    OK customer service. I come here with my mom since she has service with this carrier. She keeps…read morehaving issues with her phone and I've recommended that she just switch carriers, but she's been with them for so long, thus reluctant to change. They're patient with her and answer all of her questions. My only 2 concerns, they play a lot of reggaeton music that plays kind of loud on the speakers in the store. The volume is distracting, especially for my mom who is a Senior. I actually turned the volume down because my mom kept complaining about it while we were waiting for someone to help her. And within a few minutes, someone turned it back up. I turned it down, and they turned it back up. Granted, these speakers are on display and meant to be checked out and touched, but I think it was obnoxious that they kept turning it up to satisfy their comfort and their sense of relaxation to the work environment, as opposed to viewing the experience from the paying customer lense. Each time we have been there, 3x in the past 6 months, reggaeton is playing which I can't understand so I can't determine whether the lyrics are clean or not. Also, the gentleman helping us kept fiddling with his cell personal cell phone in his pocket. He kept pulling it out and texting, and kept putting it back in his pocket. I thought it was unprofessional during an interaction with a paying customer. Location is good, but they have room to improve on to guarantee a more polished customer experience.

Asking to sign things on screens before being allowed to read them or walk through terms. And did not fully disclose fees until I asked why totals from an email I received did not match the cost of what she said. Finally, I told her that I did not want to add insurance because I didn't want to cancel it after the free 14 day term. She added it anyways as I found out from a welcome email. Am assuming everything else is fine, but the entire experience gave me scam vibes, which shouldn't be the case to a vendor you are spending thousands of dollars with for decades. Have strong concerns about the trustworthiness of at least this team member, and would consider looking elsewhere for your mobile/internet/cable needs. If going, make sure to review everything in detail, ask questions and stay on top of anything they try and sneak in. Would Iove to connect with the general manager.
