Our vision for the project was to refurbish our home to become more modern, which meant choosing a different exterior paint color. Unable to decide which colors to choose, we asked Chris what colors he would recommend. Not only was he able to immediately recommend different colors, but the color scheme he chose for us fitted our home perfectly and was exactly what we had in mind. Many of our home's eaves had been damaged by termites and needed replacing; many of the wooden boards were not only very high up and hard to reach, but also very large. The greatest merit of Chris and his team, however, is their work ethic. We were in the middle of a heat dome when they started work, meaning temperatures were in the high 90s to 100s all day. Despite the unpleasant weather, Chris's team would arrive on time every day and work with no complaints. The workspace was always kept clean and organized at the end of each day; upon finishing, they made sure the surrounding area was extra clean. The most surprising thing is, the team was able to finish the project in a week, a whole week faster than the original 2 week estimate! It is amazing how quickly yet masterfully they were able to complete the work in these summer conditions, and we thank them for all their hard work (not to mention that they were able to start work a day or two after Chris's appraisal). TLDR: easiest decision, hire Mr. Seong Park…read more I recently called Mr. Seong Park I think on a Thursday night, asking for what I thought was a simple touch up job before we moved into a new place, and thinking I already had the paint. He offered to come by on Saturday (1.5 days later!). He showed up early, gave me two quotes and explained the pros and cons of each, and then ensured the paint I had on hand was the right color before I went to get more. He also removed a TV wall mount, patched it perfectly, and taped several cracks in the drywall. And then the job got way more difficult. I went to go get more paint matched, which took awhile, and when I came back he started painting and it was clear it did not match. He then went to a paint specialist, went through 5 rounds of paint matching before he was satisfied, and came back to proceed with not just touching up but essentially repainting the entire house so that it was uniform in color. What he thought was going to only take a couple hours kept him there the entire day. On top of that, after working an entire day, he asked if he could come back the next morning for one more coat because he wasn't satisfied with the job yet! When I came back in the morning he had finished, cleaned up thoroughly, stored my paint, and installed an outlet cover I had bought. The job totally evolved and at no point did he complain, much less ask for more money to complete it. He did an amazing job, very thorough, and our home now looks brand new. I could not be more happy to highly recommend that you hire him for any paint needs! He was courteous, kind, respectful, and did an amazing job.
