I was a little confused at first since there's no servers. You go up to the bar to order drinks and to the kitchen window to order food. It was a different experience but I enjoyed it because it means you don't have to wait for a server. I ordered the Fried Oyster Mushrooms and the Shrimp Gochujang. My friends shared the KFC, the Mushroom pasta, and Parmesan Truffle Fries with me. Everything was so delicious. Not a big mayo on fries fan but it worked. I then tried the Brussels sprouts. Not sure what they were seasoned with but they tasted pretty good. Next was the chicken tenders. I dipped them in what seemed like a chili sauce. It had a lot of spice but it tasted good. The mahi mahi slider was next. It was my favorite appetizer. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce on the slider was very tasty. After that was the fish part of the fish and chips. I think the fish was cod. I was impressed by it. It wasn't better than the mahi mahi but it was good. The last thing I tried were the avocado fries. I really like them. While the Mobile, Alabama I decided to try this uniquebar and grill. The bar has a huge selection of whiskeys. I had an old-fashioned with Buffalo trace. The bartender mixed it perfectly and was very friendly. This place was crowded but manageable. They don't have any servers so you have to order your food, pay and wait for them to text you. Same thing with the drinks. The environment was a little loud, but understandable since it was about 5 PM. So I'm sure it was the meeting place for everybody after work. Went in tonight to order food to go. I had a beer when I walked in. I ordered my food and then sat at the bar to order a tequila shot. The bartender said she was going to take my beer, I said I'll go outside to wait for my food. When my food was ready I came back inside and the bartender was super abrasive.
