Giving this business even one star is difficult. If I could give zero stars I would. This is not a corporate Verizon store. The employee that I spoke to was the manager's brother, and his name is Johnny. I was referred to this location by a corporate Verizon store to obtain a copy of my contract. While explaining to him my phone was stolen, he completely ignored me while he was on his personal cell phone. I needed an explanation as to why Verizon was charging me over $500 to upgrade my phone when the phone was paid for outright. He could not explain this to me, it's simple math, and told me it was not his problem I am so stupid that I didn't understand his explanation. He refused to print out a copy of my contract as well. This behavior is outrageous. His brother who again, is his manager stood by and let him disrespect me. He could not explain how the math worked out, because I paid cash for the phone. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. This isn't the first time I have had issues with Verizon trying to get away with bogus charges. read more

They charge me extra fees and keep delaying the refund and avoid answering my call. Two months ago, I went there to buy iPhone 13 Pro Max. They charged me Device Setup Fee $35, which they shouldn't because they didn't help me "set up" device. I initially thought it was activation fee, which is common in Verizon, and that's why I signed and paid. But then Verizon online charged me another $35 for activation. That's when I realized the "Device Setup Fee" is illegitimate. I called the store and the manager admitted (emphasis) that he didn't help me set up device and transferred data from my old phone to the new phone. He agreed to refund, but it took a long long long process. Even until today, they still haven't refunded me. Later on, when I called the store manager to follow up, my call always went straight to the voicemail. When I called the store, they always said the store manager was not at the store. When finally I caught the manager on-site, he said that he had already done his part, he cannot do anything further. It has been two months, and trust me, I have been following up with them every week. The $35 device setup fee was not even worth the effort, but I was so pissed off, because they keep avoiding me, treating me like a fool. Plus, their professional skills were at doubt, as well. I traded in an old phone because I wanted to take advantage of Verizon $800 trade in credit. But they processed my trade-in in a wrong way, my bill in the end shows a $100 or so credit. I had to call Verizon Official to explain and ask them to help me correct it. It was my fault that I didn't recognize this store as a third party store. My advice: always go to Verizon store. Never go to a third party store. They don't care about customer feedback. They only want one-time business. read more

This store is only interested in selling new phones every time I've gone there they talked me into buying new equipment. Yesterday I needed to have my phone # u blocked from my wife's phone. The salesman noted that I was paying to much monthly and offered a way to reduce my monthly payments, by changing out my existing phone for a new one. He stated that changing phone my monthly bill would be $57 cheaper per month. Now I owe Verizon $1450 for phones instead of $500. Years before I got talked into a free tablet that ended up costing me set up fees and monthly service charges. Buyer beware. read more

I initially went in to replace my cheap phone cover I purchased at a different Verizon Wireless store. The salesman there Mark Cox showed me a better cover call Black Ice Liquid Edition that he said was much better than I previously had. Boy was I amazed! The Black Ice was so clear and shiny it appeared that there was nothing there. It was so shiny and glassy and it worked 10 times better than the previous cheap cover that I paid $60 for at a previous store. He also showed me a Galaxy Watch that did not cost me anything due to a special promotion that they were running there and also lowered my overall phone bill. I spent at least 2 hours or so but it went by so smoothly and enjoyable that I actually lost track of time. Keep up the great work there Cellular Sales. Kudos to Mark Cox as well. I will be back if I need anything else even it is a further drive than I would normally make from East Plano. read more

Went to this location to purchase a charger with a credit we were issued over the phone through their customer service. It was on a Saturday and was told I can only redeem this M-F from 9-6. Those hours are inconvenient due to work, but we were offered no solution. No supervisor or manager was available to resolve this and that's the most irritating part of this company, which by the way, is NOT A VERIZON LOCATION. The name is actually Cellular Sales and they do not operate in the same manner of Verizon. Be careful, you will be charged additional fees and receive the worst customer service. read more

Don't go there! They signed me up for a protection plan after I declined it. Charged an upgrade fee I was never told about. It is a nightmare trying to get verizon to credit back my account. Then they signed me up for all these trial apps that are going to charge me in the future unknowlingly. Dishonest and deceptive~ I would not have shopped there if I had understood the difference in a Verizon store and an authorized dealer. Live and learn. Still fighting with Verizon over the mistake. I just found out after hours of dealing with Verizon, that this sales person back dated the protection plan on my account. I denied that protection plan and yet he signed me up and "back dated" the coverage. I've written them up with verizon. read more

Beyond angry!!!! I called in advance to ask about switching to Verizon and the buy out deal. I told the girl that I had already talked to AT&T and they would only give me what the phone was worth. (I still owe $540 and AT&T was going to give me like $400. I didn't want to do that because I didn't have the money saved up right at that moment). So, the whole point was she told me they offer up to $650 and since I owed under that, there would be no problem. Excited, I then ended up going in, signing up, and also paying for taxes/ "fees" of like $98. (I forgot to mention I already had a fairly new lgv20 with my old company, but since I switched I had to get another lgv20 through them... That's of course fine, she just failed to mention I would be paying for the taxes/fees of $98 on the spot. I get it... I just bought the last phone and did the same thing, but like I said she failed to mention that. I mean good thing I had the money on me at the time. And so now I am technically out about $250 for taxes/fees total from both phone companies for the same damn phone technically and all to switch service.) My mom happened to be with me and we specifically asked if I didn't like the service can I take it back. (the whole pt of changing was that I wasn't getting great internet service at wk). She said and I "its no problem you have 14 days to get a FULL RETURN!!!" Well it turned out when I talked to customer service they also only do it by trade in value with a visa gift card and then give you verizon credit for the rest. so I was going to get like $400 for the phone and $175 Verizon credit. That would be great in all if I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for my other service the difference of about $250+... Which I can't afford right now!! This was what we specifically asked and why we specifically asked! I decided to return the phone. Come to find out this store isn't even a corporate store and the corporate stores couldn't help me. This very nice girl at another location refunds me $55 of the $98 and said that $40 was nonrefundable for some programming or something! I look down at the receipt... Sure enough it says that. I didn't look at the receipt at the time of purchase because we ASKED her! The girl ends up calling the sales woman and of course she says she never said that I would be able to get a full refund. She Just straight up lied. So, the girl couldn't do anything on her end. It was basically her word against ours. BS. This isn't just about $43... Its about the inconvenience. I wouldn't have switched until I had the money saved up. I mean, I didn't go with AT&T for this exact reason. This is all just wrong! I will say that Verizon customer service is amazing and have been so helpful, but I would stay far from here and the misleading information that some of the sales reps give. Go to a real Verizon store... They might actually know what they're talking about. read more

Very unhappy with this Location right now. I bought a phone on April 10th and had a 14 day option to return my phone. He told me today was 15 days , which is incorrect. DON'T GO HERE! I was a loyal customer for 12 years and returned recently to upgrade my phone when my screen stopped working. Long story short, Salomon "helped" me. After bringing 4 phones out and puttingvery2 in a drawer, he showed me the two most $$$$. It was like pulling teeth, slowly, to have him show me one by one the other two. Then he told me a discount on a certain phone ended that day AND wasn't available online at Verizon. I was also told taxes and fees would be about $10. I paid approximately $120 in taxes and fees. I wasn't made aware of until I looked at my receipt in the car. Upon leaving, I had to ask for my receipt when it wasn't offered to me. Feeling like things felt a little shady, I looked up the phone on Verizon.com at home. I found the same sale price online (for the next 45+ days) w/o ANY fees (even waiving upgrade fee)! I returned the phone less than 2 hours after purchase and was told fees were nonrefundable. After arguing, I was partially refunded, but told one "aircard installation" fee could not be refunded. He gave me his "supervisors" number (who I learned was actually a coworker - Edgar - to call regarding receiving a refund on this additional fee. I talked to him and he said he would refund it. Obviously that didn't happen. Only when I spoke to their HQ/customer service in TN was it eventually researched and refunded, even though Sales Rep told HQ I said I 'wanted him to keep the fee'! I lost track of how many lies we're told. I learned through Verizon customer service that the store near Plano Parkway/75 is a true/direct Verizon store (not an "authorized retailer") - try that one or call Verizon customer service for one close to you. read more
