I initially opted for the living social deal but I changed my mind. The website is very user friendly and allowed me to select specifics cleaning tasks. Payment was seamless, company car impressive.. Set up professional. I had 4 hours with a 2 person team (Adama and Jackie). It really does take that long and I am already a neat freak! They made my home look like new. I can NEVER get my shower that white!! My baseboards and blinds were clean as a whistle. Thank you Adama and Jackie! I will be a repeat customer and I am referring others too. The booking process is very unsophisticated. It took two calls and countless texts (why is texting the only method of communication that gets a response?) to make my first appointment. You have to call first and they rarely answer. They came to my apartment and couldn't find a parking spot because apparently they drive a gigantic car that doesn't fit in a normal sized parking garage. It has been 8 days since they said they would reschedule by the end of the day and they wouldn't give me another time slot because "they already came and didn't get paid" even though the living social clean had been paid for a week or so prior. They refuse to reschedule or give me my money back and blame me for not being able to park. If I knew ahead of time that drove a monster truck I wouldn't have hired them. Don't do it y'all... in my case it seems as though they just took the living social money and then once they got frustrated with the parking they decided to "have limited availability for living social customers". It shouldn't take over a week to re-book an appointment in any industry. Everyone has access to a calendar. *UPDATE* They just threatened to sue me for leaving a review that they didn't like. Update: Don't listen to this guy. I was never told that they don't take Groupon appointments on the weekends, nor did it say say as much on their booking website nor on the Groupon itself. And I don't think that texting me that you're not coming 2 hours after you were already supposed to be there counts as "letting me know that you're not coming". read more

I booked them with a Living Social deal which I always think is risky since quality of service goes down with those types of deals but I was pleasantly surprised. I got through right away when I called and told Adama I was looking for a weekend cleaning. They had available cleanings next day, but he called me back to schedule for a Sunday since weekends are more booked. Communicated through text message which was fine for me. I got a 3 hour cleaning for a small 3 bedroom house. Two people came so they were there 1 and 1/2 hours (2 people X 1.5 hours each = 3 hours). When they arrived, I told them my priorities and they started right away. The 3 hours wasn't enough to clean the entire house but what they did get to was well done. They have good pricing and convenient weekend hours so I would use them again. read more

I bought the LivingSocisl coupon for 4 hours of maid service. Jackie and Adama showed up on time and proceeded to thoroughly clean my house from top to bottom. Old toilet bowl stains that had been impossible to clean for years (even after using several products) were largely gone. Jackie also took the time to explain the tools she used and where stains were greatly reduced, but not completely gone, she pointed them out as well. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned. They took care of the blinds, mopped the hardwood floors (which look nice and sparkly now), countertops, etc. In two hours they did a really good job cleaning our house. I asked around lot of cleaning services, they were either closed on Sun or didn't have opening. Saver maid services were very thorough . They were very thorough and detail. Extremely dissatisfied. I tried for almost three weeks to book an appointment with them. First I called (per instructions on the Living Social voucher) and was told instead to go straight to the website to book. Then, a couple of days later, I received a text message stating that I can't book through the website, I must call. I spent the next two weeks trying to call/text to book an appointment which I never was able to get any confirmation. Finally the day of appointment I was told they would not be coming at all. After the original scheduled cleaning date passed, I received another text with vague apologies for the confusion and prompting me to request another cleaning date in the future.
