Wish we had NEVER gotten involved with the Computer Doctor! We have had problem after problem with…read morethe computer we got from him-constantly losing info, calling him with problems and issues. Our printer stopped working after 1 month-after several messages to him, he told us it was a piece of junk-so why did he sell it to us? Constantly calling, and when I do get him, he gets very defensive and belligerent, acting as if issues are my fault. He hasn't returned my last two calls so we've given up calling him. He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs. When I mention his name at Staples, I was told he was a quack. Really regret dealing with him. Do NOT recommend.

Instead the owner, Dave, actually spent around 15 minutes on the phone talking me through what the issues could be and giving me solid advice with no expectations of anything in return. I've worked with Dave at Hampton Computer for 20 years.... Dave has always done a fantastic job!…read more He is the only TRUSTED IT professional that we work with. Not only does he work on our personal computers but he also works on our company server and associated computers. We had worked with another company, and had been grossly overcharged.. been lied to. Dave has always been straight forward with what needs to be done, at a reasonable cost. He has always been upfront about costs involved. On countless occasions he has saved us from having to get new laptops or desktops. Regarding some of the negative comments here. Dave doesn't Whine, (that's pretty laughable).... and it's hard to believe that he charges for work that he doesn't' do. The man is as honest as they come, and is more than capable... I highly recommend his services!!

It was very hard to get any work done. We were referred to NimbleNet by word of mouth. Thank the good lord. Steve was great! He was easy to get in touch with and would always return our phone calls promptly. He did the work in a timely manner as he knew we needed the computer for the front office to run smoothly. When he finished, it was like getting back a new computer. It was amazing. He even made sure that our printer was working properly with the new setup. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even suggested some other services he could do for us so that the rest of the office will run as well as the front desk does. We will definitely take him up on those services! Highly recommend Steve and NimbleNet for anything that has to do with a computer!
