Three techs gave cone out to connect the service but each one has said they need to have the 3rd party contractor -- and the far off phone service appears unable to schedule a 3rd party contractor. Disgust at a company whose customer service is farmed out and whose job managers don't bother reading notes to schedule required service. DISGUST at the continued lack of WIFI. Comcast relies on automated boiler plate online assistance and pays no attention to customers.

They don't care about their customers. Why the first person couldn't print out the 3 bills really perplexes me. It took five (5) calls over two week period to speak to a person. I left messages telling them I wanted to place an order - never received a call back. When I finally did speak to Robert (7/7), he took my order and his confirmation email stated "I will monitor the status of your order and send you an update as soon as I have one. I would anticipate at least 2 weeks but may get it sooner!" By the end of the month, I hadn't heard anything from Agren, so I called again. Robert told me he would never have given me a delivery date and that my order hadn't arrived. Said he would check on it and call with an update. Crickets. Three weeks later, I called again and spoke to Kevin, who told me my order had arrived "a few days ago" and scheduled a delivery date. Robert called a few days later to say he saw I spoke with Kevin and had scheduled delivery. Totally unnecessary call to my mind other than him letting me know that the fridge had "just arrived" so it wasn't his fault he hadn't called me. The delivery guys were great, and I do love my fridge, but my interactions with Robert and the lack of response from Agren sales made me feel like my business wasn't important to them, so I will shop elsewhere in the future.
