These people will let you believe that you are getting the same deal you'd get if you were dealing with Verizon directly. You aren't! They charge extra setup fees and their phones are more expensive. We were fools and went in thinking that they were a Verizon store. We explained that we ran into a glitch while ordering a couple new lines of service on the website. They told us that they could help. At the end of the transaction, the cost was significantly higher than the Verizon website. When I questioned this, the clerk explained it as taxes and setup fees. When we got out to the car and looked over the paperwork in detail, we discovered that they didn't honor the same phone price as the Verizon website was offering and we paid $100 extra. When I went back in, 5 minutes later, to question this she said "Yeah. Sorry about that. Our phones are more expensive sometimes. Unfortunately, there is a $50 restocking fee (per line) if you want to return them". Cold blooded sharks out here taking advantage of people in this economy.
