    Eden's nails

Rosie was amazing and very accommodating to fixing my broken nail unlike another close by salon that refused my business... she now has me as a regular customer and I will be back .. her work was beautifully done and quick ... as I was in the market of looking for a new nail salon ...I will definitely recommend this nail salon ..

    Dip!

I went to Eden Nail and Spa because it was pay day and I was feeling good! So I decided to go get my nails done because I had heard great reviews from girls at my job. I requested for Lisa (I think thats her name) and invited my friend to come get her nails done too. I went in with the idea of a light quartz pink but instead, I went with this bright yellow which is so opposite. I also wanted to do some marble. To me its more water color than marble but I liked that too. Honestly, I want my nails to grow long. Which is why I didn't do tip but just dip. I went ahead and did this on my natural, hopefully my nails will grow longer so I don't have to do tip anymore! Also, I paid $45 for the set!

Since one of my best friends recommended this salon to me, I've been here a total of three times now - twice for pedicures with Rosie and once for an acrylic fill-in. Yesterday, I decided to switch back to dip powder which was done by Teddy. Rosie is truly amazing and gets my ingrown toenails out every time which provides so much relief given that I work in healthcare and am constantly wearing closed-toed shoes. She even stayed late last time I came so that she could do my acrylic fill-in after finishing my pedicure. But Teddy?! He's the real MVP.. I've never had anyone shape my nails to perfection so quick. I'm very picky about my shape and he was a beast with that nail filer. I cannot stop admiring how beautiful & classy my natural nails look. 10/10 recommend calling for an appointment as they can get pretty busy!

Uneven top coat application on index & crack & chipping of top coat on thumb

I really really hate writing bad reviews & I took the wknd to think about if I wanted to do this, but if it saves the next person tears - then I owe it. My usual nail tech was out of town & I desperately needed to get my nails done. My sister recommended this place & their timings for appointments aligned with my schedule, so I thought why not? I thought sooo wrong. I went in for dip mani & a regular pedi. The salon was nice & clean, customer service was basic, & there's plenty of colors to choose from hence the 2 stars. It wasn't until she started drilling was when I thought this couldn't be real. She was loose handed & sloppy with the drill that she practically cut me on all 10 fingers. Dip application was normal, but then the drilling & shaping was sloppy, again, leaving my nails looking a little thick & not with the sharp clean lines of a "square square" shape. The pedicure was basic, application of the nail polish was ehh as it's on the cuticle line. At this point, I thought to myself whatever, I'll just deal with it. Maybe I just came on an off day or something as it was Thursday evening at 530pm. Untilllll, I woke up Saturday morning & noticed that the top coat of my thumbs were already chipping. I've neveeerr had this happen. I honestly questioned myself asking if I was washing my hands a little too much (I work in medical & I also still have the cuts from the drill so I wanted to keep it clean to avoid infections), but asking other nail tech friends & family, it was because it wasn't properly applied. Again, I'm not the type to complain so I wasn't even going to call to get it fixed. I was later convinced to call & it took everything in me to do so because of my anxiety. Because I was still healing from the cuts, I asked if Teddy could be the one to fix it as I saw how he handles the drill & his shaping looked perfect. I arrived 30 minutes after the phone call & there was a miscommunication as she came from around the corner to fix my nails. I was a little hesitant, but I'm too shy to say anything & I already did not want to be there as "that customer". Anyways, I showed her where it was chipping & asked her if she can drill down one of the nails because it was just way too thick. The second she put the drill to the nail, SHE CUT ME AGAIN. On all 3 fingers that needed to be fixed. One actually drew blood to where she had to wipe it off of my nail. Oh & then sprayed with alcohol. Ouch. She kept apologizing, but didn't do anything different to prevent it from happening again. I was so frustrated that I silently cried in the chair. I tried to hide it because I didn't want to cause a scene while waiting for the top coat to dry. She checked to make sure it was dried & said I was good to go, I politely thanked her & proceeded to calmly walk out just to burst into tears as I'm walking to my car. Never have I ever left a place of service in tears before. I honestly just hope this gets corrected as nobody deserves to have sore fingers from cuts from a place that's supposed to be relaxing. & I really really hope that these drill bits are being sanitized after every client to avoid contamination as she literally cut me on every single finger. Oh & the next day, the same two thumbs were chipping again & another finger. Not sure of the nail tech's name, but she sits two down from Teddy on the right side.

So I've had hit and miss here. The last visit was a hit. I think it really depends on who you get. It looks like the other reviews all point to Vicky as the go-to person here and that kind of speaks to my input of it depends on who you get to do your nails. The first time I went the technician didn't get all the way to the cuticle on several nails with the polish and the gel only lasted about a week before pretty much chipping away and needing to be removed. This past time the manicure is still holding pretty strong after a week and a few days - only a couple small chips that are barely visible. The manicure was honestly the best part. I did the deluxe package and the massage was excellent. The polish on my feet could seriously withstand a nuclear apocalypse I swear. I always wonder how toe nail polish last ten times longer than finger nail polish, especially since I wear flippies daily! Overall: B Depending on who you get, this place could be a win or a miss. Try for Vicky if you can.

That shadow is a bump... and there are more. Not properly smoothed out.

Let me start by saying that I have been getting my nails done and pedicures for years. Like 20 years. So I know good work when I see it. Unfortunately, I would have to say this is the worst I have had done. I give two stars for an ok pedicure. I do have my usual guy at a different salon but every once in a while I have to go somewhere else because of a time crunch. I was a walk in at this place and came for a fill and pedicure. Pedi was done first and I told him to trim down my nails. He did just my big toes and one was trimmed a little slanted. Moving on to the acrylic fill..... I don't know if he is just inexperienced or what, but he did not even completely get all of my previous color off, cuticles were barely touched and after I left, I realized that he did not even properly smooth out the nails after filling them so now I have lumpy looking nails. Also did not clean under the nails or completely smooth the edges. Yes, I could have criticized the entire time, but when I tell you what I want, as a business, you should have competent and experienced staff. This was a $50 waste of money. Normally I would give a second chance, but not on this. I have been to plenty of salons, and never had as bad of an experience as this. Please beware! Editing to a 1 start because the more I look at my nails, the worse they look. I'll be paying more money to fix them this weekend.

I love Eden Nails! I've been seeing Lisa for about 6 years now, and she always does a perfect job. I get SNS dip for my nails and gel on my toes. Anyone who has done my pedicures has been great. All employees are friendly and attentive. The attention to detail on my nails is great considering I usually get elaborate designs. Prices are very reasonable and I recommend this place to anyone! I'm always getting compliments on my nails. Just got these today

At least the pedicure is nice

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I would have spent the extra $20 at Sodo Nail Lash Bar. These people are rude! Do the world a favor and take off the vinyl on the widow that says "walk in welcome". If I had known I needed an appointment I would have made one, but it was a last minute pampering that got ruined because I felt like such an inconvenience

Definitely not how I wanted to start my relaxing message. The whole experience felt transactional. Could be that I am used to Resort spas, it was a promo service, or maybe it was just an off Sunday...whatever it is, I am not sure a membership at M.E is for me. Again, the staff was very nice and friendly. My session was mid but my therapist, Beth was super nice and very informative. Pedro is the person who sold me on scheduling and appointment; he was knowledge and fun plus he's good at sales! Maybe another visit is needed. Nonetheless, here I stand.
