They will give you half green and half red salsa. I have only gone during off hours so I don't know how busy they get on the weekends, but anytime I go it's always pretty quick. That honestly caught me a little off guard because it made me wonder what other items might be reheated as well. I've watched enough Gordon Ramsay shows to know that a microwave in a restaurant kitchen is usually not exactly a great sign--although I may be paraphrasing him there. My drink also took quite a while to arrive and didn't come out until I reminded the waitress after my food had already been served. I'm not sure what caused the delay, but when it finally arrived, it was just okay. To be fair, the waitresses were friendly and pleasant, and the overall ambiance was decent.
