This verizon location is absolutely by far one of the nicest ones I've been to. It's a new store the old radio shack used to be in this spot. The owners did an awesome job with the renovations on this place. It looks great. If you need anything I highly recommend this location over any of the ones nearby. The have a very great and helpful staff. If you come here anyone can help you quickly even if you have any questions. But I would ask for Ish or the manager Dean. I'm getting to know the owner as well. If you know me you know how I like to deal with ownership as much as I can especially since I'm a business owner myself. In my opinion you just get that extra touch of service dealing with them. So needless to say I have found my new Verizon wireless store. I am looking forward to doing lots of business with these guys and also sending my friends and family here. I've been to the one in Massapequa a lot of time it just seemed to take forever there. Their is always a wait and since I'm always on the go I don't usually have 30 mins to an hour to waste. I have already recommended people here and they all love it and had great experiences. The selection and value are typical for verizon prices. The service however is literally TERRIBLE! I do not recommend especially if you don't want to be assisted by a rude young women in the front who decided to say the lords name in vein. read more

Do not pass go. Do not go in. Run..fast unless you're paying a bill they are liars and can not be trusted.

Avoid this place like the plague. My mother had to upgrade her phone to go off the retiring 3G network. She received a choice of two phones from Verizon for free. Of course being elderly, they upgraded her to a $160 phone and added $4/mo. to the bill. On top of that, they added the most expensive "protection plan" offered WITHOUT telling her. She couldn't understand why the bill went up $20/mo. I looked into and found this information, which the protection plan has since been removed. I spoke with the clerk the same day she was there and he mentioned nothing to me about a protection plan and informed me (the account holder) the bill would go up $1 per month. Unfortunately, since this is only an authorized retailer and not a Verizon Wireless Corporate Store, they get away with this stuff. A VZW employee would have been fired for making unauthorized changes to a customer's account without their knowledge. Verizon Wireless shouldn't permit this retailer to do business under their corporate name. It gives them a terrible reputation. read more

Walked in intending to purchase a new iPhone since mine is old and dies quickly. I was not greeted, which, ok, they were with customers. After 10 minutes 2 people who came in after me were helped and I still was not. Pretty terrible considering I was a sure sale. Do not recommend. read more

I decided to visit this local authorized dealer instead of an actual Verizon store because the wait is always very long. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in on a Sunday afternoon and be helped right away! I needed 2 new phones and did some research online before coming to the store. Ish was so helpful, knowledgeable and nice. He actually drew a diagram of how to buy new phones and save money on my plan! He showed me the best options, went over my current plan and offered specials without being pushy. Ish answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I walked out as an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend this location to all. read more

This store lists used phones on craigslist. This review relates to that alone. I have no idea how honestly or competently they sell and service new phones or accounts. Their craigslist business is your standard bait and switch. They show pictures of a pristine iphone describing it as in excellent condition. What they really sell you is a refurbished lemon. I went there to buy a mint looking iphone 6 for $225 and walked out with a cosmetically damaged one for $200. That's fine. I can live with dents and dings. The problem is the internals. I don't know if they're refurbishing phones themselves or sending them out but they're selling non functional garbage. Their shoddy workmanship means you get a phone with loose connections inside that'll hold a cellular signal for a few days before it just craps out you. I'm tech savvy and capable of basic trouble shooting. I'm some anonymous shlub on the internet so maybe I'm full of it, but beware their craigslist offerings. To be fair they did refund my money but it took a bit of arguing to get them to waive a $35 restocking fee. Restocking fees are fine if you're returning something because you don't want it but not if it's a lemon. They get two stars because I eventually got my money back. read more
