Extremely tasty food, prepared well. A variety of items to choose from. They make plant based foods easy to acquire. The oyster mushroom and kale bowl is really, really good!!!!

This truck has AMAZING food! Everything from the service to the food is out of this world fantastic! I am so happy to find vegan food on the Alabama coast. Coming from somewhere with lots of vegan options I never imagined finding such a gem in the South. I've been driving from California across 7 different states trying vegan all over and this, by far, is my favourite spot. We ordered the nachos, boneless wings with hot sauce, and Cajun butternut squash fries. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious and flavourful. The best part is, it tasted indulgent and rich but made us feel amazing afterwards. Healthy, unprocessed and everything is made from scratch. Mr. Eddie, the owner, even came to check up on us to make sure everything was good; such a nice guy! We can't wait to come back!

Delicious, well-seasoned, healthy vegan cuisine served with a smile. Enough said!!!!!

I did not have a great experience with Vegan Time today. I called my order in over the phone because I have a short lunch period. However, when I arrived 20 minutes later after placing my order, the person serving me was looking at his phone, and had not started cooking my food. He explained that he did this so that my food would be hot, but this was frustrating to me because I called it in over the phone to avoid the wait Then after about 10 minutes of waiting in the sun, he finished and handed me my food. He did not mention over the phone that the sides were an added charge. Then my vegan "burger" looked nothing like a burger. it was served on white toasted bread, grease was dripping off of it, and the patty was crumbling. I am pretty dissatisfied with my experience, and will not be returning for a bit.

I drove by this food truck so many times every time I was driving on Airport Blvd & wanted to try the food, so I finally tried out the food. I got Vegan Nachos & Elderberry Smoothie, everything was delicious. I will be back to try everything else out. Stop in, get some food, have a seat at the park, enjoy the day while the weather is nice.

Crab cake burger and butternut squash pie

Food is good! However over priced! I waited 35 minutes. I ordered a mango seamos drink, crab cake burger with a side of quinoa stir fry, and last a butternut squash pie. I didn't like my drink but food was delicious. However my wallet took a hit with a whooping $33 dollars. All the anticipation of waiting went away. I kind felt sad that I waited so long and it cost me so much for one meal that I forgot to take a good picture. Way out or my budget.

The food is so good! And Chef Eddie is so much fun - served up some southern hospitality with our order. Would absolutely recommend.

We were in town for Mardi Gras and had reservations with friends and family for dinner on a Friday night. The menu is a prefix with several options including some off menu options and all were delicious. They have a great drink selection as well as a several mocktail selections. Our server was wonderful and took time to explain menu options, make recommendations and ensure that the allergy concerns in our party were handled. We had a great time and would recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

For our first course, I chose the seared scallops and hubby got the fish cakes. The scallops were Excellent! Served with butternut squash grits and pesto. The dish was as beautiful as it was delicious. Hubby's fish cakes were ok but nothing special. The breading overpowered the halibut. Next we both had the spring salad. It was nice and fresh but it really isn't strawberry season and it showed. For our entrees, hubby choice the panko crusted fish and I picked the line caught fish. The panko crusted was mahi mahi, a nice big fillet with the crunchy panko. A bit greasy but overall good. The Noja potatoes were a hit. The Brussels Sprouts were crispy but greasy. Unfortunately the line caught fish was a disappointment. It was golden tilefish. The filet looked beautiful but had absolutely no taste. It was served with a lemon caper sauce but the lemon completely overshadowed the fish. The restaurant was nice enough to offer a different entree but as a pescatarian, the options were limited. If I was a meat eater, I would give them another shot. It's a shame that while living on the coast, it is difficult to find a restaurant that consistently knows how to prepare an upscale fish dinner.
