I took my dad to Cosm to watch Willy Wonka for his birthday since he's a huge fan. The screen and visuals were honestly amazing and such a cool experience -- that part definitely lived up to the hype. One thing I really liked was that your ticket includes a free dessert. I got the ice cream sandwich, my dad also got the ice cream sandwich, and my fiancé got the churros. The desserts were actually so good and definitely one of the highlights of the food experience. The burger and fries, though, were just okay. The fries came with a side of chocolate, which I understand matched the Willy Wonka theme, but honestly I wish ketchup had been included instead. I also ordered my burger without tomatoes because my fiancé is allergic, but it still came with tomatoes. I had to get up and find someone to switch it out, which was difficult because staff members were hard to find. Overall, the customer service was just okay. I wish the staff had been a little more attentive since I had to get up multiple times during the movie and miss parts of it just to ask for napkins, a fork, and help with the burger situation. Since we were there celebrating my dad's birthday, I was hoping the experience would feel a little more special overall. One convenient thing is that you can park in the garage and scan your ticket for free parking, which was definitely a nice bonus. Another cool detail was that when you go to the restroom, you can still hear the movie playing in there, so you don't completely miss what's going on. I thought that was such a thoughtful touch. I arrived to experience, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone shared experience. It was wonderful, seeing three levels of escalators each to leading to a screen with multi level seating. I came to this experience uncertain with surprise tickets for my partner. It was a very pleasant experience and that you have comfy assigned seats. a person who caters to your food and beverage, surround sound, clean restrooms, and a free themed gift with purchase. But you can also purchase additional items if needed. Such as a Limited edition Hedwig stuffed animal for $40. The themed items were drinks and popcorn, each assigned to a Hogwarts house. Overall, they do have a menu with dishes. That appear to be on rotation. Commercials seem to indicate that movies like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Matrix is shown here as an immersive experience. Waiters were very receptive to our service with food. By asking if we needed another drink or more food. Based on this experience I would return again and give myself more time to explore the venue. read more

We had such a fun time at COSM seeing the matrix..this place is a vibe. Seats were clean and super comfortable. The dome and themed menu made us feel like we were in the matrix. First Time at Cosm: Wrestlemania Night to Remember! Cosm has been at the top of my must-visit list since it opened, and I finally made it! My husband and I were in Vegas for Night 1 of Wrestlemania but decided to drive home just so we could experience Night 2 at Cosm, and I'm so glad we did. From our first walk-through, we were absolutely wowed by the immersive technology. The views and angles from the reserve areas were incredible, honestly, maybe even better than being at the show in person! We purchased general admission and lucked out with floor-level seats right in front of the massive screens. Still great views. Crowd was electric. The service was superb. Every server we interacted with was friendly and attentive, making our experience feel special throughout the night. Over a couple of hours, we enjoyed a few draft beers and cocktails. While the beer selection was decent, I would have loved to see more craft options. We also tried two appetizers: Pepperoni & Hot Honey Flatbread: Good but not great. Tasty but the honey tasted a little old and oily. Korean Corn Cheese Nachos: 10/10! The flavors of the kalbi pork, bacon, corn cheese sauce, and house kimchi aioli were absolutely spot-on. My only wish was for a little more pork, but overall, these nachos really hit the spot. Can't wait for another reason to visit Cosm. Next time, aiming for that immersive upper section with friends for the full experience. Went here to see Mystere! I've seen this show in person, so it was awesome to see it from many different perspectives. Every staff we encountered was friendly. The good we ordered were ok; the food was a little overpriced for what they are, but I get it. My favorite was the nachos, which I highly recommend! The interior was very sleek and clean. The only suggestion I have is when the staff is showing the guest to their seats located at the other side of the theatre, please walk across the main walkway, not in front of other guests who are watching the show. I also suggest having the staff do rounds to see if people are doing things to distract and ruin other people's experience. Cosm was fun! Watched an NBA game here last week and I wasn't sure what to expect, ended up having a really nice time at this interactive type of live screening. Vibe was definitely upper class sports bar. Nice views inside and out. Food looked and tasted good. We just nibbled on snack foods...chips & salsa, queso, wings, etc...drinks were also decent. Service from Carl however, was EXCEPTIONAL. Pleasant, hospitable, easy to talk to. It was very busy, but he worked & served the room with ease. STEPH JUDGEMENT: Really interesting sports viewing experience. Came to see an LA Kings away game in Seattle, and we had a great time. Really crazy to see some of the action so close, but the angle changes also made it harder to follow the game at times. We were on the third floor, toward the top, and liked that angle fine--it really felt like you were at the arena at times, like maybe equivalent to a mid 200 level at Crypto. We paid a bit more for the couch seats with the little table but we thought it was worth it--very comfortable. We checked out the views on the lower levels and we thought it was too much looking up, especially on the first floor, but you do you. Our server, Sal, was great--a real pro. Their cocktails were good: I tried an old fashioned and a dirty vodka martini. The old fashioned was a bit too sweet for me, but the martini was perfect, complete with blue cheese stuffed olives, yum. We also got an order of spicy cheese popcorn, which had a real kick to it. Speaking of cocktails, there is no shortage of bars on every floor. We did see some children there, but it definitely felt more like an adult space. Jameson had set up a fun area on the first floor (21+ only) where people could play various games for Jameson+Kings-branded swag (and buy special Jameson cocktails, of course). Not something we'd do all the time, but we definitely thought it was worthwhile. We'd like to come back to watch the enhanced movies, too--they showed some promo clips from Willy Wonka and The Matrix and they looked pretty phenomenal. You get 4 hours validation in the parking structure nearby--there are some self validation stations on the first floor. Since we'd gotten to the area quite early to check things out, we ended up paying $20, but that didn't seem too bad. This was such an awesome and unique experience! It truly felt like we were part of the game the entire time, which made it so much more immersive and fun. I was a little nervous at first since our seats were more on the left-hand side, and I wasn't sure if we'd have a good view of the full screen--but that wasn't an issue at all. tldr: Specifically, The Matrix Experience at Cosm is worth it. It's not a "you're inside the movie" type of immersive, but it's a fun upgrade over a normal theater. At double the cost of a regular movie, it's a good splurge. Honestly, this is a really solid way to rewatch this classic. The dome adds extra color and atmosphere that makes the whole thing feel bigger without being gimmicky. The effects are balanced. A normal movie ticket is pushing $20 anyway, so paying roughly double for something actually different feels fair. Especially since matinees are only $18, that make it's a no brainer if you can play hookie on a weekday. And parking is validated, rare in LA. **Seating** Row A of Level 3 was enjoyable. Most of the middle rows seem like safe seating. Far left or right can feel a little angled, but nothing terrible. I worried the high chair/bar seating in front would be annoying, but once the movie started, I forgot they were there. The whole venue is themed around whatever movie is playing, with little props throughout, which makes it feel like more of an event than just going to AMC. **Food:** Popcorn ($10) - 4/5: Classic butter is good. I like that it's served in a proper popcorn bowl like you're sitting in your own living room. Price is basically standard chain theater pricing, so no complaints. Fries ($14) - 1/5: I didn't even order these, just saw them pass by another table and I have to say, don't get these. I'm sure they taste fine, but $14 for fries is absurd. This is a $6 item at best, even for a movie venue. Wings ($18) - 4/5: 8 wings, it's a solid pick. Done well, reliable, and about on par with BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse wings. Not life-changing, but easy to recommend. Churros ($12) - 5/5: These were the surprise winner. Bite-sized, crispy, hot, light crunch, and the sweetness is balanced instead of overly sugary. I really enjoyed these. Sundae ($14) - 3/5: This one is heavy. One scoop of ice cream with a very dense brownie underneath. If you're specifically in the mood for that kind of dessert, it works. Or the ice cream pairs with well some churro bites. ;) **Would I Return Rating?** Yes, but only for the right movie. I'm not coming for Willy Wonka, but if they ran something like Inception, The Terminator, or even another Matrix matinee down the line, I'd come back. The experience depends heavily on the movie. They do also broadcast live sports (NFL, NBA, UFC), concerts, and art, an experience worth every penny! NOTE: I suggest not arriving too early to your showing because you will be asked to wait outside as the venue clears from the previous broadcast. It's a pretty cool place to watch sports. They have a lot of big screens. You could reserve tables or walk in. I sat in the Hall and reserved a booth. I ordered the Double Wagyu smash burger - it was good, the bun was tasty. I liked the pretzel and churros. When we were watching the game the sound wasn't in sync with the video for a while so that was annoying. They did fix it eventually. When ordering food they have the option to order on your phone and pay it. Don't use it, it sucks. They "lost" our order so we had to get refunded. It was a waste of time. There's already a waiter that you could order from and they won't lose your order. Why even have that online ordering option? For parking you get 3 hours free in the parking structure with validation. read more

Arrive early if you have general admission and you want a seat to avoid standing. 3. Some days there are multiple events scheduled, one after the other. Your ticket ONLY includes entry to your event. Other patrons are waiting to enter their event, lingering delays entry for patrons for the next event. 4. Parking is validated for 3 hours. 5. Cashless Pros 1. Great venue - modern. Plenty of TVs throughout the venue. Bars on each level. DJ present at sporting events. Staff is friendly, helpful, and personable. Cons 1. First impressions, cool concept, and the dome screen is dope, but the food and drinks need work! We came to watch the Lakers' away game against the Cavaliers. The Lakers lost. Now, back to the food, we ordered the Fish Tacos, Chips & Guacamole, and Fries. The fish was mushy inside. The guacamole needed a lot more lime or lemon juice. The fries were bland. Even my husband's Mango Cart was flat. Service was OK. Our food was mislabelled and went to an empty table. We had to flag down the wait staff and explain. Cosm LA was a new experience to watch Willy Wonka. Tickets are kinda pricey but considering the couch style seats, free dessert per ticket, and the surround visuals experience it's not too much aid a stretch. Food and drinks can be ordered at the seats which sounded great until we were asked every 20 minutes if we wanted to order anything else. The staff were just doing their jobs but it was distracting and blocked our view. A QR code for virtual ordering would be a better option. The tables were turned sideways upon getting seated but no one told us they can be placed down to become a coffee table. The movie I saw was Willy Wonka and the animation surrounding the main screen was pretty cool. The movement and music matched pretty well, but today's graphics definitely didn't match the older style of the movie. The desserts were hit or miss. The churros with the chocolate sauce were pretty good fresh. The bonbons were hard chocolate tarts but the peanut butter topping was good. The ice cream sandwich was a disappointment. The brownies were too frozen to eat right away but by they time the soften the ice cream was melted. Just enjoy the movie and order the non frozen desserts to enjoy later. read more

At first upon seating, I thought this was a recipe for disaster! But hear me out! My husband brought me here to surprise me, he got us tickets to see Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (one of my favorites!!!!) he got our seats right in the front of the dome and I immediately knew I wouldn't be able to watch this. The title screen alone was already giving me problems. I suffer from severe aura migraines that could have caused me to black out. As soon as the movie started, I was hit with a strong pain wave and immediately had to remove myself from my seat. My poor husband was ready to just eat the cost of the tickets, but I told him we should get a refund since this was unforseen. I had went out looking for the manager/supervisor. Everyone there was so accomodating and friendly, the supervisor was called. We met a gentleman named Phil and he was absolutely amazing, friendly, accommodating, diligent and all around hospitable. He took the time to hear me out and he understood right where I was coming from. He wanted us to have a chance to actually enjoy the film and get to experience the event. He moved us to VIP and I have to say the seating area was SO much better and more comfortable for me. I'm so happy we had the chance to enjoy this feature instead of calling it quits immediately. Phil is THE MAN!!!! I will definitely come back and tell everyone about how amazing this was! Phil allowed me to fully enjoy my evening with my husband and create this amazing memory. Truly enjoyed my visit to Cosm! Came here to watch a football game on a Sunday with a friend and had the time of my life! We decided to attend the 5 pm viewing. I ended up getting there early and good thing I did since the line for general admission started to form. If you are unaware, if you purchase a general admission ticket, you must wait to be seated until the prior game is done. Seating is on a first come first serve basis so most people try to get there early to be able to get seats upstairs near the screen. Cosm is lively which is expected from a sports center. My friend and I decided to sit on the bottom floor which had ample seats and tv's to watch the game. The food was great! I had the poke bowl and my friend ordered the flatbread pizza. Both items came out quick and were generous portions. I also got a mocktail which was delicious as well. I'll definitely be back since I really enjoyed my visit! read more

Wow! COSM gives you the absolute best experience of a sports event. I had the pleasure of catching a Final Four game with the guys to kick off a bachelor party weekend. The screen is immersive and it feels like you're right over the shoulder of the players. The special cameras they have setup at the game puts you on the floor, as if you're part of the media. The fun bonus is the live DJ at COSM that keeps the vibes up during timeouts and commercials. The service did not disappoint. We had a large group of 8, but Leslie was able to set us up with the perfect booth on Level 1 that had extra room for 8 men. Once there, Jocelyn was our server and made sure the drinks were flowing and we had food to snack on. I have visited Cosm twice and had a fun and unique experience both times. It is located near the SoFi Stadium. Validated parking is located in a structure behind the venue. I saw The Matrix and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. During the Matrix, we had the dining experience where they served special movie related food to us when the characters in the movie ate. During Charlie and the chocolate factory, they brought out dessert. The best part of the experience was the immersive experience. The movie plays on a massive 87-foot, 280-degree LED dome. Seating varies. Both times, we sat on a sofa with a small coffee table in front of us. The sofa was not as comfortable as I would have liked. I'll have to check out the other seats. Hopefully, they are a little more cushioned. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this experience. read more

Located right by SoFi, Cosm is a modern sleep space with a massive Sphere-like tv screen that will have you feeling like you're sitting courtside at a game or experience a larger vantage in movies (varies by movie, sometimes it may be more lackluster). On our way to Cinevita nearby, we walked past Cosm & it looked popular with a line forming to go through security. The security guards were very helpful when we asked for directions to Cinevita & were cool letting us run in to take a look and visit the ladies' room lol. Inside, the extremely high ceilings, the huge state of the art big screens, bars in different parts of the venue and different activities like photo ops looked fun and intriguing. Such a cool place in LA. Found this place on TikTok as they were marketing the Willy wonka film. I decided to purchase tickets for my mom's birthday and we had a great time! Parking was easy and accessible. Upon arrival we were checked in quickly and hung out on the patio until the doors opened. We got the late night tickets and it was a packed house with so many families. We took advantage of the popcorn bar and that was fun to customize. This place is amazing! I can't fully explain the experience. It is just so cool!!! You are right in the middle of all of the action. I want to watch a hockey game there and I don't even follow hockey!! It has a nice vibe and is decorated so well. There is even an outside patio where you can chill, eat and drink. However I live extremely close so I decided to go in and have someone that works there give me some suggestions then purchase our tickets. I arrived was greeted by the security guards. Was asked to proceed into the building where Shelby greeted me and escorted me to a desk. I explained we have never been etc...she thoroughly explained all the seating options. Then took her service up a notch and offered me a tour. She had such amazing energy and was very knowledgeable about her job. You can tell when someone enjoy their work. My husband bought tickets for my birthday to watch Harry Potter Sorcerers Stone at the COSM. He got front row seats that in thankfully for but I personally felt like I was gonna have a seizures for me own problems. My husband and I made the decision to leave for our own accord but we were stopped. Our waitress directed me to the manager Phil who was not only hospitable but moved us to seat that I can be comfortable. He was well and welcoming, understanding and a true master to his craft. He only had to hear from staff I was having an issue to inform me he will be moving me to another spot. Not o oh that he checked on us throughout the night to ensure we're okay. My husband and I are nurses that own a company to help the homeless. We are accustomed to never inconveniencing someone. So when we expressed our gratitude we never once felt an inconvenience. Prior to Saturday, I had never heard of COSM Los Angeles. My husband decided to do something different for our family outing. All that I knew was that we were going to watch a classic family movie. We arrived early and parked in the garage that offers free parking for a few hours. If you exceed the allotted time, make sure that you get your parking ticket validated. It was a large parking structure and it had plenty of EV charging, if that's something that you need. Upon entry, you'll pass through a metal detector. Then, you're ready to enjoy some entertainment in a way that you may not have experienced before. The bottom level near the entrance looks like a modern, hip lounge. But there are parts of this building that correlate with the theme of the movie being shown. We were there to watch "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory". So they had a popcorn stand with fun flavors and sweet toppings! They also had a Willy Wonka themed Christmas tree topped with a purple top hat. Finally, there was a stand that was a perfect replica of the goose in the movie who determined if you were a good egg or a bad egg. It was perfect for a reel or photo op and it was adorable! We watched the movie from the second level. That area is arranged as long booths with small tables for drinks and small plates. No matter where you sat, you were guaranteed a pleasant time at the movies. The movie is set in the center screen that tilts or moves toward the ceiling. The background is 3D-like and everything matches each scene perfectly. It really helped to make an older movie come to life! The background projections are not just straight forward for you to view. They're all over the place! If you look up, you feel like you're in a theme park. It's very cartoony and everyone was fully immersed in the movie. It's hard to describe what you see, but it's definitely worth experiencing at least once. My niece said that this experience was s 10/10! Also, it should be noted that COSM is popular for its sports broadcasts. When we watched the previews prior to the movie, we were in awe when we saw the angles that they had for each game. You felt like you were actually at the sports arena. I can see why people rave about COSM. We don't plan on going to The Sphere in Vegas any time soon, so this will suffice.
