I sold it to a friend, deducting the $213 from the price, so he can try to find a more responsible company to fix this small crack. I will phone them AGAIN and request a refund of the $213. If they don't pay it back in 5 days, I will sue them in Marin County Small Claims Court for $213, plus court costs, and service fees, which will add perhaps another $200 to the claim, and I will file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Automotive Repair, for fraud.
