If I could give this place -5 I would. Bought 3 charging cords from this place a few months ago. The lady who helped us, the owner grabbed all of the cords for us. Well when we unwrapped them one of the cords was the wrong cord. We've had the cord and the original packaging of the cord for a few months. Every time we're here we walk by in hopes to exchange it, but this place was always closed. I knew I could describe who helped us, didn't take a receipt when we bought it because we knew we'd use the cords, did not think it would be a big deal. It was just an exchange. Came today to exchange the cord and was read the riot act. I don't have a receipt. Don't know the date. I went back and forth with the owner. She is the one that grabbed the cords. They're locked up so how could I have mistakenly grabbed the wrong cord. This was her fault and she wouldn't fix it. Saying she couldn't resell the cord (not my problem, you gave us the wrong one in the first place). Offered me half off a cord (why would I give you more business ). I hope for her sake she takes some business classes and learns some better customer service otherwise with her policies I'm sure she'll be out of business soon. I went in to get two Apple Watch glass screen protectors and was given a receipt and told "keep this receipt and bring it with you in case something is wrong with it". I came to return them because the glass wasn't allowing us to press send on the screen, it lags and we have to find a way to hit the send button it is so frustrating. When we came back we were told we could get the exact screen protectors but we would still have to pay, wtf! Claiming they will loose money but hello, so will I and double! She also said "once the protectors are on and you walk out we can't do refunds" BUT failed to mention this when I purchased them! And the owner was there too. To replace the glass on this phone is $150 minimum! So I purchase this plastic protective cover that goes over the screen and since purchasing over five of these now every time my phone has been cracked or dropped the screen was 100% OK! OMG! I wish I read the reviews before I shopped there!!! I was just "browsing" at the mall and have been looking for a new phone cover. The guy took the cover out of the package himself and put it on my phone and it "looked" fine. $27 later (thank god that's all I'm out) I left. Then I was sitting down at a restaurant and took a look at my new cover and it's a piece of S&$T.... The rubber is super cheap and the plastic case is super cheap. It's a really bad, really cheap copy of a phone case that absolutely will not protect my phone. Normally I would return it but wouldn't you know that on the receipt says "All sales final". Dropped my EVO 4G off to have the USB port repaired. Took them a few days and it worked for about half a day. No big deal and understandable. Took it back and they said they would try to repair it again. After the 2nd repair it worked for about a day. They have a 30 day guarantee on repairs and a money back guarantee if they can't fix it. So after giving them 2 chances to fix my phone and them failing each time I asked for my $50 dollars back. Helen, the owner, refused to refund my money. Finally she said she would refund my money back only if I left the phone for a few more days so they could remove my USB charging port from the phone and then give it back to me with a missing USB port. I will never do business here again. Research some reviews of the place and you will see other similar experiences. I should have researched the place before doing business here. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I wish I wasn't impatient and read the Yelp reviews prior to coming to this place. After checking with Tmobile about my broken charging port, I discovered my only option to fix the port was to go to an outside vendor. The Tmobile in Santa Ana referred me to Everything Cellular at The Outlets of Orange, aka The Block. I went to Everything Cellular on a Monday and paid $20 for a down payment for a projected $55 service. This was not the fee that was initially told to me, as mentioned by the Tmobile representative per conversation by phone. I shrugged off the extra $5 fee, and left my phone in the hands of the employees at Everything Cellular. He told me it would be ready in about 2-3 days and that a technician picks up the phone for repairs, and brings it back when its ready. I want to stress how they could not be anymore WRONG with the information they present. I understand that things can busy, and underestimations on the service may be relayed. However, after several calls for a status on my phone, I received nothing but "we'll call you when it's ready" and "the phone is not here." It got to the point in which I asked for the technician's number 3 days later so I could personally check on the status. The technician told me that basically the damage on my phone's charging port could not be fixed. The pins were too messed up. Really, it took you THREE days to tell me this?? I politely thanked him for his attempt, and asked him whether or not I would get my $20 down payment back. To this, he told me "yes" and also, mentioned that the phone would be back in the store the next day, Friday. This, was infact, not true, because I called on Friday, and it was not there. Fed up, I went to the business on Saturday after calling to check my phone's whereabouts. The employee who answered said it wasn't there, so I was just compelled to go in person and get questions answered. It turns out, the phone WAS there all along! Who knows if it was there Friday, but whatever. I got my phone back, but I DIDN'T get my down payment back, which turns out, is not refundable. This was not explicitly stated when I surrendered my phone. To cut this extremely long review short(er...than it could be) I feel foolish I even trusted these people with my phone. The customer service is definitely lacking among the employees and the timeframe of events is pathetic. Do me a favor and do not come here to get your phone fixed. I wouldn't write such a long review if I didn't feel so compelled to save others' from this distress. read more

I left my Nexus One phone with Hy at Everything Cellular on Friday September 2nd 2011 and he was very knowledgeable and professional. My credit card was charged the $90 fee to replace the screen and he said it would be 2-3 days. The phone cost almost $500. On Wednesday September 7th they did not answer the phone on 2 separate calls. On Thursday they did not answer (714 939-9100) on 3 attempts placed between 1pm - 2pm. I called the West Covina location and a very polite man named Victor told me he has been getting many calls that no one is answering the phone at the Orange location and that the owner (Helen) has been called. He also told me that "everyone quit last week". He would not give me Helen's phone number so here I am. I mentioned to Victor that I may go to the Orange location for my phone and he asked me to have them check to see if the phone is working. Stay tuned. read more

Helen the owner, did not care for the customer but only for their money. Do yourself a big favor and stay clear of this spot! Someone please do something about this business. She pays all of her employee straight cash with no tax. She is also ripping everyone off with her prices. Unlocking online the same method she uses only cosy about 20-30 dollars. She charges 100+ and in some cases if the unlocking doesn't work there is a no refund policy of her. I have try to reason with her on so many levels and now I am force to put this review for the public. He's a rip off! I came in to buy an iPhone 5 cable charger and he charged me $20 for it. First of all, I asked him if it was from an Apple and trust me "it looked like he bought it from amazon for $1"! The packing was so lame and opened. (1st red flag, I shouldn't have bought it) I even tried to charge my phone in the store and it fit so tight in the charge hub! I even asked the guy who works there, he goes that's how it supposed to be. I looked at him and said I had my apple one which burnt out but it didn't fit this way. Next question, I asked him about the return policy , he goes 30 days! So I go home, charge my phone but I start getting this message that my phone doesn't support the accessory. I come back (today) so I can return it. The guy goes I don't remember saying about the return policy and we do NOT DO RETURN BUT EXCHANGE! than I had no option to exchange. He goes you can buy cases , and trust me he was just making up numbers in the air! I have always bought my cases from Speck and they cost me like $35 but the one he has in the store are like $40!!!! Are you serious! Again the packing was open and they all looked so bad quality and bought it from amazon! I ended up picking the cassette looking case which on amazon is for $1 My advise this store should be CLOSE BY NOW! I wish I can complaint to consumer court or some higher authorities ! The way they are running this store is pathetic and illegal in many ways. DO NOT GO THERE ! Just go to the BEST BUY which is down the street where you can exchange or return things. read more

Screen protectors sold here are of low quality, that when installed the glue on the edge does not stick, creating "halo" effect that ruins the look of the screen. Product is poor, and was overpriced at $15. Installer was not skilled, and was not interested in correcting the problem, happily pointing out the no refund policy. read more

Worst place to buy phone accessories. I bought a glass screen protector for my Galaxy S6. The man over there recommended one and said it's made in Japan and can never be scratched and he used his screw driver to test that in front of us to prove that and for a while it seemed to be great but the next day in the morning all the scratches were very clear and when I went back to return it he was soo rude saying that the shop's policy is that the products are non refundable and he kept arguing saying that my earnings is the reason for these scratches. After that long argue and rude deal he exchanged it by another one. But I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

This store is a f**king joke. I wish I would of looked up Yelp reviews before coming here. Here's my 2 cent. I brought in my iPhone 6 Plus to get a screen protector. They got this advertisement going on about this "fiberglass" protector where it will not scratch or crack. I paid $30 for this protector, though the size is a bit smaller than the screen itself, I didn't complain thinking since the phone is still new, can't be perfect, at least not yet. 2 weeks into it, one of the corner started lifting, as if it had lost the stickiness due to whatever reason, (first time happening to me btw, and I've used screen protectors on all my previous phones) so lint and such got underneath. I called and told the guy who sold the screen protector to me about the problem. (I knew it was the same dude because of his accent.) He said if I paid full price for the protector ($43) it would of came with insurance for the protector? Are you f**king kidding? First of all, I wasn't aware of this "insurance bullshit". Secondly, who the f**k buys insurance for a screen protector? If anything, it should come with some sort of warranty under a certain period of time. I was like, "So, you are saying because I paid $13 less, I'm pretty much screwed? I couldn't f**king believe he said yeah, there's nothing he can do because what I paid was the promotion price. Wtf...?! $30 for a non-brand screen protector that comes with no warranty whatsoever is such a ripoff. I kept asking questions about this product before purchasing it, this dude made it sound like its the best screen protector you can get as for now. Claiming his boss (some Korean lady) is super strict on whom can carry this "fiberglass" screen protector. What a bunch of bullshit. Anyways, save your money and go somewhere else. They are irresponsible and rude. I can't believe this little shop is still around, I can only imagine how many people they've gypped, and how many more are going to get gypped. I regret even walking into this store asking whether they carry the iPhone 6 Plus screen protector.
