It has great sentimental value to me. Steph was incredibly patient with my changing creative ideas and made very helpful suggestions. Not once was there any pressure to buy any of the beautiful items in their jewelry cases. Although it was a complex redesign, the cost was very affordable and was ready a week earlier than I expected! Even though it took the bench smith, an incredibly long time to take apart the original necklace, I was not charged an extra fee. This pendant came out absolutely beautiful. You can see for yourself below. While I was picking up my pendant, I noticed the comfortable rapport with several customers with both Steph and Keith. Base is the current spot price of silver and how much wholesale dealers offer these small shops to buy their silver from. If I want to buy silver from her is she then saying, "I have plenty of silver, I'll give you a 20% discount ....."? Of course not, she'll charge way above spot price never mentioning an "oversupply" of silver.
