Naturally the process started after getting into a new residence with a different key for every lock. Naturally, I came to Yelp for searching/researching for a solution. I received two replies from my initial inquiry. One with the preverbal "call us" and then there was The Flying Locksmith. They gave me an estimate and contact info if I wanted to schedule. How simple... right? I called and spoke with a representative who recapped what I had inquired about online and booked an appointment. The morning of my appointment the technician called to advise me of his arrival time and made it on the mark. After a brief introduction he started rekeying my locks. Everything he needed was in his van. None of this "I need to go back to the shop stuff" and in about an hour he was done. Very friendly and informative experience including discovering a lock I had not even thought about! All told I spent about $140 and well worth the investment. I would DEFINITELY recommend!!
