My favorite part was wandering the magical forest paths, surrounded by glowing flowers, vibrant autumn trees, and enchanting woodland animals. As someone who loves spending time in nature and photographing wildlife, this was the part that truly made me feel like I'd stepped into an enchanted world. I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

I'm not that good online…read moreand purchasing things so today 11/12/25 my mom called the Disney Guest Relations for tickets and at first a kind lady named Christina helped us with our code. She was very nice and helpful and then transferred us to someone in buying tickets. Sue the lady who was helping us purchase tickets was the most wonderful, kind, amazing, sweet helpful lady. We kept having problems with all this stuff we both don't understand, but Sue was so calm, patient and helped us. We had to go and figure things out and when we called back and to our amazement we had Sue again. She again couldn't have been more helpful. Then she even went out of her way to help us with our ticket relations. The entire time we spoke with her from start to finish she was a huge blessing. My mom and I were so happy and she put a nice start to our day, week and month since it's been challenging. Sue was like our own Disney Angle. I highly hope that others have the privilege of interacting with Sue as well as Christina. I hope that they get the acknowledgement for being so wonderful and made our day one of the happiest of days because of these two lady's.

Our little one enjoyed making and flying several different paper airplanes. Many hands on activities on the second floor geared toward the younger generation, I was equally eager to learn. It's summer and it was hot and miserable outside AND inside! We purchased popcorn and what we got was not fresh whatsoever. They definitely had their A/C off and or at 85' because we were sweating in our seats! Customers around us were fanning themselves. The movie was about to begin and we did not have time to complain. For the ticket & concession item prices, you would think they would have the A/C on full blast and fresh popcorn; especially, if they knew the movie was also sold out! I guess I shouldn't expect more from an independent movie theatre; it was also full of riff raff and kids under 5 years old...Again, this was a midnight show! When the film ended, we looked at the walls next to our seats and saw dust and spider webs! We laughed & thought it was ironic because we saw Spider Man; at that point, we unanimously agreed that this place was trash! Oh, and their website and phone App are horribly designed! There is no option to request a refund in case you can't make it or prefer a different showtime. You have to email them and justify why you are requesting a refund! Who has time for that and why does a paying customer have to dispute a refund? That's a very sketchy business practice. AMC, Cinemark, Harkins, Regal, and Cinépolis all have a refund option! Sadly, our visit did not exceed our expectations; in fact, we were unable to enjoy the movie. If you want to watch a movie in a sauna during the summertime, be my guest and visit Milagro Cinema! Meanwhile, we will continue to patronize chain movie theaters where we always get a great, pleasant, and affordable movie experience from beginning to end.
