I really do not understand the negative reviews at this company!! PEOPLE - THIS IS A TICKET BROKER - OF COURSE YOU ARE PAYING MORE THAN FACE VALUE!!!! Do you expect to get a front row ticket to the hottest show on Broadway or The Super Bowl for face value? If you want to see a show/sporting event that is completely sold out how can you honestly expect to pay face value for a ticket? This broker was amazing! They had tickets that I could not find on any other site or with anyone else. The service fees are comparable to other sites as well. This is a west coast broker and calling from the east coast I had someone on the phone at 6:30 AM my time. My tickets were not immediately available for download so Darren kept in constant contact with me until I had my tickets in hand. These guy can get any access to any event. I purchased my tickets through this company 4 months in advance for Cirque Du Soleil so I could get the best seats possible. I was shown a picture of seating and chose my seats, I got a call about three days later from Absolute saying, that they had better seats and if I wanted I could change, also the arrangement I had seen was no longer offered. So not being in front of my computer and working I said yes. I found out later the seats were not nearly as good as the ones I'd purchased, in the beginning. I called 3 times, the third time talked to Ben and said to bad.. Its done, over.. So me and my wife go Dec. 23rd, Christmas present, I'm sitting above the floor area next another couple asked them what they paid for there tickets' he said $196.00 with fees and tax, etc.. I bought Nutcracker tickets for my family online. I received the tickets on time but they were not what I asked for. I paid a higher fee to be in the balcony section. They had me pay TWICE face value for my tickets plus fees and I did not even get the section that I requested. I called customer service, they said it is their policy to charge more or less the face value but you really don't know what you are getting. She stated that the tickets I received were better but they are not for me because I have young children and needed a balcony seat, not on the floor closer to the performers. This is a great service if you want to pay twice as much and you do not have young children . read more

Also known as...All Access Tickets. BUYER BEWARE and heed the warnings. When buying online tickets you get redirected to these guys and they are out to rip you off. They charged $200 per ticket and $50 service fee. The face value of each ticket was $30. Don't exactly know how we got swindled into purchasing from their site. Some sort of redirect hocus pocus through the internet but we ended up getting duped. Learn from our lesson and do not use this service or you'll be fooled like us. Do your homework and check the event sites for the actual face value of the ticket and find a reputable service to buy tickets. Any good review they get is probably from a staff member. read more

One of the worst companies ever! Went to Honda Center's website to buy concert tickets where I was redirected to the box office. Turns out it was http://www.box-office.co instead (which is owned by All Access Tickets). Paid 3x more for terrible seats. Called to cancel and company stated all sales are final. WORST experience I have ever had with purchasing ANYTHING online. These guys run a business by buying out all the good tickets to an event at a small venue as soon as they are for sale, making it impossible to buy tickets with decent seats unless you go through them and pay the 500% markup that they sell at plus a $67 service fee PER TICKET. I bought tickets that were supposed to be available for download 5 days before the event. When 3 days before the event the tickets still weren't available I called and was told not to worry, they would have them for me soon, they told me they would call me by the end of the day to update me. They never called. I had to call multiple times in the days leading up to the event and ultimately was told at 12pm the day of the event that I would have to pick up my tickets at will call when I got there. When I called the box office to verify that the tickets were there under my name they said there were no tickets there under my name. When I called All Access Tickets back they told me they would handle it but that I shouldn't call the box office again because if I did it might raise a red flag and they may not hand my tickets over to me when I got there. So they expected to to drive two and a half hours to get to this concert without being able to confirm that there were actually tickets there waiting for me which were supposed to have been downloadable so thy I could have them days before the event. So I did take my chance a drive all the way out there and sadly the concert had been canceled by the artist (so be rescheduled for a later date). I called the emergency number they gave me in order to find out if I needed to stand in the very long line at will call in order to pick up the tickets at will call so that I could get a refund or new tickets for the reschedule date. Big surprise, nobody answered the emergency number. I called multiple times and left a message but ultimately we left without picking up the tickets because the line was so long and we were frustrated with the whole experience. The emergency contact called me back an hour later (after we had already left and driven 40 miles away) and he said I should have picked up the tickets at will call, go figure. Later I spoke to probably every employee and "manager" there and they were all very unhelpful and very rude. They refused to give me any kind of discount or refund. They said that they were only obligated to refund me if the concert was canceled and not rescheduled but since the concert was rescheduled they refused to give me my money back. The concert had been a birthday gift for my fiancé and now it was rescheduled for three months later which defeated the whole purpose. I realize they had no control over the artist rescheduling and that had nothing to do with them, but they mishandled every other step of the process and were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and unreliable as well as extremely rude. If I could give them zero stars and write 100 reviews I would take the time to do it. read more
