Frontier has been the best internet service company that Ive been with by far! I have a 2 gig…read moreinternet plan for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom floor plan. I noticed my bill went up $15.00 and reached out to Frontier and spoke with Tanasha. She was so wonderful and I had such a great customer service experience with her. Tanasha helped me receive a far lower price than I have before. Thank you for being awesome! I recommend going to Frontier any time especially if your area services this company.

1/5 -- Extremely frustrating experience…read more My Frontier internet went down around 1 PM and has now been out for over 9 hours. I work from home, so this outage caused me to lose 4 hours of PTO and I may now have to drive into the office tomorrow because my service still isn't working. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accurate communication. I tried contacting support and waited forever without getting connected to anyone. I also tried their outage text service and received no useful response. Then, when I finally got Frontier's online outage checker to work, it told me "Outage resolved in your area" with a resolution time of 12:00 AM on August 20 -- even though my internet didn't go out until approximately 1 PM on August 20 and it is STILL not working. I understand that outages happen. What I don't understand is leaving customers without service for hours while providing inaccurate information and making it incredibly difficult to get an actual update or speak with someone. For a service that people rely on to work from home, this has been incredibly disappointing. Frontier needs to do a much better job communicating with customers during outages and providing accurate restoration information.

AT&T Internet - The mess that was left after digging up my lawn. No sod replaced, 2 sprinkler heads still buried, and won't take responsibility.

Having recently had a bad experience with AT&T Digital Life, so bad to the point that we decided to go with ADT instead, I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled to have AT&T prove their high standards and professionalism with Teerohn in regards to the U-verse product installation. He explained what he was doing throughout the process, he communicated effectively and efficiently, we had a few laughs, and he worked really, really hard. After the hours of setup followed by testing, he then walked us through the devices and the setup, as well as making sure that all our needs had been met in regards to placement in the home. Thank you for all your hard work, your professionalism, and for making sure that we had internet on day one of the move-in. Teerohn, you are a credit to your company. If everyone had an installer as great as you, maybe some of these 1 stars would move to 4 or 5. Thank you. Evan and Carl

I live in an apartment complex that is prewired with fiber cable. AT&T replaced the previous…read moreinternet service about 2 months ago. My installation was done on the first day available. There was a small glitch when the service was disrupted in the first 24 hours but it was quickly fixed. The problem I am having now, is that I have moved into a larger apartment in the same complex. Unfortunately, AT&T made me make an appointment for a technician to do an installation today, September 18, 2026 between 8:00a.m. and 9:00 a.m. I waited and heard nothing from AT&T. So I I called them at 10:45 and after about 30 minutes on the phone, I was informed I had cancelled the appointment. My account page on AT&T's web page shows the appointment is still open. Now I have to wait 4 more days to try to get Internet installed. BTW, I am paying for internet service through my apartment even though there is NO service. Lesson learned: CALL AT&T every day to confirm you still have an appointment, otherwise, they might just cancel it for you. If I could get another service and NOT be paying for AT&T's poor tech service, I would switch in a heartbeat. Now I need to write a review on my apartment web site saying how useless AT&T Internet service is.

North Texas Fiber - The box going into my house. And you said the job was done? The conduit is not completed.

To start, the internet they provided for me in Sherman TX, was excellent. 2 gigs up/2 gigs…read moredown....crazy fast. Never once had an outage in the roughly 10 months that i had the service, so I never had a need to call about anything service or outage related. Excellent product. When I signed up for NT Fiber, it was the only option allowed in Sherman Park Village, a then brand new apartment complex in Sherman TX. I would have liked to stay with Sparklight, since I'd been doing business with them for over a decade at that point. When I signed up I was told that I could receive a bill in the mail and send a check as payment each month, as I preferred. That turned out to be untrue. After the first month or so when I received an email about nonpayment, it turned out they had to have a card on file, and charge it each month. Not the end of the world, just not what I was told. I bought my first home about a week ago, and got moved in this past weekend. I opted to go with Sparklight instead of NT Fiber. I started calling yesterday, the 23rd of March 2026, at about 9:18 a.m. I just got a call back today the 24th of March 2026, at about 2 p.m. I probably called 30 times or more, trying to get someone on the line to cancel my service. Left multiple messages. At 12:19 today I sent an email, detailing how many times I'd called, and asking for my service to be cancelled. About 1.5 hours later, I got a 1 word response from a Bobby with NT Fiber. "cancelled" I was going to flame the company pretty hard about that, but about 15 minutes later I got a phone call from a Rachel, with NT Fiber. She was perfectly pleasant, relayed that my service had been cancelled, and all payments stopped, and thanked me for being a customer. I told her I had been seconds away from a nasty review, and that a Bobby had left a single word response to my email. She told me that a stomach virus, or something like it, had torn up their office and that they were on a skeleton crew. Understandable. I'm leaving a 3 star review. It's not a 1 star because Rachel called me and was polite and professional, and overall the experience was pretty good with the company, and in my case at least, the product was phenomenal. It's not a 5 star, because it took me over 24 hours, 30+ phone calls, and 1 email to get a response from a company whose hours are listed as 24 hours a day. And I feel I was intentionally misled about the billing process at the start, back in June of last year. Hope this review helps someone.
