I had one instance this past year where my system was "offline" for three days without a call from them. My battery went bad and when I called to question the individual knew nothing of a battery and wanted to initiate a costly service call. -Customer service is dismal and scripted. -Service is overpriced and continually rising. -apparently the company is so compartmented that notes on bills, calls to customer service and calls for cancellation of services are not integrated. I was able to get a service appointment quickly and at a convenient time. Ron Schmidt arrived when he said he would and performed all the service in less than 30 minutes from his arrival. The new seal should keep out small critters - and probably large bugs, and the garage door is much quieter now when it goes up and down.

It did this all night long to no avail! Being without a computer drove my wife to near insanity!! We got her an appointment at one supposed computer repair place in Florence and said it was $99 to diagnose the problem and additional $$$ to fix it and it would take 2-3 days!!! My wife blew a gasket! I suggested we go to CPR and see what they could do. CPR had fixed my Iphone sometime back, and they had repaired it in an hour for about $50 and I suggested we give them a try. We went to CPR, and discussed the problem with a really nice, polite and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE young man named Adam and asked him if he could solve the problem and also install an additional 8 GB RAM card that we had purchased previous to this disaster. He went to great detail about ways to deal with the Windows problem and what he would have to do. He said he would also install the Ram card, and said he would try to have it done the same day! Well, at 4:00pm, he called my wife and said it was finished. He explained that the windows had been corrupted, he cleaned the mechanical hard drive, reloaded Windows, placed the boot sector on the SSD drive so it would boot faster, and installed the RAM card. Then he explained, in plain English, to my wife how to restart her computer, connect to our wi-fi and get her up and running!!! And the charge was about $90!!!! I thought my wife was going to propose to Adam on the spot! Adam couldn't have been any nicer or more competent!!! CPR has NEVER let us down and I highly recommend them for your computer or cell phone repairs!!!

I spoke with a representative of The Flying Locksmiths promptly. I explained that I thought I needed new locks on several exterior doors. When he questioned why I needed new locks, he told me he could simply rekey the current locks - which would save me time and money. Mike came out two days later, showed me how he would change the lock with a new key and within no time at all, all three of my entry doors were changed and he made 7 keys for me as well. I went to a different locksmith who estimated cheaper, and they fixed the problem in under a minute. Mr. B used a remote for a Honda civic, when I had an accord. When the back of the remote was inspected, it was found to be a bootleg FC code. This is a SCAM. Dude is out here plugging temp remotes for civics in Honda accord fobs and charging full price. He knew exactly what he was doing, that's exactly why he refused to try again or replace. BEWARE
