I used this salon many times as it is conveniently next to Publix. However, I will not go back. The woman I dealt with recently argued with me about what I wanted - she insisted I pay a higher price for a different service (I kept telling her what I usually have done and what I pay - I finally gave up; I should have left). Upon checking out, she kept telling me to come back more often. That's not going to happen. Found a better place right nearby. read more

Wonderful experience! I've been coming here for the last 6ish months or so, most of the time it's pretty good! I've brought others with me to this spot as well. I like that they have a wide variety of pedicures here, I think 9 or 10 that you can choose from. Definitely worth it to splurge for the more expensive upgraded pedicures at this location. My new favorite technician is LILY!!! To start, she was incredibly polite and friendly, asked my name and offered me a drink upon sitting down. The photos speak for themselves. Worst I've ever gotten in my life. Acrylic was put on so thick that they were actually burning my nails. Pedicure messed up after 3 hours of drying, it took forever to get out because so much time was being put into the shape of my nails. Venus is my go-to salon for mani/pedi and brows waxing. The prices are excellent and all of the techs do good work, but Pinky is my favorite! All in all, it's a pretty standard nail salon. Always looks clean to me, which is a huge plus but not a lot of other decoration. Lots of ladies and a few gents working and I've never had to wait long despite them being pretty busy. They always have movies in English on TV and magazines laying around if you don't feel like watching whatever they've got on. They offer a mani/pedi special for $30 and brows are like $7. They also do gel polish (which is my drug of choice... 14-20 day no-chip manicure? YES PLEASE.)-- and offer OPI and Gelish colors. They do not use Shellac. If they ever close, I will be a very sad panda. read more

They are now under new management. The manager that was on today was horrible with customer service. I've been going here for years but ever since it's under new management, the service is even worse. I've followed my nail tech to this business (I've been with her for 15 years). My experience today has me considering moving to a new nail salon. All I asked was clarification on the price (because it keeps increasing) and was told by the manager "she worked on your feet for a hour. She deserves to be paid. I need to protect her and me." I was absolutely offended by her statement. Asking for clarification vs not paying are two different things. And protect from what? A loyal, paying customer? I always tip my nail tech $10. Nicole M. is a liar, I am a frequent customer and come to this nail salon three times a month. She wanted these people to do the impossible she wanted them to shape her eyebrows when she had no hair on her eyebrows, she wanted an arch and unless they drew them in they can't give her an arch with no hair they communicated that to her in a very professional manner and she stormed out like a five year old and cursed at them. Never going to this place again. I'm so upset to have had to pay what I did. I went in for a Dip and polish change. So I show the guy what design and color I wanted. But he kept pushing for colors that looked nothing like what I showed him. He was trying to be friendly so I just said okay go ahead. I ended up hating this pink. His conversations got weird I looked over at my watch and he says you have an appointment? I said no just a text, he says your husband, I said yes, he sais oh your husband know your boyfriend is texting you? I looked at him and just made an akward smirk and completely stopped talking to him. Put on some music on my headphones and kept quiet. Then he shapes my nails some round some square. Not to mention my cuticles hurt so bad from the many times he burned them with those drilling machines they use. So I ended up with nails I did not like. So I go to get a polish change they rush me to sit and leave me there don't offer to move the chair back a bit I'm uncomfortable because the way my legs were. I went to move the chair with the remote and he kind of made a hand gesture like he was going to smack it. I looked at him and said sorryy legs are uncomfortable and I'm wearing a dress. So he gives me a tiny towel for my legs and keeps on. At this point I honestly can't see what he's doing because of the way I'm sitting. When he finished one foot I look over to see this horrible Pepto pink color that don't match my nails that I just got done at all not even a little. I thought okay it can't be that bad. Wrong. Globs of bright pink unfinished. Left some of the yellow nail color I previously had. Looks like a toddler painted my toenails. At this point I just wanted to run out of there. The first guy that did my nails went got a nail clipper started to clip his toenails which were just landing everywhere and then just put the nail clipper right back in the drawer. Shame on you for charging someone for a bad job. Lucky for them I still gave them a tip. And not because you did a good job but because yes you did provide the service but next time try an make people feel good about what they paid for. read more

The first time I came here I was super impressed with Jasmine. She did my nails better than anyone in my life. The place is beautiful and there wasn't barley any wait time. The cost is slightly higher than area nail salons but I totally thought it was worth it. Today I went and the lady wasn't wearing a name tag so I didn't get her name but I was quite disapointed. They look bumpy and filed into an aweful shape. She completely rushed through every step. I am highly disappointed. I still paid and gave a small $5 tip but today was not anything like my first visit. I thought from my 1st visit this place only hires the best. So it depends on who you get I suppose. The receptionist was nice and professional. I will go back but I will ask for Jasmine because she was AMAZING. I see there are other nail techs with good reviews on google so maybe look up those names and ask for them. read more

Everything is clean and the atmosphere is calm. I have been twice and both times they were showing movies from NetFlix that I hadn't seen (The Big Short and Elizabethtown). It was very relaxing and enjoyable! (Visited on 8/22/16) Updated...after several months worth of visits, the amount of gel used in their gel maniciure got thinner and thinner. Nails end up lifting after 10 days and wouldn't even last 2 weeks. Pedicures still 5 star, but gel nails get 3 stars. Compromise: 4 stars. read more

This place is fancy and beautiful. They have a variety of pedicure choices. The only issue really is if you get the basic $22 pedicure, it's done quick and feels more like a Polish change. Not very impressed but my toes look good painted and I already have pretty feet so that's not hard to do. If you need extra attention, prepare to pay more for it. read more

Both my friend and I had nail techs that had a very hard time getting our shape correct and even, and even after voicing our concerns, they did nothing to fix them. Being the spaz I am I messed up my pedicure literally 3 steps out sider their front door. I ran back in for a touch up and they were very happy to help out and fix it. Fine, so I had to go back the next day and was told they will be right with me but someone walked in 10 minutes after me and since she's a paying customer they take her right away! I had to go ask how long are they going to be and was told in a rude manner 30 minutes and that I have to wait my turn (In such a snotty tone)! So I pointed out that they took someone else who walked in after me and was told she's only sitting in the pedicure chair, not being worked on! This was the worst Nail Salon that I've ever went to. I went there to get my eyes brows done for 8 dollars. All three of the women that worked there didn't know what I was saying, they said they could only clean them up NOT EVEN SHAPE THEM and that's it. Which when your doing a women's eye browns, like ANY women ; you wants them Shaped with an arch, trimmed, cleaned up and waxed. They said they couldn't provide that for me. They all looked at me like I had 5 heads when I told them what I wanted so they don't mess up my eye brows. They were all confused and were EXTREMELY RUDE. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I don't even know how these people stay in business. I've made the same mistake of coming here when my regular salon has been too busy to see me and I've regretted it each time. Went in for pedicure and my nail tech did not wear gloves, was not personable at all, the leg massage was basically a slather of oil on my shins with a few slaps and no warm towel. The blue towels they used were rough and stiff and were pulled through in between each toe (ouch!) She was rough on my feet, nicked me in several places with the cuticle scissor, scratched me with her nails (by accident Im sure), and just wasn't gentle at all. However no one was waiting so I didn't mind waiting for someone to be open. When I walked in I was asked to pick my color and sit which i did.
