I'm rating Ginger and Spice at three stars because I was attracted to the concept and theme of this juice bar; hip hop, health and wellness. The owner is very from and sweet. My only complaint is that the juices are very watered down. I drank it up so fast and it cost me $30 for two juices which is ridiculous, and I live in California where everything is expensive; but not like that.

Here is the Santorini with hummus and other veggies on multigrain bread it was a 10/10

The food was great actually great is a understatement. Definitely worth it will be by again soon

This place isn't even open. They put a small fridge inside of a coffee shop. This is not what we were expecting.

I was really impressed with the wrap. If I lived in the area, I can see myself making a weekly trip to get it. Made with care.

A short scenic drive down 98 is worth it to experience this funky little juice shop and her healthy offerings. Vibe is artsy Fairhope, and whoever is there serving is happy to make yummy palate recommendations for this healthy treat! Juices are in a cooler and they use delightful (heavy) glass packaging. Good stuff and a worthy side trip /pit stop!

I live in Pensacola, but have family in Fairhope so I'm there often. I'll definitely be making a stop by to stock up prior to returning home from now on! I knew I wanted to grab quite a few this time so I stopped by the store but they were unexpectedly closed :0( I called a bit later and got to chat with the owner, and she profusely apologized (not necessary at all!) but she seems quite wonderful herself. She informed me that she'd be back at a certain time until close so I made my plans to return just a bit later in the day. And I am SO SO happy I did! As I had a little tasting party in Fairhope prior to returning home and everyone was shocked that they "actually liked juice"! I get it, I had the same thoughts when I finally realized juices could be so delicious! I then traveled back to Pensacola and gifted a set to my friends who have been hearing about Fairhope Juice Co. for quite some time (from me raving and wishing they were in Pensacola). They immediately popped one open and the reaction in their faces said it all! They loved it! I can't wait for them to try the rest!! I drank Lola today and WOW it's just so amazingly good. Thanks Fairhope Juice Co.! Can't wait to return!

The employees were very chill and friendly. I ordered an iced unsweetened Matcha latte and it was refreshing and delicious! My husband had a decaf Cortado and enjoyed his as well. We both had our drinks inside the café and enjoyed the experience. We also bought some Matcha powder they had for sale and it tastes great. 5-stars!

Bright, airy, modern. The clientele is bougie enough that I felt a little out of place, lol, but I still enjoyed being there. I had a little bit of a hard time figuring out their menu. Signage is kind of limited and small, clustered on a counter which isn't easy to see if there's a line. I later found on their website that they have "local fave lattes," many of which sounded better than what I wound up ordering. I wish they'd been listed on a menu that I saw. At any rate, I decided on a shaken brown sugar latte. The employee who took my order was adequately if not effusively friendly. There were several young women working hard behind the counter to accommodate the large volume of orders. It took a bit for me to get my drink, but within a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. I thought the price was maybe a smidge high for the size of the drink, but what else is new these days? I got my drink and headed to my car. Overall, it was just okay. My first sip was a huge overly sweet mouthful of brown sugar; I don't think it was mixed super well. I moved my straw up and got a second mouthful of mostly milk. Then I used the straw to mix the drink myself and gave it a few gentle swishes with my hand. That helped some. This was a decent brown sugar espresso, but even after I mixed more thoroughly, it was still on the overly milky side for my preferences. Again, I wish I'd seen a different latte option to order. I think I might've liked a different flavor combination more. When I eventually return to the Gulf, I may give them another try and get something more up my alley. I enjoyed the modern, sunshiney, beachy vibes and would like to sit on the patio and enjoy a coffee when time permits.
