No money was refunded even though owner admitted to the video being bad and performance being not the best. Paula said one week wasn't enough notice for her to come up with a choreography. Every dancer knows that, that is more than enough time and she should of turned my fiancé down if she couldn't put something great together. Something worth $600! She said she bought 24 roses and that's where she made up for the bad choreography. 24 roses do not cost that much! Such a bad experience :( The video was so bad I was embarrassed to show my family. They did not work on a choreography at all. i hired a "professional" videographer and photographer provided by them for $150 extra charge to make sure to have something to show to our families that do not live in California . I was given the video of the already depressing event and they did not record the moment where i proposed and had a quality worse than a phone recording. Not to mention, NO pictures! I asked for a reimbursement for some money back since they knew they had ruined my proposal. they agreed and asked to make payments and did not pay and stoped responding! i am a very understanding person and even agreed to give them more time to make the payments and of course they never reimbursed me. I have proof of all of this. I have never gone through such a sad experience! What i was promised and what i paid for wasn't met. The worst part is that they didn't have even the minimum respect to have paid back. Instead they robbed me of $750.00 and a moment that can never be relived. if you want to have a good memory of what ever your event is, chose someone else and do not support a dishonest person.
