(I'm not suprised) They were able to fix the issue way faster than Office Depot could even promised (and sill couldnt fix) They also sell computers, laptops, combo packs, which I have purchased since then as well. Also, durring a small talk convo, I mentioned that best buy was asking around $300 to recover files from a broken lap top of mine and transfer it to a external hard drive. They did it for me for free as a courtesy!! These guys are awesome!!! the files on that lap top happened to be all the pictures of my daughter from when she was born till she was about 3! priceless memories caught on photo that I can once again enjoy thanx to these guys! He explained there were so many different issues with the CPU, the SSD and the fan and a couple other things and that he COULD certainly fix them all, and re-build things but it would cost about $700-$800. But he said honestly, you'd be better off using that money towards buying a new computer. This one will likely have other issues and it may be a waste of your money. So I asked him how much I owed him for the diagnostic and he said $0!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! So, he could have charged me $700-$800, BUT he chose integrity over income!! Eric, you have a customer for life. His rates are half that of Circuit City and he is much more knowledgeable. He took less than a half hour to replace the screen and took care of disposing the old computer parts for us. The downside is that he is WAAAAY out there in the Sunset, and his storefront location is pretty run down looking. Cracked glass on the front door, hasn't been vacuumed recently etc.

I first became aware of Web Dispatch last year when I spotted their vehicles parked in front of…read moretheir building, adjacent to a gymnasium where I worked out. The computer mechanic that I had been using at the time had recently shut down, and I did have some computer work that needed doing, so the following day I gave them a call. They answered the telephone on the first ring, asked to know the difficulty I'd been having, and we set up a housecall in less than ten minutes. On the appointed day, the technician was five minutes early! Although my computer office was quite messy, he made no remarks about it, opened up my computer, and diagnosed the problem in minutes. As I watched him work, it was easy to see that he was both knowledgeable and that he liked his work. But more than that, the technician was like a miner who knew exactly where the mother-lode was located and how to quickly deliver the gold. In less than 20 minutes, the work was done. I was so pleased, I decided to give him another job, and I produced an old computer and asked if he could transfer the data from it to the other computer's hard-drive. He said this could be done, but the transfer time would add up my bill and that it would be more practical for the work to be done at their headquarters, and that I could pick it up in two days' time. He was helping me save money! What more could you ask for? So, when a piece of old software on my computer started giving me problems two weeks ago--and resisted being uninstalled--I gave Web Dispatch a call. They performed their excellent work again! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! They are terrific!
