A gelato place! Yes! I stumbled upon this place while looking for something sweet after a big lunch. We were welcomed warmly and introduced the menu. I got the pistachio and my bf got the nutella. I was hoping they had spumoni but they didn't so pistachio was the next best thing for me. The gelato was creamy and sweet. I usually can't handle super sweet stuff so I am glad I got the smallest serving. Overall look store for something sweet, I want to go back to try the affogato next time.

But the real star is the affogato. Hands down my favorite dessert here and honestly the best affogato I've ever had. I'll definitely be back!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute lovely little gelato spot, clean and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The double scoop in a cup was great, tried a super chocolate flavor (give me all the chocolate!!) and the "Versace" mix of pistachio and berry. Service was kind and quick Love that they put little cones on top of your cup so you can make BABY cones!

The gelato was amazing, with many different flavors to pick from (even having a few dairy-free sorbet options)! My family ended up getting a few affogatos and a regular gelato cup. Definitely recommend. Can't wait to come back!

Verace is a great gelato shop located in downtown Livermore. They always have interesting flavors and they're fun to check out during Witches Night Out. Verace is a lovely place downtown, bright and welcoming. The Wife and I stopped by, and I was impressed with everything else you could get here besides gelato. We both had a combination of two gelatos. Mine was an almond based, and a hazelnut based combination. We both got the medium size, and regretted it, because it was generous and more than we needed. The service consisted of a polite young man, who was unable to pour any wine because he was underage. We didn't really want any, I just found it interesting that they offer it. The shelves have a number of different bottles for takeout, and the refrigerated case has a nice variety of Italian water and sodas and such.

YUM! Stopped in after dinner to check out Verace and it did not disappoint! I had a scoop of the vanilla caramel (SO good) and a scoop of the gianduia (I may be butchering that spelling). They were a delicious yin & yang combo that I certainly plan to be back for. The gelato had a thick but creamy consistency and was the perfect end to an evening out.

Omg..... one word to describe this gelato... AMAZING! They literally had the best flavors; from coconut, passion fruit, KINDER BUENO! You name it, they had it! To say that family is foundational to Livermore is an understatement. Verace Gelato shop is truly what family is about. Family founded, owned and operated. In entering the small shop you will be greeted and treated like family. They are so excited to see you enjoy their creations, like mom trying out a new recipe on you. They smile, laugh, chat and serve the BEST GELATO this side of Italy. I can't tell you what my favorite flavor is because it will probably change with the next visit. My wife had the Ferraro Rocher with coffee and loved it. She likes to get half and half with Stracciatella as her go to half. I like to try them all and often ask what is the new flavor. The best gelato I've ever had was in Venice, but this Livermore spot is a close second. Really so tasty and creamy, and the service is friendly. Nice bright atmosphere inside as well as a couple tables outside for when the weather is worthy (the owner put a heater out there, too). I worry they're a little too far off the beaten path; more people should know this place is here. read more

I had the pistachio and my husband had the stratcciella gelato. This place is legit. Their gelato is so good. They have plenty of tables inside and they have a few outside in the patio. Next time we will also try their coffee. I have a feeling that they make an amazing espresso. read more

I came here with my friend and we both got gelato, it was really tasty and refreshing! The inside is decorated in such a charming way, I feels summery and (although I've sadly never been) what I imagine Italy to feel like. The employees are all so friendly & seem to really love it there. The owner told us that he's from Italy, and was really nice, and another woman employee who was also really nice told us more about the shop, about their vision and that they want to sell an experience with their food. She even told us what she recommended for us for the next time we visit. One thing I did wish for was that they had a few more vegan options, but I can't complain about the few that they did have! I ordered the lemon gelato and it was great. Overall, it was definitely a memorable experience with warm and kind people and yummy dessert!! read more

This place was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed the moment we walked into the store and got to try as many flavors as we wanted. 100% recommended! They welcomed our homeschool group in their shop with smiles and friendliness. They told us about gelato and talked to us about the process of making it which they take great pride in. We appreciated the thought that is put into their gelato (their ingredients come from Italy!). Everyone in our group (over 30 parents and kids) enjoyed their flavor choices, were happy about the visit, and plan on going back. Our family enjoyed their strawberry, hazelnut chocolate, and passion fruit flavors. None of them disappointed! We all look forward to going back and trying their other made-daily flavors! The portion size is very small for the price. My gelato was practically melting already when it was being scooped into the cup, which made the portion even smaller since it can't form a mound in the cup. Flavor was ok. The freezer needs to be colder or gelato more frozen. read more

I tried their Snoopy Chocolate Hazelnut Matcha Latte with oat milk, less sweetness, and less ice. There was a strong Nutella flavor with good consistency, but the matcha wasn't strong enough for me when I didn't mix it. I even got myself a Snoopy matcha plush keychain as my birthday gift for $18, which is pricey but durable enough to hang on your bag. It's a pretty small shop, yet it's covered in cute and colorful decor. Plus, the tables are clean since most customers usually wait for their drinks and leave rather than sit down.

I was also surprised that Rosetta Roasting does not accept cash. While businesses can choose their payment methods, I believe customers should still have the option to pay with legal U.S. currency. The coffee and staff were good. My feedback is directed at the payment policies, which I hope management will reconsider.

Also comes with vermicelli, lettuce and herbs so you can eat them as wraps. I've had this dish at other Ao Sen's and this was presented very well and tasted good. My wife had a #1 beef pho which seemed pretty good, the beef products were fresh. The staff turned around our order in a timely manner on a Sunday afternoon and there place wasn't completely full but there were other parties seated. It was a good experience. I'm usually only in that area when I hit the outlets so maybe I'll try them again the next time I hit the outlets.

If the food, drinks, and service had been worth it, maybe I would. Drinks: Not good at all. We tried ordering the qaimogh chai/sheer chai, and the person at the register initially told us they were sold out. I literally paused and asked, "How?" She then said it might've been a system error and went to check. A minute later she came back and said they actually did have it. For a café that had only been open a few hours, it was strange to almost be "out" of tea and milk already. Considering their website says, "offering tea is the first gesture of welcome", you should probably have the tea available in the first place. The qaimogh itself was disappointing too. It wasn't rich or fully developed in flavor at all. It was thin and underwhelming. From the other reviews regarding drinks, it's clear that the employees aren't well trained in making drinks especially coffee. Food: Honestly embarrassing. People do want to support the business but would appreciate honesty, integrity in their food and drinks, and good customer service. Advice: In your website or in the cafe, please describe in some way where the food items are sourced from and if they are actually prepared and cooked fresh daily. Listing the ingredients is also important. Many places will indicate something along the lines of "house made", "made fresh daily", "cooked from scratch", "from a local baker", "made with ___", etc.
