I would give 0 stars, this place was horrible ". I'm not from this town and unfortunately I lost my atm and luckily I had purses to sell. I wish I never went to this store. It wasted all my time and spent more gas waiting in my car over an hour. Today is Thursday and the girl working tokd me she would take 2 purses and 2 wallets and I said good which wasn't much only $60 total. She has me sit around and then now she can only do I purse and one walket so down to 30 now, and then after waiting 1-2 hours she can only take one wallet. I couldn't believe how ridiculous this was for $10. Please if there are other shops out here in the area, I recommend highly to go there abd not this place. Almost felt like it was purposely sone. I worked customer service my whole life amd never would keep someone waiting and to give them crumbs. 2 hours should be enough time, I do know that. If you do choose this place I think show up in the morning if you want to get something authenticated. What a freaking joke. Glad now cause lowballing like crazy here. My family and I went in today and were watched and then when my husband went to ask about a welder the Caucasian guy there looked at my husband's clothes (still in work clothes) and starts to basically "walk" "push" "guide" however you want to word it out of the showroom saying "oh actually the showroom is closed" all the while there are more customers in the showroom shopping!! My children were Not touching Anything!!! They were right beside their dad the entire time! I feel discriminated against! This is NOT the first time!!! I will not be going again! The staff is always friendly and helpful not to mention they go above and beyond. They offer warranties to accommodate individual needs of their clients at major discount price as well as layaway . In the event that I have bought an item I wasn't happy with the employees kindly returned , and gave me store credit which was great, because this place is a hidden gem. Went to this pawn shop to sell an electronic device. I understand that pawn shops have to buy everything rediculously cheap. I get that. However, that is the least of THIS pawn shops problems. First of all, let's talk about the setting of the shop itself. I walk in, there has to be at least 8 people stuffed into this pathetically small and obscenely cluttered establishment. Seriously I could hardly breath. (Not that I wanted to, this place smells absolutely horrendous.) Finally some bored blonde lady ushers me forward to the counter. I explain to her what it is that I'm interested in selling. It's pretty obvious that she really doesn't know whatI have, but typical of pawn brokers and the people that they employ she tries to play it off like she does and that it is in fact worth nothing at all. Whatever. What really makes this particular detail bad is that she then tries to look up the generation and model of the device (after I had told her) using the FIRMWARE VERSION!! SERIOUSLY? Lol. I would think that a business that preys on the desperate would at least have the dignity to have a even small amount of knowledge of the things that are typically brought into a pawn shop. Then some man (I'm going to assume that it was the owner because god help whoever does decide to go in this place if this is the kind of person being employed) comes up to the window and in the rudest way possible tells me that he has stacks of them and that he doesn't want to increase his offer at all. I understand, but did he have to be so unprofessional about it? I did end up selling my device to them at which point the lady says, "Here's your reciept" and turns away. Sorry but we are the patrons here keeping you in business? Perhaps a, "thank you" or, "take care" would suffice? There are pawn shops worth visiting or even selling things to if you're in the situation where you might need to. It is my opinion that this is NOT one of those places. Went into this store purchased a set of two way radios with the charger. Took them home and tried to charge them. They will not charge. Called the store the following day after they opened. Asked them if they would except my return. Conveniently the manger wasn't there and they can't do anything for me. WOW I would never do business here. I was driving by with a silver coin in my pocket and thought I would sell it before I lose it. It was a Canadian 63 silver dollar. I was offered 5 bucks and that seemed a little low so back in my pocket it went. Curious I was in driving through Paradise and stopped by a similar place and was offered literally 3x's that amount.
