This is a Jekyll and Hyde type of place! Restaurant during the day, nightclub late night. Lots of bars and space! Plenty of seating! And most importantly, a mechanical bull!!! Our server Sammy was awesome!!'! Lots of good energy and interaction! On point with orders and service. Food was pretty good! Good flavor, portions and value! Wings, salads, pastas all good. My frustration is with the rudeness and lack of training of their security and management team. Ok, so you are revolving to a club, inform your patrons POLITELY! That they will need to give up their table because they become VIP or whatever BS. But KNOW your customers and read the client! Especially when they just brought a party of about 20 and the remaining few were continually buying drinks and tipping far beyond reasonable. I will be honest, I would not visit this location again. I came on a Sunday night with my parents. I can't speak to what the experience is on a crowded night; we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The food & service was really good, and we were able to watch the sports games. From the street you would think the venue was very loud, but I did not find that to be the case once I was inside. Came on a Saturday to watch a football game. It was a bit empty since ASU wasn't playing this weekend. They were kind enough to change the channel. Plenty of seating and lots of college kids. Fuuuun! Food was good, fast, waitresses knew the place and menu. They also have a great happy hour and in a great location. Entering was weird, as you have to take the stairs or elevator but once you get it on the second floor, you're good. Very nice sport bar for a college area. Walked in and there were no one there besides staff a maybe two people. The host asked how many and when we said 11, she set down the menus and told us "just sit wherever". It smelt bad inside and there wasn't chair sat all of the tables. Staff just watched us kinda look around. We decided to try the patio and after stepping over vomit and cigarette butts, we reached a sticky table and again, there wasn't seating set up fully and we didn't know if we could move things? We also didn't have menus or anyone checking on us the whole we were walking around confused. Fiancé went to the bathroom and said he decided to hold it because it was so gross. For sure a night scene vibe but at 12 on a Sunday, we'd expect some cleanliness and service. We left and no one even said a word. They tried to charge me $120 for $40 of drinks. I told them I'm 28 years old... lol I'm not a college kid, because I just immediately assumed they're scamming me. They fixed it immediately. Edit now that I'm not drunk: 2 stars for fixing the mistake or scam they were trying to pull, I'm unsure if it was scammy or just a mistake. However the security guard was on a power trip acting like a police officer who is out of line. He was ableist to me. The other security dudes were not acting like this freak. He left my area to get a girl off the stage and the security who replaced him acted completely normal and did their jobs better than that guy. He's corrupt. He threw my phone on the ground causing me to have to go on the floor during a crowd crush. That's unsafe! I'm a disabled person with a handicap parking pass and everything. So he fucking assaulted me and cussed at me. I'm going to file a police report with the city of tempe because of the assault. If I were to have gotten hurt that's a pretty big lawsuit, I've been in one before, this guy is bad for your business, could have lost you millions in court if I had been injured. I have half a million dollars worth of surgical steel inside of my body holding me all together already. He's a white male, skinny tall, anger probs. This place has a great vibe. I came because it was close to my hotel by the airport. I ordered their margarita on fuego which was very good. I also ordered the Mexican street corn and cilantro lime hummus. Wasn't very much a fan of the hummus but the street corn is freaking amazing. The service was slow regardless of the crowd inside so be patient even if there isn't a lot of people here. That was the only disappointing thing here. read more

We started with pretzel bites (yummy), rock shrimp (yummy) and garlic fries (yummy)! All delicious. Husband and son had street tacos and I had a cheeseburger. The demographic is mainly college students since it's in downtown Tempe near ASU. After 11pm/12am it is really packed but the vibes are awesome. Security does a great job at maintaining the crowd. The music is different on each level you go to. The drinks are kind of pricey I would pregame and get a ride so save some money!! The green tea shots are delicious, super strong margaritas. This was my first time at a dance club and it was really fun, really good idea for friends birthdays! Be safe and drink responsibly. read more

I arrived at this place at 9pm. Got a bullet and ginger ale for $15 so gave my card and opened a tab. Grabbed a glass of water with my drink and went to just sit and relax. Hour later, I grabbed another water and a $10 redbull vodka. Then an hour later I bought a white claw, and once again filled my water cup. I was here for 3 1/2 hours, had 3 drinks with a glass of water with them each time. They then kicked me out for being too intoxicated... how does 3 drinks over 3 1/2 hours make someone too intoxicated? That is less than the legal limit. I was also the only person I saw who constantly had a glass of water. I legit saw some guy and his girl have 6 drinks in 30 min... that's twice the amount I had in a 1/6th of the time. Then they got the cops involved to try to get me arrested when I was just trying to get my debit card back. They wouldn't give me back my card, after asking nicely a couple times I had to argue with them for them to even go look. Now they're saying my card is missing and they don't have it. I told them exactly which bar, register, and even the time I opened the tab. They said they never had it and told me to go look at other bars, when I explained that was the only place I went. Come with low expectations and you may be okay. We stopped in because we thought it reminded us of a Nashville bar with the outdoor patios and a rooftop. There were very few people here so no issues with smell or crowds. We were disappointed in the drinks. The cocktails were super sugary and we did not enjoy them. We stuck with packaged drinks like high noons which are predictable but was bummed their special drinks weren't a higher quality. If you drink beer/seltzers and want to watch the game this place may be for you. If you want a nice cocktail then I would avoid. read more

We were a group of 10 ladies and wanted to go somewhere nice for a Saturday lunch. While walking around the downtown we saw a huge lettering and we were all like let's check it out. It's located on the second floor and we took stairs. It was a light Saturday with hardly any people in the restaurant. We were asked to wait a bit and they arranged a table for 10. We could see there were only 2 people taking the orders and serving the food and drinks. So we knew then that it's going to a slow affair. Saturday afternoons it's only brunch menu and they do not take any other menu orders. Slowly people started pouring in. The ambience is loud with large screens projecting music and lights. They took about 15 min to take our order and another 20-25min to bring our order. The brunch food is really good. I went with chicken and waffle. The chicken was crispy and tasted good. But the hit among our group was the garden sandwich and the avocado toast. The price is average. I would have gone with 4 stars but the service is rather too slow and it takes forever. read more

This is a split level bar/club. The 2nd floor is called "Varsity Lounge" and the 3rd floor is called "Teacher's Lounge." Now that they opened the terrace called the "Teacher's Lounge" on the 3rd floor, this is definitely a 5 star place. No matter what kind of group you have, there is something here that will appeal to each of them. It's a diverse space. You can get up via elevator or stairs to "Varsity Lounge" which has a mini arcade, bar, dancefloor, and a terrace. They play top 40 and hip hop. Then you can head upstairs one more flight or take the elevator to the 3rd floor which is called "The Teacher's Lounge" and it's for more of a mature crowd so they can talk and mingle, the music is more mellow, and the finishes are much more sleek and refined. The combination of the two spaces is brilliant. We used every inch of both spaces. Really enjoyed ourselves here. And don't forget to spin the shot wheel! read more
