    Do you want a phone? This IS NOT the place for you. Only ONE employee is helping anyone. Everyone else is chatting amongst themselves behind the counter. We waited and waited and waited.....only to told every single phone we looked out was out of stock, but they could ship it to us? I only get a new phone when forced to by the current one not working. I need a phone NOW. That's not possible here. Nothing like going to a store filled with what you need and leaving empty handed. The lack of seating is despicable for the wait times. The staff is encouraging people to leave and come back hours later. Um, we all have things to do. This is disrespectful of people's time in a big way! Avoid at all costs!!! Perhaps other Verizon's sell phones...

    When you think of smart phones, 4G LTE network's, droids, Apple and the places you go to purchase these products and services, you may come up with the Verizon retail store as an option. Should you decide to go to Verizon for these products or services, you will be highly disappointed. They clearly do not know how to operate a brick and mortar retail operation. When you walk into the store on a weekday evening, you'll find the store to be contemporary, clean and certainly appealing; however, they are not prepared to service the customer. Every person that walks in the door is put in the queue. There is no assistance until it is your turn. That means if you're like me, and you came into do a quick transaction and purchase a phone case, you have to wait 30 minutes. There are no cashiers. Based on the disorganized lack of service, it's easy to justify a one star rating. They are not prepared to do business at retail. Steer clear of Verizon retail stores if you can. They are not excited to make the sale. Salute!

    I had my broken screen replaced and power button "fixed" while visiting Utah. A week after having…read morethis work completed, my screen kept going black. I called the staff at tricked out, or fix a phone, who's solution was to ship my phone back. I informed them that this was not an option, as I am a mom, and we do not have a home phone. Oh, the power button "fix" never took, either. I ended up taking my phone to a local spot in sf, who diagnosed the problem as a faulty screen. They replaced the screen, AND charged just $90 as opposed to the $159 I paid for fix a phone to install a faulty one. I spoke with manager Robbie, who agreed that he would refund my money for their faulty work. I mailed the screen back two weeks ago, and have called and emailed multiple times. Each time, Robbie has said he will talk to his manager and get back to me. So, I spoke with said manager today. Wow. First, he stated that he "just heard about this matter" when I have been calling for weeks. He would not let me speak, kept interrupting me, and said he would not agree to the terms previously promised. So, they have their faulty screen in their hands now, and still refuse a refund. What shady business operators. Please avoid this place. They are overpriced, do terrible work, and have absolutely no concept of customer service.

    It has been a very long time since I have had a customer service experience that left me saying…read more"Wow!" Fix-a-phone in Cottonwood seriously exceeded my expectations in every way. They are very affordable, but even more importantly they were fast, and did everything I could have hoped for and a little bit extra. There were a couple of hardware problems that required me making multiple trips back to their store, which normally would be aggravating, but these guys handled it so well and were so cool with me (not to mention the perks and extras that they threw in) that I would gladly do it all over again. Tony especially was awesome to work with. Cheerful, detail oriented, and a man of his word. I can't say enough good about these guys. I would gladly drive past 10 of their competitors to do business with them again. I hope I don't break any touchscreens anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Thank you Tony, and thank you Fix-a-Phone!
