Regular Poke Bowl w/ Salmon & Tuna; Spring Mix Salad & White Rice
    Felicity D.

This place is definitely a hole in the wall because it's in a plaza that I've passed by SO many times. Who knew that there would be such a good poke spot hidden here! Very kind staff and good portions here. I liked that they didn't charge for avocado! My bowl tasted very fresh and I really enjoyed it here. Would come again!

Way easy to order and stop in real quick! The serving is very large, I had some for dinner and refrigerated the rest for lunch the next day. I'm surprised! I really enjoyed the bowl I built for myself. The staff is really nice. Quick and efficient. There's many tables and seats inside. But when I went no one was dining in and most took for take out.

Tried this pole place in Buena Park for the first time. They offer 3,4,5 scoops of protein. They have good variety of fish and mix ins selections. They don't charge extra for the first scoop of avocado. A must-try poke place if you are in the area!

Sushi always seems fresh and the portions are good. Like the sauces here too. Go to Poki place in this area.

This poke spot is located in a small shopping center that you'd probably drive by if you weren't looking for it. I stopped in for lunch. The quality of the food was fine, I enjoyed my meal, but was not blown away or left wanting to return anytime soon.

For a small spot, the ambience is nice and it does not feel intimidating to order. The staff were friendly and gave good suggestions. Will come back to try more things.

My go-to poke spot for clean and quick bowl of delicious poke. Obviously not hawaiian authentic style but there are all the topping choices to choose from and it's super filling and fresh. would recommend trying this out.

Salmon albacore scallops tuna octopus shrimp spicy tuna were part of the selection Went with a half and half of brown rice and salad with jalantra (warned it be sour) and the sweet Hawaiian and eel sauces not advertised The person making the bowl was not skimping on fish or toppings and literally my 3 scooped bowl was filled to the top with lid and it was arranged so pretty making it even more appetizing! Total came out to 18.48 - definitely bowl shareable and worth the quality and portion received! The brown rice was warm and mixed with the sauces provided a sweet sour spice combo that was not overpowering to the fish and flavors overall Sesame tofu is a win! Somehow everything stayed in the bowl while consuming The gal helping me was incredible sweet and took her time making the bowl and being honest about the flavors of the sauces. Ensured I had everything to consume. Very welcoming and friendly she was. Would certainly return back to get yubu and try the other goodies!

Solid spot for poke bowls if you're in the Cypress area!…read more I was in the area for work - and the hotel I'm staying at is right next to Uroko Poke. Have gone here twice now! It works just like any other Build-your-own Poke Bowl spot. Assembly line-style with the employee on one side and you're on the other side of the glass picking out how to dress up your poke bowl. Employees are friendly, prompt, and efficient. Bases are white rice, brown rice, salad, broccoli - the white rice here is pretty solid - moist and fluffy - not dry or old like other spots. You get your choices of up to 6 sides - I picked spicy crabmeat, regular crabmeat, seaweed salad, avocado (first scoop free), mango and pineapple. Choice of protein - pricing based by # of scoops: 2 @ $16, 3 @ $18, 5 @ $21. I got my usual 3x Salmon. The fish here is fresh, does not carry any smell, didn't taste slimy or frozen. Sauces - I went with my usual mix of sesame oil and spicy mayo. Toppings - First scoop of masago is free, and a dash of green onions completed my bowl for me. Everything tasted fresh - and when you consider that what sets the price is the # of scoops of protein - it's a pretty good deal considering the base and everything else is normal serving scoops. Lots of seating both inside the restaurant and in the outdoors dining area. I just took my order back to my hotel. Tons of free parking alongside the food court, near El Torito. The only downside is their "revamped" Rewards system. Based on the previous reviews, it used to be a punch-type system where you get the 10th bowl free. This is how a lot of the other Poke bowl spots I've gone to work. The new system really works against you. You get 1 point for every $14 or so spent - and 24 points gets you $10 off. My medium poke bowl with tax and tip came out to $20.51 - and yes, I only got 1 point. In other words, not only do you not get a free bowl even after buying over double the number of bowls needed to previously get a free bowl, but once you hit 24 points - you only get $10 off. Pretty pathetic, hence the reason I knocked off a star.

What I love most about Poke District is the quality of everything. From the poke to the rice, everything is consistently fresh without being overly expensive. I always get the build-your-own bowl with salmon, white rice and the Hot Lava flavor. One thing I really like is that they mix the flavor directly into the poke rather than simply drizzling the sauce on top, which is a major plus for me. They're also super accommodating with modifications. I don't really like seaweed salad, so I always ask for it to be replaced with an extra scoop of crab meat instead! I've also seen some reviews complaining about the kiosk and people not liking it. The kiosk is simply an additional option, so if you don't want to use it, you don't have to. I honestly didn't even notice it at first and just ordered my meal with one of the staff members as usual. Poke District is always super quick, never taking more than five minutes to prepare my bowl. They also make sure your bowl is prepared exactly how you want it before packing it up, which I really appreciate. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Poke District to anyone looking for a higher-quality poke spot in the area!

On my recent visit we requested extra toppings which we notified the staff member we are willing to pay extra for she rudely emphasized with each item that it will be extra . After receiving our bowls we were disappointed with our food as there was barely any change even with paying for more. Another guest came in to the staff familiarity and was treated very differently from us they were not requested to fill the form and were given extra scoops of food from the customers request. It's $18.95 for a small bowl (2 scoops), but that doesn't even include the extra charges if you get avocado, Masago, and salmon. I get charging extra for avocado but charging extra for masago and salmon??? I decided to get salmon which made a single bowl $21. The only thing that made my order worth it was the Postmates coupon.
