've had them, every time I call, whether it's for an issue, or just to change something on my account, every single rep has been helpful and nice as can be. P.S. By the time I finished writing this review, my cable was back on.

    Having never used another cable company, I don't really have a point of comparison. However, I've…read morenever had any major problems with my cable or high-speed internet service. Basic cable and high speed internet run about $70 per month, including taxes and fees. I must say that my high speed connection is really fast and my cable television has only gone out less than a handful of times over many years. Whenever I've need to call customer service for a problem, the person on the other line was usually very helpful and resolved my issue satisfactorily. Customer service for cable is open until late in the evening, while internet customer service is available 24 hours; I'm pretty sure both are based in the United States.
