So unhelpful!!! My new iPhone was set up at the Orange store the day before but I accidently set up the wrong (new) phone. So, I stopped by this store to ask for help to switch the 2 phones info etc and all they did was switch the sim cards....meaning....the phone numbers were switched correctly on each phone but the info (contacts etc) were wrong. so here I am watching you tube videos trying to fix it myself through the cloud and its not working. Going back to the Orange store tomorrow! Which I will give a 5 star rating to. They're patient and actually care to help their customers! read more

I'd just say be very careful and pay attention if you choose to do business here. I personally think you are much better off just going to a real Verizon store. The salesman Nick point blank LIED to sell a special GO WIRELESS Product called GO ADVANTAGE PLUS, claiming it is part of the cost of the Verizon iPhones. He even commented to his co-workers as he was ringing it up about "making that money for the store" -- I thought they were talking about the phones, but now know this conversation was about how he tricked us into buying a GO WIRELESS Product to make money for the store. Essentially, the salesman Nick was helpful as our family of four each picked out our phones. He started ringing them up and setting up the new phones. There were a few hiccups during this process, small mistakes that I'd easily forgive. But the BIG issue is this -- GO ADVANTAGE PLUS. Basically, as Nick is setting up our phones he says he can get us free iPhone cases. We point blank say, what's the catch? He says no catch, this is a special promotion -- we can go pick out cases. None of us really wanted any of the cases in store, but said hey if they are free, might as well get one until I found another one I like better. Nick does not mention anything about GO ADVANTAGE PLUS or says there is no cost, these are FREE cases! Later, my father is reviewing the bill and sees we were charged $70 for GO ADVANTAGE PLUS. What is this? We find three envelopes in our bag for GO ADVANTAGE PLUS which are the most cryptically vague descriptions for a product I've ever seen. I'm kicking myself for not taking a photo of it, but it's something like this: http://www1.gowireless.com/go-advantage-plus We go back the next day and ask him what GO ADVANTAGE PLUS is and why we were charged for this. Nick says that it's part of the cost of the iPhones. It's absolutely mandatory and without this, we would have had to pay a lot more money for the phones. To make a long story short, I catch him in a LIE -- it took this whole conversation to get to the true information that GO ADVANTAGE PLUS is NOT mandatory, it isn't even a Verizon product, and the money it "saved" us was the money for the "FREE PHONE CASES." Cases that we didn't even want. Don't let this store trick you. I was distracted and didn't pay enough attention as they fooled us. We had to go back and systematically deconstruct Nick in his lie to get the TRUTH, and then we returned our cases and got a refund for the GO ADVANTAGE PLUS...or at least we are supposedly getting one, Nick's computer system was down so it will take 24 hours and he couldn't give us any papertrail of proof of the refund. read more

I have never written a YELP review before, but I must warn other people. The rep and store manager at this store tried to sell me a plan and accessories that I did not need. My out the door cost went from $52 to $95 and the explanation was that I cant get a new phone without paying for some $79 plan and purchasing 3 additional accessories. I told them I only want a phone and no additional accessories. They responded that this wasn't possible. I ended up telling them I wont upgrade the phone and I left the store. When I got home my phone was no longer working ! I called the actual Verizon company and they told me the store had removed the service from my phone. Also, when I log in to my account it shows I am on a new contract with a new phone that I don't even have. The real Verizon people have restored my phone and are contacting the "Premium Retailer" to sort out the rest. Beware - don't go to this retailer. The prices to upgrade my phone and the details online are very different than what the "premium Retailer" told me. Even the real Verizon people said that I was not give accurate information. read more

This store lacks in customer service and knowledge about products they sell. I have been in twice regarding a glitch in my iPhone 6 that I purchased and first time told me it was my apps and to uninstall them and reinstall, THEN it was, let me see your phone and we will reset it, then told me go write a review on our service thru YELP, so here's your review, you guys do a terrible job with customer service. This store sucks, I'd rather go and wait in a 2 hour line thru Apple then to waste my time ever walking into this store again. Clearly they have no idea what there talking about, uninstalling my apps was never the problem, just like you guys "resetting" my phone was a joke. Then referring to your employees by racial profiling in a terrible way that I was completely offended. (This happened when trying to figure out who helped me on previous visit). I've been a customer with Go Wireless for over 15 years and I have spent well over $15,000 with them over the same time period. I had an issue with a tablet that I signed a two year contract for. I signed up with a past employee who come to find out was intoxicated at the time. This individual set up a gmail mail account for me so they could sell me the tablet. The same employee was let go and is no longer with the company. Now I have issues with the tablet that this person sold me. Not only that, but Gowireless can't help me retrieve information regarding the account that their employee set up. I was told by their previous employee that if my data wasn't working all needed to do was do a hard reset on the device and my data would work. Go Wireless is telling me that they can't help me and all they could do was sell me another tablet and I would only be responsible for the tax associated with the new device. Mind you, the tablet I have now is 6 months old and has been used less than 10 hours. I refuse to pay for anything, it's Go Wireless responsibility to take care of issues like this. They're fast to take your money, but slow if at all take care of a long time customer. So now I have a device that I can't use, but I am also paying for on a monthly basis. They should be ashamed for not taking responsibility for someone that they hired and represented their company. It's wrong and there's no other way to look at it. Yesterday I went in to buy a new phone (dropped mine and shattered the screen) and Dana was so sweet and thoughtful. I had tiny pieces of the broken glass from the screen in my hand and she got me tape to get the pieces out. When I went back in today to pick up the new phone, the staff members there were just as helpful and friendly as Dana. Went in around 6:40 trying to pay my bill. Two guys were working yet neither bothered to recognize that a customer walked in. I asked if I could pay my bill and one asked me to give him a few minutes. So I did but I was meeting someone in a few min so I asked what time they closed and they both told me 8:30. So I left and when I came back before 8 the doors were closed and they both just ignored me and pretended I wasn't the same customer as earlier. All I needed was to pay my bill and I understood they were busy when I first walked in but they were both rude and still gave me the wrong time! read more

This place has the worst management service ever. Not only did I come in to the store to transfer over from sprint, but got all the details and the numbers to present to my family. Set up a time to come back in to pick up the iPhoneX and was told my mom could pick it up for me since I was out of town and my mom could transfer service providers for herself. So my mom goes in to the store and was denied, she was now being told I needed to be there to switch over before the phone could even be taken out of the store, even if purchased. My mom calls me to speak with the manager... Okay, no problem, I set up another day in which I would come in. They assured me they would hold the phone for me and I set another appointment to come back with the whole family. Not only did we come back, all of us. But this time my phone was sold, no one contacted me, and their only response was, "sorry. We were suppose to contact you." They were getting three people who wanted to become Verizon users. I thought it was impossible to make sprint look good, but well done managers, you shocked me. I even asked what my next step was and this store manager couldn't even respond appropriately, she replied "you will have to talk to the other manager." It was not only embarrassing for me, it was frustrating nothing was done about it. Not even looking up how to rectify the problem. Where another iPhone X was? If they could help us switch over? The girl working there was rude and has no idea what she is talking about. She refused to connect me with the manager and insisted that the manager would tell mr the exact same thing she was telling me, that they absolutely couldn't help me with my 90 year old father's phone. As I left, she said "good luck with that!" In a mocking tone. I went to the store at the village in orange and was immediately helped and problem solved in 5 minutes. When I went back to the store in Anaheim hills to tell her the other store was able to help me, she started arguing with me and then was extremely sarcastic as I left. We came in to purchase a new phone. Everything went smoothly until we had to transfer the data from the old phone to the new. After waiting over an hour it wasn't fully transferred however the employees said it would be fine and only a couple videos would be missing. When we got home we realized 1,000 photos were missing and we would have to pay someone else another $20 to transfer them correctly. read more

Going into a wireless carrier is always scary for me mainly because it seems the sales consultant just wants to up sell you more products to make more money, however The experience I had his time was the complete opposite. Kareem had wonderful customer service, was very knowledgable, and educated me on all things that had to do with my billing and my new phone. I'm not technical at all with maneuvering through phones and he definitely educated me and made my experience worth while and easy to get through. Every time I've walked in to this location, they try to sell me things I don't want or need and they try to deceive me into thinking whatever changes they've made are free. Later, I see new monthly charges on my bill and when I try to resolve with them, they tell me to contact Verizon. Did you know this isn't Verizon but they get to use their name? Be very careful if you go into this store. The one down near Imperial Hwy on Santa Ana Cyn. is a company store where I've had a completely different experience. Worst experience ever. I will never go back to this store. First of all, they never answer their phone and let all of their calls go to their Call Center. The Call Center can't even get in touch with this store. It took nearly a week to transfer from one carrier to Verizon, and I had no service for a number of those days. When you walk in the store, the guy behind the counter hardly looked up when finding out what I needed. And then there were multiple excuses on multiple days as far as why they couldn't get my service going. But pretty much it was obvious that they didn't want to make too many phone calls to resolve the issue. I had to actually walk in with phone numbers that I got from their Call Center so that they could try to get the issue resolved. After a number of visits, the one guy said that he saw that I was there multiple days in a row and that he would throw some things in for my inconvenience. However, when I went in there today and finally got the issue resolved, their idea of throwing something in is to give me a discount on an item that they would sell to me. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to another store. read more

It has been 2 weeks since I indicated Go Wireless was a FRAUD.... I received one email from Gina stated someone would be in contact; however, that has not happen. I was just wondering how GO wireless chooses what reviews show up first on YELP. Clearly its not the most recent review. As stated previously lots and lots of promises but nothing has been done and no calls. So again, in a nutshell, Go Wireless set up a Verizon edge plan for an Iphone 5 on a basic phone line saying I would receive $25 credit monthly, only to find out that did not happen and now I am paying $600 for Iphone upgrade instead of the $99. This sucks, clearly they know they made a mistake... I have called everyone and their brother only to be told over and over again, my issue would be taken care. Please read previously emails for the name of employees of have talked with. Richard Tran is a joke of a Store Manager, having never returned one call. In fact, as discussed in prior email I even spoke to him in person but he did not have time for me. Clearly he must be a relative of one of the owners. I cant imagine that Go Wireless would give someone like Richard Tran a store to manage when he lacks the basic customer service skills of an entry level sales associate. Again.... We were told that we paid for our phone upgrade but in reality we just paid for product that they said were included. When we checked our Verizon bill we were actually paying for our phone. This store had excellent service! I usually go to the location somewhat near my house but it was well worth it to travel a little further for the best customer service I had! Dana and the store manager Jonathan took their time to answer all the questions that I had and also transfer all the data that I need no give me an excellent deal with their accessories! Not only do I have protection for my phone but I now they can give me a new screen protector whenever I need when I go back to that store. I have had the best experience with this store over the last month! I had a phone take a quick swim in some water and in between trying to save its life and get a new phone, the team at the store was so helpful and supportive. I ended up there tonight bec my phone was acting wacky and I realized it wasn't going to make it. I showed up at 800 knowing they closed at 9 and received the best service! With the purchaser of a new phone and transferring the other new phone to my line was quick and easy even though it kept them there longer than closing! They were so helpful and didn't complain once about staying past closing! I had experiences with another store in the area and I will always come back to this location for all my servicing needs! My daughter's phone battery was draining quickly so I brought it in here (where I purchased it a little over a year ago with 3 others) for some advise. The gentleman behind the counter said the S7 was a bad phone (I have 3 others with no problems) and should buy a new phone. He then did a factory reset, looked at the phone again and said it needed to be replaced, and that my replcement warranty wasn't worth much. I went home, installed the latest software update, and reset the performance mode. It is working just fine now. These guys just want to sell new phones. He also told me I was probably taken when I bought them (remember, this is where I bought them). Keep in mind, I was the only customer in the store, so I was not keeping him from making another sale. This is not the kind of customer service I expected. Furthermore, I just got off the phone with Verizon and my extended warranty has no deductible for mfg defects. read more
