Verizon dose not work in Bend you can't load stuff it has gotten worse and worse year after year I just switch to AT&T and it is amazing in Bend and surrounding areas I recommend going to AT&T if you are having issue with verizon read more

Unfortunately I only go into the store when I brake my phone. The staff at Verizon especially the blond hair young lady ( who I forgot to get her name July 23,2015) were very helpful. I needed to get my phone up and running because I was on call for work. The young lady promised a new phone overnight. It was delivered to my front door by Fed X. I didn't believe that would happen but it did. She also suggested to have my information backed up to iCloud. I was so stressed out I couldn't remember my password so she had it emailed it to my account and I could get on with my business. I really appreciated the help I received from the Verizon Bend store. The General manager even stepped in and helped out. This grandma isn't too technical savvy but I'm truly grateful. read more

Please don't ever go to this store. The employees including the managers have no inkling of knowledge when it comes to the phones unless it has to do with them selling and getting commission off of them. They made us call tech support from their store to talk about our issue and we stood there on the phone for TWO HOURS and while the employees walked away to sell phones and left us alone to deal with our phone issue and it was still NOT resolved. We hung up, no one helped at all (in-store and on the phone), while the manager opened the doors for us with a sly look on his face proceeding to not responding to us when we said we didn't get any help at all and we were very displeased. He continued to shut the door and tell us that he had no idea what we were talking about. read more

Let's be real. No one likes going to the phone store, no matter the provider. Its a chore, and you'll never know the chances of getting a good representative that has basic politeness and customer service skills before walking in the door. I've had my fair share of unpleasant experiences at this location specifically, even in the last 6 months. But the other day, every person I encountered was kind and patient. More specifically, Tana (sp?)! She went above and beyond to take care of me and I walked out those doors, new phone in hand, as one seriously happy customer! Horrific customer service. The sales people are on commission and act like it. Terrible.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My daughter's phone is 7 months old and it simply quit working this week. The Verizon Store in Bend would not even let us in the store to discuss helping us get it replaced. While the young lady who helped us was very polite and professional, it was VERY clear to me that her directive by Verizon in this situation is to do everything possible to just get rid of us. I have approximately 16 active phones through this location and we buy a LOT of phones. They were willing to sell us the phone, the extra insurance as well as many other phone and a service plan for approximately 16 phones but they basically refuse to help customers when is comes to actually helping when a problem arises. It just does not seem right to me. Ultimately, we were referred to the disastrous resource known as "611". It took us 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone to get absolutely NO resolution as it relates to getting her phone replaced. Basically, we need to turn off the "find my Iphone" app on her phone before they can initiate the process of replacing the phone. The problem is that there is a 2 process verification process that needs to be followed to do this on the website where they send a code to her phone that does NOT work. We cannot get the code from her phone to complete the verification process so we are currently at an 100% roadblock. The person on 611 that I spoke with took my number and then e-mailed me so that I could let him know when we got the "find my iphone" turned off. Here is his e-mail, "Hello Scott, Once the find my iphone function has been temporarily disabled then please let me know and provide a good call back number to reach you back immediately". I e-mailed him yesterday afternoon and again this morning with both my wife's phone number and my phone both times and he has still not called me back. I have called 611 twice today and both times I have been on hold for an extended period of time before my calls were dropped. Verizon has the best cel phone coverage and that is the ONLY reason I stick with them because their customer service is an absolute disaster. It is almost unbelievable how such a large company can have such TERRIBLE customer service protocol. I am now going to try 611 AGAIN and doubt that I will have any more success than I have had thus far. Scott - Bend Oregon! read more

I'm a little confused.... They open the door for you - which is nice; however, when the rep speaks to you, it is in a manner I would expect to hear with my surfin buds! Almost too young and casual of an attitude for the wide spectrum of generations which they call customer. Additionally, I am going on my third i5 now - due to phone malfunction. Had to get a replacement phone today - for the replacement phone I got....yesterday! Do they just reach in the junk bin to get a mediocre replacement? I'm frustrated - hope that the 3rd time replacement is the charm! read more

I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and I went in to get a new phone and the store associate told me I had to pay a credit that was already on my account and then she went and got the manager and he told me to have verizon to ship me a phone and pushed me out of the store, and the person that was with me was going to switch to Verizon while he there with me, he isn't going to switch from sprint now. Since being treated like that and even tried calling the general manager about this and no feed back from him, I would never ever ever recommend anybody going through Verizon or dealing with that store ever!!!!! This is the second time I have been pushed out the front doors of the store, the first time I was in there with my 8 yr old son and they pushed us both out. I have been in the store before to edge up my phone and the store associate wouldn't take my phone because it didn't look like it just came out of the box, it was a year old and had been in a case, I had to drive to Redmond to trade my phone in and they took my phone and couldn't figure out what or why the bend store wouldn't take it. The store has problems and I have never got any response from any higher up on any of these problems. How hard is it to give a company money and get a new phone read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They had nothing helpful to say. I have a problem with my phone and they had NO desire to help or to fix it. They could care less to help. They had no recommendations to help me solve it. It was either spend $500 or $100, completely unhelpful and rude. Showed up on Friday with a 91 year old patient that had one of their phones and their service (though she never uses it but has it for emergencies SHOULD the need arise) with the phone and the battery that somehow puffed up and no longer would the phone be operable. Happy to see I was immediately greeted with a real person, but the person said the battery was supposed to be replaced yearly (Why?) and they're NOT free and it would cost $39.99. Sad to say, that shouldn't be. I am a U.S. Cellular cutomer, myself, and over the years I've received free batteries from them should I need one AND they were always free. read more
