I had one instance this past year where my system was "offline" for three days without a call from them. My battery went bad and when I called to question the individual knew nothing of a battery and wanted to initiate a costly service call. -Customer service is dismal and scripted. -Service is overpriced and continually rising. -apparently the company is so compartmented that notes on bills, calls to customer service and calls for cancellation of services are not integrated. Now I'm talking real old. This thing still had a dial for changing channels! They fixed it up in no time flat! I think it just needed a new tube or something...I don't know the lingo! You can buy speakers, flat screen TVs, HDTVs, home lighting systems, sound systems, and even some furniture! I think this is a great example of a company that has successfully altered it's products and services to go with the changes in technology.
