    On a visit to Dallas, my friend's phone began to tell her it was stolen. While she was able to make…read morean appointment online, she opted to walk in for service. The store was packed and there were more than enough employees on the floor to assist us. After a brief wait, they ran a diagnostic and discovered her front-facing camera had been broken. After getting an estimate, we opted to order it online, using my military discount. We drove across town to another Apple Store to pick up the phone that evening. Service was night and day. Instead of assisting her in setting up her phone, the rep sat at the table and made her do it herself. She got stuck several times and we ended up having to leave before she was finished. This was very important because the last step is to wipe the old phone and it requires facial recognition. Due to the broken camera, she could not provide that so we opted to return to the Knox St Apple Store to complete wiping the old phone. We just used the appointment she made the day before. This time service was even better. They treated her like a valued customer and not an inconvenience as we experienced in the other store. Given the choice for whatever our Apple needs, we would return to this store.

The older gentleman helping us was rude and dismissive the entire time. We asked multiple times if we could set up the new phone in-store before trading in the old one, just in case we ran into issues. He kept insisting we "do it at home" because they closed in an hour and backing up the phone would take 30-40 minutes. The third time we asked, he responded in a passive-aggressive tone, "Do you have Wi-Fi at home? Then do it at home." Well, when I got home, I immediately ran into problems exactly like we were worried about. My new phone hadn't been fully transferred yet, so I couldn't receive the verification text needed to access my iCloud. What should've been a simple setup turned into a huge headache and hours of jumping through hoops. A little patience and basic customer service could've avoided all of this. That guy is lucky I didn't catch his name or else I would have name dropped him on this review. Very disappointing experience, especially considering we were purchasing a brand-new phone and case coming close to spending $1,000. I would not recommend this location AT ALL.

    I signed up for 5G Home Internet and canceled within 2 weeks. After cancellation and receiving my…read morefinal bill, I could no longer access my account online or through their app. It takes finagling and going through other departments to actually speak with someone when you do not have your mobile phone and account number assignment for the home internet, which you can no longer access since you can no longer login. I am being charged over $400 for one of the "FREE" offerings at sign up and after finally reaching them the first time they told me to call them back after a specified number of days to get a credit applied. I was able to get through after again jumping through hoops to get through the automated phone system and again asked to call back after a specified number of days. I spent 45 minutes, talking to 3 different departments, and still have not been able to be transferred to the correct department. It boggles my mind that employees actually make these decision on processes and systems for their company, go through development, testing and implementation. These people are actually getting paid to make mistakes and apparently do nothing to resolve or make their servicing better. Unbelievable. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    I really wish I could put a negative star, I switched from AT&T to Verizon back in July of 2024…read more They had a promotion when you sign up as a new customer, you'll get a 65inch TV. I got three lines and internet when I joined Verizon. Let's just say it is now October 5th, 2024, and I still don't have my TV. l've contacted them 4 times in between July- October and each one stated they will put in a form to have a supervisor reach out to me and get his resolved as soon as possible, NO ONE HAS DONE SO. I too have seen that others had the same issues regarding this promotion. Verizon seriously need to make this right and get me my TV or comp off an entire month bill for the headache, the lies they promoted and inconveniences that they have caused me. I didn't have time to go driving to stores and spend unnecessary time looking for parking spots and then waiting online so I just did the Instacart thing and ordered from every place I needed to and everything kind of arrived at the same time while I had spent time in the gym you know what I'm saying? So my niece and her husband from New York are coming for Easter and my nephew, her brother that lives here in Dallas with me he's coming as well so I told the kids I was not gonna make them Easter baskets. They're grown adults for crying out loud, but I did tell them I was gonna have a little Candy Bar upscale, you know with my beautiful crystal champagne glasses filled with jelly beans and other shaped glassware filled with See's Candy foil wrapped eggs, and other things that I could remember that are Easter faire- so the kids said to me, but auntie Marie is there not gonna be any peeps? Peeps like the little yellow chicken things? Yes auntie Mary and we like the blue ones too! lol so I was on a quest to find these dang blue and yellow chicken peeps mind you they didn't want the pink bunnies because they said the bunnies don't go peep only the chickens, so InstaCart and Target came to the rescue. I did find them and they are secured safely in my cupboard. Lol so if there's something specific that's got your taste buds for an nostalgic Easter check out Instacart first even if you want to go to the store in person it will tell you if it's available at the store that you wanna go to to save you some time and travel
