    Blackened Chicken Alfredo
    Jerry E.

Surprisingly, really Good food. I'm normally a little skeptical about hotel restaurants, but this one surprised me! The blacked chicken Alfredo was well seasoned, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Chicken wings were fried crispy but not overcooked. Good amount of sauce. Buffalo hot. Overall, great experience! Breakfast options are served hot and got Zero complaints from me.. I mean, breakfast isn't a hard meal to prepare, but I've been to a couple of restaurants that ruined the 1st meal of the day, Ventanas Grill isn't one of them!

I'm glad I came by and checked this place out as there wasn't too many reviews online let alone a updated menu. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and given a menu. The food here is good the eggs was over easy, the steak medium rare , and the omelette fluffy cheesy. The service here is above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. Truly impressed with the food This place is attached to the double tree of Hilton. Which makes it even nicer for Hilton members. A solid 4/5 stars for me looking forward to the next one and trying a burger

Came here right when it opened as we were going to knotts that day. I was ordered to go since my family was still asleep. I was literally the first in line and ordered separately from my two friends but we waited forever for our food. Over 30 minutes. The people who came in and sat down were served their food before us. I was upset over that but didn't say anything and when we finally follow up on our food. They brought all our to go food out at once. I don't know why they thought we all wanted our food at the same time. I would have left as soon as my food was ready. Staff was nice tho. Average food. Was just convenient since we were staying in the hotel. The worker said if we dined in, the kids would have ate free. I tried asking if that all day but she didn't know since she only works the am shift.

Good food and prices are very reasonable! They're very attentive of your table as well. Recently renovated too so it has a more upscale look to it.

Absolutely delicious food! We had arrived early for dinner from a long day of teaching HazMat classes at Rio Hondo Fire Academy.....glasses of cab and a wonderful meal topped the day off perfectly! We shall return....looking forward to trying a new dish! Had breakfast here this morning and enjoyed the "Innjoyable" breakfast plate with a side of fresh fruit. It looks like a huge meal but turned out to bed perfect!

Overall, our stay was comfortable. It's affordable and the food is decent for breakfast. We have stayed here about 4 times in the past. I like the mini fridge in the room since we have a toddler and need to keep her milk refrigerated. It's a family friendly hotel. We always pay to have the breakfast included. It's more convenient for my family. I will stay here again. It's affordable, and the location is perfect

This the the NINE dollar French toast that supposedly has four large slices of cinnamon French toast. Which is two regular sized pieces of bread.... The kids meal got three pancakes, 3 bacon pieces, and a drink (yeah... I stole some food from my kids...haha)! If your going to spend the money on breakfast I would suggest you go somewhere else or at least DO NOT order the cinnamon French toast!

It's a bar. Food is not that great. Not even appetizers. I order a buffalo wings and they didn't even have sauce. I also order sliders and they were plain. Very dry. I order red curry chicken and def not what I expected. Overall not a great place to eat

Low traffic not very busy, food is fresh, made rather quickly. It's inexpensive for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great service great food, not a fan of their coffee tho. The real question: Would i come back? Yes.

Rock and Brews exceeded each category and came in clutch with some bonuses! First, and most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious! I had tacos, which were discounted for Taco Tuesday and allowed for a mix-and-match of chicken, beef, or pork. My wife had the Mediterranean salad, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We also shared a pretzel that was mega yummy. Second, beer! Lots of great choices, and if you prefer a mixed spirit, well, you're in luck, because they have plenty of those too. Third, vibes! Vibes like Cal Tjader came back to life. The place is decked out like your coolest friend won the lottery and created the perfect spot for all of his Rock & Roll lovin' homies to hang and chill. It is hard to pull off this level of focus without being a complete visual disaster or downright tawdry. Luckily for them, the designer understood the assignment. Well done, designer. You deserve a raise. Now, obviously, I'm a fan. One visit. That's all it took. But even after all of that goodness, there is one thing I must share, because it made a good experience a great one, and that thing is not even a thing; it was Matthew! Brother, thank you for being so kind and attentive. You are very talented, and without question, the quality of our experience is directly linked to your professionalism. I get the impression that no matter where you go, or what you do, the Force is always strong with you. Let's give Matt a raise too! And make him manager when you open the San Diego location.

We headed to Rock & Brews to get lunch it about going to take five minutes depending on the Traffic. We arrive at the restaurant Rock & Brews looks so cool from the outside but the inside we couldn't wait to see how's inside looks. We step in we're amazing the size and full of best bands from the 60' thru the present time they have live band on the weekend. We got seated right and the waiter came hand us the menu then I got our drink order,we're looking at menu they have a very good section to choice from but my wife decided to the bbq chicken salad then I order the Demon chicken chicken with sweet potato fries cost little bit more then we order the giant soft authentic Bavarian pretzel on a guitar holder comes with mustard but beer cheese dip is $4 extra. The waiter brought us our giant soft authentic Bavarian pretzel we couldn't believe it was huge we took a piece of it we amazing how soft and crispy crust very good,we dip in the mustard very good but we try the beer cheese we're disappointed the beer cheese dip we felt didn't have a good cheese flavor and beer need be pair with the cheese any good quality cheese. Finally our food arrived at the table my wife bbq chicken salad look so good. I was very surprised to my Demon chicken sandwich it looks like an angry Demon due to using fresh Jalapeño pepper and what kind of spices they use on chicken breast for Demon chicken anyways I took a biteof of Demon chicken sandwich it was incredible good but spicy but coleslaw cools down the heat. The sweet potato fries was good I really enjoy it. My wife love the bbq chicken salad and the giant pretzel. I love the food but the service was amazing good we like to thank our server thank you.

Everything was really good. The food was solid, and the pricing felt fair for today's world--not cheap, but not outrageous either. Honestly, since it's inside a hotel, my expectations weren't sky-high, but the food pleasantly surprised me. I'd definitely come back, especially to try their brunch. The reason it's four stars instead of five comes down to the atmosphere and staffing. The restaurant sits right in the hotel lobby with no walls, so you hear everything--hotel guests coming and going, music playing in the lobby, the TV from the bar, and general foot traffic. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxed dinner, this might feel a little overstimulating. Also, our waiter (who was great, by the way) seemed to be doing the job of about three people. He was taking orders, bringing drinks and food, running payments, and even delivering room service. The poor guy was working like he owed the hotel money. On a Friday night, they could definitely use more staff. That said, the food was good, the service was kind, and I'd still come back--next time probably for brunch.

Unsafe Conditions, Dismissive Management & Unnecessary Security Call…read more I was dining at Thirty Acres Kitchen inside the Knott's Hotel when water started dripping directly from the ceiling onto me. There was also standing water on the floor with no wet floor signs, barriers, or any warnings whatsoever. This was a clear slip-and-fall hazard in a busy restaurant. I calmly brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Julie, and pointed out how dangerous it was--especially for guests using wheelchairs or with mobility needs, this was particularly concerning. Instead of addressing the problem, she dismissed it as "not a big deal," refused to complete any incident report, gave me a negative attitude with a mean facial expression, and then called security on me as if I was the problem. When the young security guard arrived, he asked for my ID. I politely refused and explained the situation calmly--he looked surprised but not defensive. I have photos documenting the ceiling leak, standing water, and lack of signage. This experience was disappointing and unsafe, especially from a hotel restaurant attached to a family theme park. Management should prioritize fixing hazards and training staff to handle legitimate guest concerns professionally rather than escalating them. I hope Knott's / Six Flags investigates and improves.
