I am a very avid Yelp user. So when I couldn't find many reviews on this place, I was a little skeptical, but decided to give them a try anyway. The woman that I spoke with was very sweet and as we continued to correspond with one another over the next few weeks, I began to grow a soft spot for her (despite the fact that I knew by the end of it, I would have a very sad wallet.) She was very accommodating and answered all my questions, even when I called to bug her nearly every day to make sure that this wasn't just another group that would kiss and run, leaving me with nothing but butterflies flapping out of my coin purse. Long story short, I had a wonderful experience and got exactly what I had bargained for (if not more!) Yes, it truly is expensive and a bit overpriced. But if you managed to somehow find yourself on their website in the first place, I'm assuming your first and second options fell through, yes? read more

What a rip-off. For a birthday present we spent $4,000 for 2 "hard to get" tickets to the People's Choice Award show with red carpet access. They weren't hard to get. The same day of the show the box office was selling identical seats for $375. The red carpet access was a joke. The bouncers told us our tickets weren't valid. Even if they had been the "access" was the back end exit, not the area where stars take pictures and sit for interviews. The seats were far off to the side, not premium. None of this was transparent from the VIP Concierge people. The value was way out of sync to the prices. Hugely disappointing. These people are not trustworthy. read more

Don't bother. While you will interact with very nice, polite people, the quality of what you get is completely disappointing. Over-promised on the event - I did not get near what was expected - and WAY over priced. I was very angry with the results of the whole thing. You'd have better luck trying to find something more exclusive on craigslist or anywhere else really and you'll probably pay half the cost. read more

Their ticket price mark ups are too high. I am so glad that I waited to purchase the tickets to the upcoming AMA awards. I purchased tickets for seats in a better section and closer to the stage for a cheaper price directly from AEG. We will be sitting in the orch section purchased from AEG while the seats we were originally going to get were in the mezz section with your company. Peep this. The tickets for two from your company were total $1181.00. We purchased our tickets for $1,031.00. Damn we would have paid more to have seats not as good as the ones we have now. Shame on you for deceiving people into believing that your pricing is industry standard. That is so not true. Your mark up is way too high in comparative to other vendors including AEG selling the same tickets. You can still make a profit without gouging the public. Shame on you. Shame on you read more

Plenty of parking and also valet parking if you're so inclined. Great stores and restaurants to patron prior to your movie time. Staff generally have been pretty good. Occasionally have been a little short/rude about outside drinks from the surrounding coffee shops/restaurants. Love the parking validation (not many places validate at Westfield Century City). Concession stands are pretty quick. Great popcorn which is key for movie going experience. Theaters are very nice. Stadium seating that are assigned seats. Great audio and acoustics. My son has been wanting to see Devil Wears Prada 2 and the first one is one of his favorite movies of all time. Personally, I don't like that movie but I went along with him. Tickets are $25 each and they have a $4 parking garage, but we were lucky enough to get a free after-hour meter on the street. It's a nice place and it seems like comfort is their top priority. The recliner chairs are extremely comfy and come with a blanket in case you get cold. You know how movie theaters are always chilly. Once you get settled, you can press a button that sends an employee over to take your order. It's completely optional. We got one small popcorn (light butter, $6) which was big enough for both of us. I like this idea of having the option of ordering and dining at your seat while watching a movie, but the reality is a bit different. It's kind of annoying to see the employees coming and going when someone needs a refill or places a new order during the movie. You can hear them talking and they can even block your view. It's frustrating when you are trying to focus. With that being said, I think it has more pros than cons. There are bars and bathrooms located across the several floors and the one we went to was exceptionally clean. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back to this theatre. I prefer something more standard like AMC or Pacific Theatres (RIP!)...

Last week, we attended a showing of Toy Story 5 at the theater. We learned that not only is the new ownership not offering food service during the transition but intends to abandon that amenity altogether. This is among the most foolish decisions that could be made from a business perspective and will undoubtedly result in a total loss on the owners' investment. The building has a gigantic kitchen going to waste. The screens are small, and the ticket prices are high. The sole reason people have chosen this theater over the numerous options (e.g. Century City AMC) is its special quality of in-theater dining and expanded, up-scale fare. It is absurd that the owners are trying to spin this as an improvement, claiming this unique feature has been "retired in favor of elevated food & beverage offerings -- designed to enhance your cinematic experience by reducing service-related noise, light and other distractions." No amount of polishing to the menu at the tavern will offset the loss of clientele brought on by the abandonment of the in-theater dining option. The owners need only look to the onslaught of terrible reviews streaming in across Yelp and Google or the consensus of complaints in the Reddit community to understand the extent to which this misguided approach will devalue their investment. They will certainly be losing our business until this irrational new approach is reversed.

Got the last 2 seats but had to sit separately. They apparently turned away a few people -- must have overbooked for no show. It's a small but cozy & comfy theater. No reception after the screening of The Substance, so don't know if they have any room for reception setup. Oh and the bathrooms are locked -- I got lucky as they left the women bathroom door prop'ed open. But the men's bathroom was locked and I had to wait for hubby while he goes find who may have the key. Pro tips: - show up early as most screenings overbook due to no show - confirm for parking validation, or show up early to look for street parking

My main issue with this place is that you have to pay for parking, there's a garage with various rates for week day versus weekend. The person who pays for the booking - they are charged plenty, so parking on top is too much for guests in my opinion. I did find street parking. So come here early to hunt for free street parking!

We had been to many concerts however the LG lineup was so spectacular that we booked immediately The once in a lifetime opportunity to see ,hear and celebrate w so many of our favorite superstars was wonderful. VIP Concierge wasn't kidding when they said this was like having an "Amex Black Card on steroids!" The membership here will get you into events such as celebrity parties, movie premieres, and award shows (just to name a few). They also work with a select group of the finest restaurants, that typically only someone famous would would have this kind of access to.
