I had a wonderful experience with Gregory this morning. I only needed a couple of fresh screens, but I forgot my wallet and didn't want to charge $1. Greg was so nice and let me know there was no minimum purchase and not to worry about it! He was so cool and mellow that I decided I needed a new grinder. He helped me picked out one that is far superior to my old one. I left happy with my new grinder, screens, and a wonderful service experience from him. read more

David my guy! OG as always plugged service and good move. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism and education on purchase items. Thank you millenium and thank you David! I love love this shop! the kiosks also make it super quick and easy, I love all the workers here

This store rarely has the vape juice I order online. They don't keep their inventory updated. Today I went into the store to get a coil replacement and the kid working had no interest in helping me find the replacement. I showed him the vape I purchased from that store and he was still unable to help. Eventually I had to pull my coil from my vape and drain the juice so he could compare the coil with mine and fonally said he found the right one. I purchased 3 coils and got home (20 mins away) only to find out it was the wrong coil. So mow I get to make another 20 min drive to go back and hope they will exchange it for me. I'm trying to stay local, However I am totally disappointed with how the store is ran. Low inventory and inexperienced employees. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Just bought a broken vape battery, opened it at home didn't work. Took it back 15min later and they said they wouldn't refund it. Pretty weak read more

Very helpful. Went out of their way to help me and answer any all questions that I had. Made sure that I could get the best solution to my questions. I would highly recommend any one take a chance and make this the first place you try before going anywhere else. read more

The service here is stellar! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about their products, Gregory was quick with my purchase and knew what he was talking about. Definitely my permanent smoke shop in the area. read more

I experienced exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Highly impressed!

This place is the best place! They have a Hugh assortment of whatever you would want or need for MJ products and CBDs assortments. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. The prices are equivalent to elsewhere, and if they don't have what you need, they would order it. Highly recommended. read more

This store does not honor replacements on damaged battery chargers. It worked day 1 and then stopped working correctly. Tried to tell me it was my 3 sets of batteries that were old. Will never shop here again. The clerk was not helpful at all. read more

Visiting from Austin, TX, and needed a piece for 5 days. Nice selection for the money and helpful staff.

Sadly, I agree with you Jennifer. I generally only leave positive feedback on Yelp, but not in case. I too bought a vapor, paid nearly $80 for it, and it broke within a month. Took it into Millenium Smoke Shop, they DID exchange it, but that one only lasted 6 weeks after we exchanged it. So again, we took that one back, and we were directed to go to Roseville to talk to the manager. Well, they said they would not take the 2nd one back, and they actually threw it away, and sold us a new one instead. Had we been able to keep it, we might've been able to exchange it on a factory warranty. So we've had the new one (#3) for less than 1 month, and it was about $75, and it's not working.....AGAIN! I had thought this was a nice business in the beginning, but I guess not so much. I'm a journalist by trade, um I think I'll do a story and writeup about shotty smoke shops. Unfortunately we buy our Hookah supplies from Millenium, so they will be losing that portion of our purchases too. By the Yelp reviews, it looks like there are a few more options in Auburn, who might just get our business now. I marked $$$$ for the price because I think it is rather expensive to purchase items that don't work, and then have the shop negate you as a customer. read more

Looked like a great store and was cute, clean and well stocked... I'm new to the Vape game and had questions.. there was nobody else In the store but the young lady helping me got a little short with me and was very condescending... how else are we to learn about all the dif choices if we're-made to feel like an asshole for asking... there's plenty of amazing smoke shops out there but I would not recommend this one for sure! read more

Nice place! Vast selection for all smoking needs. Great vapor sections with many products to choose from! Convenient location with plenty of close parking front and rear. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. read more

There isn't much to say. Bad customer service and they sold me a torch, which was horribly over priced, and the ignitor stopped working after a week. They refused to exchange. Go down to Sacramento and save yourself from a bad experience. read more

Well, the Auburn store just lost a loyal customer for selling me a broken vape and refusing to exchange it. I never once was able to use the product, because it never functioned from day one. You can't sell broken products at high prices and expect to keep costumers. There are other, more reasonable stores in town that will be getting my business from now on. Very unfortunate. read more
