Katy and her team are friendly and willing to do what it takes to get your web-based business off the ground or revamp a website you already have. They can also help you create apps and help get them to reach your target market! More business and more traffic means more money! I hang out with them often and though I don't pretend to know what they are talking about half the time, I do know enough to understand that quality is of very high importance to them. I have other friends who work at tech companies and their conversations center around how "fast" they can get projects done so they can go home early and still make a profit. At Siren, they are motivated entirely differently. They are always challenging one another on what the BEST way to get something done is. They throw parties to celebrate a job well done for their clients. The most recent parties I was invited to were for to congratulate the team on finishing a project with extra features that weren't in the original budget and for breaking records on getting clients extra awesome search engine results without being asked. I often hang out with them while they are burning midnight oil and never hear them complain that they are putting in extra hours to make sure something is done RIGHT and still getting done on time. They are good at their job, but the reason for my review is that I see a side of them that most people do not see, and I admire how much they actually care about the projects they work on.
