The woman behind the counter informed me that they did not have a blank that they could use for me key. I definitely don't hold that against them - no other businesses in the area did either... that's not my issue. I would definitely love to come to a business like this rather than going to a big chain like Ace hardware, but honestly... the customer service was warm and friendly at Ace. Even when I said "thank you for your help" at the end, I was answered with a cold and short "yep." Maybe this was just an off-day, we all have those. But some good old fashioned friendly customer service could go a long way to make any experience here a little better.
