During my recent visit, Fanny was absolutely amazing -- incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Her customer service truly elevated the experience. My go-to order is always the mini elk tacos with flour tortillas, and of course the mac and cheese, but this time I tried the queso and chips and it was divine -- rich, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I've had in a while. I paired everything with a Ranch Water and had such a relaxing evening. I returned again on Memorial Day and although the third floor was closed, the second-floor experience was just as exceptional. Lauren -- the one with the long dark hair -- was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Ask for Lauren if you visit. She provided genuine hospitality and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. 10/10 every single time. Whether you live in Plano or you're simply visiting the area, Haywire is absolutely worth experiencing for yourself. I landed in Dallas and several people recommended this restaurant so here I am. Unfortunately, I'm on somewhat of a diet so this is going to be challenging. Several people have encouraged me to try their steak and of course and tons of other meats that look delicious, including Elk tacos. thankfully, they came through with Texas corn, spicy green beans and charred broccolini, as well as a house salad. I think the staff went the extra mile for me here haha I've ordered their sweet tater style tots (not shown) several times - the texture of pecan, creamy marshmallow and tots are a slam dunk.
