I chatted with there Fan Assistant, called and chatted twice with there people (Indian based) who said I would get an email from the seller in 24 hours - never happened. I tried up until 2 hours before the event, and was on hold for hours. Don't use Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. They work as an agent, and never check out their sellers, and claim no responsibility!!!

I even got tickets on the day of the event. Be prepared to pick em up tho, but their office is like right next to the staple center. Saturday's event was soul music with Lee Fields, Maceo Parker, Aloe Blacc and like one or two others I'm forgetting. Sunday's event was reggae and included artists such as Michael Rose, Daddy U Roy and a few others I don't know. Will call opened at 2, doors were supposed to open at 3, but they were like half an hour late on that, and the show started at 4 both nights. It went on til about 10, with most of the artists having about a 45 minute-1 hour set. The event was selling VIP tickets for about $140, which included front row action with a few benches for people to sit on and a bar solely for the VIP's. I thought this was pointless at first, but considering general admission had to stand the entire like 7 hours and weren't allowed to bring in chairs, I kind of regretted not buying the VIP tickets. Besides that, there was plenty of room for everyone to see all the artists except towards the end of the night when the major acts came on, people pushed in as much as they could, so it got quite a little crowded and difficult to see. I recommend chilling on a blanket in the back and just enjoying the first few acts, and then making your way up to the stage towards the end of the night. They had a separate section for 21 and over that served alcohol. They had beer, wine, and some hard alcohol like vodka and whiskey. There were also a few food vendors as well as vendors selling drug paraphernalia (how appropriate) and clothing related to reggae and things off that sort. There were quite a few people smoking mary jane on Sunday, even though it was supposedly not allowed, so just be aware because it does get all up in you throughout the night. Parking is $12 next to the pier. I suggest coming at 4, not earlier because then you'll just end up standing for a ridiculously long period of time, even though it is not even busy in the beginning. Bring a jacket because it will get chilly towards the end of the night, you know...for next year's event! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed myself at this event. The crowd just seemed cool and laid back and just there to have a good time. The fact that it was out in the open right on the beach was a major plus and tickets were fairly inexpensive, so I would definitely come back. Tip: keep the dang beach balls away next time! They were more annoying than enjoyable.

I learned a lot from her and i felt very comfortable around her. She focuses on strengths, not weaknesses yet is honest in her feedback. She doesn't sugar coat her words in an effort to please the recipient. I recommend her acting workshop to anyone, experienced or inexperienced. She knows what it takes to land a gig, and in 4 hours, she makes every effort to make sure you do too. She also follows up with you after taking the class to see how things are going.
