I needed a deadbolt added and got a reply via Yelp, they would be out the next day. I didn't agree on a price first. Never ever make an assumption. I thought it would be around $150 for a 20 minute job. Nope! $220. The funny thing is I asked the technician the price when he was at his van. His answer was "I'll give you an invoice at the end" That should have been my second red flag. Just because you get a fair price once, doesn't mean it will happen again. (Reminds me of taking my car in for repairs, the first couple times, good deal, then the prices escalate). Do your due diligence. Update: after seeing my review, they offered a $50 rebate for not quoting price before doing the job.

When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. He was punctual, quick, and professional, and the pricing was great, especially considering he brought all the replacement parts with him and got the job done efficiently. On top of that, he was great to talk to...and even my kitties liked him, which says a lot. Had an option of replacing the entire lock cylinder from Honda, which would cost me hundreds of dollars and Pedro was able to rebuild mines for a fraction of the cost and time. Also had a key programmed as well! Left my car with him so that he could work his magic in peace and explored other businesses around him. Great part was that he also took time at the end to explain to be what went wrong with my ignition and showing me the old worn out part from the cylinder and what a new part would look like. Wasn't able to utilize chat via Yelp with him but he was communicable via IG answering questions I had along with setting up an appointment based on our availability.
