Anyway fast forward almost a month and I'm back home and wanted to exchange it for a s22 ultra. Tried going to a corporate store initially and surprisingly they couldn't do anything for me. So that's wasted trip #1. They point me to this location and I go in and explain what I'm trying to do,they don't have what I want in stock...surprisingly....wasted trip #2. They say it'll will be there Tuesday, so Tuesday comes and it's getting late in the day and I've not heard from them. I call the store,or so I thought. It was a call center that had no idea what I was talking about. They set me up an appointment the following day, no problem. I go in explain what's what's going on yet again, they say the phone isn't there and they don't know why someone gave me the appointment. Wasted trip #3. 1 hr later I get a call saying the phone is there, so I head back over only to be told they cannot do the exchange without the CARDBOARD box the fold came in. Wasted trip #4. So I go home get the box and return to the store AGAIN. Finally am able to do the exchange. For context 1 round trip from home to that store is a 1 hr drive. Needless to say I won't be going to that store ever again. Corporate stores only going forward.

This business scammed me by charging me for an unauthorized service and then demanded payment for…read morework that I never gave the okay for. They also never asked me what the issue was that I was having and assumed very incorrectly about prior damage that had occurred more than a year prior. My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer. They also won't refund me the money! So now I have to buy new monitors which is more than $150 on top of the forced cleaning fees! Unbelievable! This is shady business and they shouldn't be allowed to keep scamming people. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought this was only a misunderstanding, I reached out very kindly to explain all of this and ask for my money back. They only ignore me like I don't exist anymore. Of course, because he knows he scammed me!

Have had several visits to them in which I was really expecting something bad, but each time I've come away with fully functioning equipment at a very acceptable price.
