I am so happy I stumbled upon smartphone fix after I dropped my Pixel and shattered the screen. They were extremely helpful. After I brought my phone in, they provided me with a loaner phone (using my SIM card) to use until my new screen arrived and my phone could be repaired. Once it was repaired, I was unable to pick it up that evening. The representative I worked with offered to bring it to my house that evening. He delivered my phone to me at my house, returned my SIM card to the phone, and wiped the loaner phone using the factory reset in my presence. He also reiterated the 1 year warranty on my repair. The representative I worked with was extremely helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected for the price I paid for this repair.
