I've been purchasing tickets on ticket master for sometime now but recently I was referred to Ticket Giant by a good friend. I had a budget in mind that I was trying to stay in and Ticket Giant was more than able to accommodate my budget. But they also gave me seat recommendations and yes it was a little above my budget. They asked the right question, is it a special occasion and things like that. This helped them recommend me some seating options. The great thing about it was I NEVER felt pressured to buy anything. And now, I'll be enjoying the Romeo Santos concert 14 rows from the front Stage with my beautiful bride! And not to mention, they do a little something special for special occasions (see picture) I recommend Ticket Giant for all your tickets needs. Thank you! read more

We have used the TicketGiant's (TG) services on several occasions now and have not been disappointed yet. A few of the things that I love about the services that I receive from TG (Bill) is that he is easily accessible (Good Hours/eMail or Phone), he is very knowledgeable about the various venues to provide you the best seating for a good price and his enthusiasm about your event couldn't be more infectious if he was attending the venue himself (I Love It)! When you are ready to enjoy your favorite venue or trying something new; allow the TicketGiant to take the struggle or frustration out of finding the best seat in the house for your buck! Thanks again Bill! read more

After striking out on StubHub, eBay and the MLB site, I called Bill at the last minute, just a week before a recent Dodger vs Red Sox game at Dodger Stadium looking for 21 tickets to the game for a group event. Of course I needed them all together, field level and within my group's budget.....Bill found me all the seats I needed, all together in adjoining rows, right field line, at less than I expected. I was done within 20 minutes! The seats were great and everyone in my group was super impressed with them. Thanks Bill for making me look like a rock star! I highly recommend Bill and Ticket Giant! read more

Very disappointed in my last 2 transaction with Bill @ TG - after giving him my CC info over the phone he proceeds to double charge me and takes several days to reimburse me. The last transaction was the final and end of business with him - he promised to hold tickets for me as I was gathering monies from everyone going to an event he rudely sells the tickets and leaves me high and dry. I personally helped him sell several Tickets to my dodgers group allowed him to be an EXCLUSIVE seller on our fan pages and not once in his last transaction show any courtesy. I will no longer advertise him or his website to any of my friends from here on out. read more

I have purchased concert tickets (8th row floor seats at Staples), and Dodgers tickets (many at BELOW face value) for numerous games. Bill has always been honest and more than fair in business dealings. He even gave me a heads up once that a second show was about to go on sale for a concert I wanted to see. Told me that I could get tix at face value if I bought directly from the venue. How straight up can a guy be? You won't go wrong dealing with Bill. Great guy! read more

Extremely responsive and knowledgeable about several venues. Also very polite and just great to work with. Their prices do not have additional hidden fees and it turns out less than most of the online ticketing services out there. Not to mention the tickets you buy are actual tickets - no chance for you buying them then they aren't available. Thank you!!! read more

With Ticket Giant I am never disappointed. They know my taste and always let me know when great concerts and events are coming into my area. When I find an event that interests my family and friends, even a sold out event, Ticket Giant can get me in...and I love great seats! Whether it's concerts, musicals, sporting events or special events, Bill and his team come through. Their personal service is amazing - they've delivered tickets in a pinch and always go the extra mile. I love that they are family owned and a wonderful family! Bill and the team also always get back to me quickly to let me know what to except. Ticket Giant only failed to get me the tickets I wanted 1 time - the show was on hiatus when I was going to be traveling to that area. No-show, no tickets, nothing could be done. He has never disappointed me and I highly recommend Ticket Giants. read more

KUDOS to Bill for being an owner/proprietor extraordinaire! He was so helpful over the phone about their ticket selection and purchase options. (online and in person) When you're a parent who hardly ever gets out, OR perhaps only gets to go to shows/concerts/events every so blue moon, you'll be happy to know that Bill will work hard to find you a good deal for your show of choice. I've been so scared of purchasing from places that list tickets online with such huge service fees, and maybe even too paranoid to go to a business with a Yelp listing but no reviews. This experience really changed my mind. I must admit it's nice to know he's a fellow Cal Poly Alumnus - GO BRONCOS! But loved how after going through the process of picking up tickets in person, he told me all about the reason why he fell in love with the business. Suffice it to say 20 years later, they're still going strong. As for myself - I came out a hero for the hubby's 39th and got to see our favorite home grown band from 9th row center. :) .... all with picking up tix the day before the show... lol read more

I just hit the trifecta with Bill!!! Great to tickets, great prices, and great service! I purchased some Dodgers for tonight's game all in under 3 minutes! Can't wait to try for other events!! Thanks Bill, and thanks Johnny from #Puropinchedodgers for the recommendation! read more

My favorite story about Bill at Ticketgiant is where he put my family front row center at a sold out show the day before for $50 less than the lady behind me who bought her tickets online 3 weeks ahead of time. You ever come across that "go-to guy" who is there for you in a pinch, can move mountains for you and make it seem like "no sweat" and turn proverbial water into wine when everyone is "sorry, sold out" ? That's Bill at Ticket Giant. Can't count how many times he's scored me impossible tickets all the while providing five star service with a great attitude. Bill's response time is always immediate. And just last Thursday, in a panic on my way to a show, he resent the tickets to me within 10 minutes of my phone call to him after working hours telling him I'd forgotten them at home. To his credit, he's even been honest with me when he thinks I can find a better rate elsewhere !! You don't find business professionals with this kind of ethic anymore. Thanks Bill - you ROCK just as hard as the bands I've gone to see because of you. Encore. read more

Very happy with my experience with ticket giant. I first found them on ebay. I don't trust anybody unless I do my full research. I then googled and found their website, yelp page and facebook page which made me feel a little bit better. I called twice both times bill answered right away. I ended up buying 4 tickets to the steelers san diego game. I bought section 59 row 20 and when he sent me the tickets it was for row 5. I called because I thought it was a mistake but he said I checked the upgrade box, which I did and forgot about. So that was really nice those 15 rows made a huge difference. I looked at row 20 while walking down to my row 5 and was super happy that I wasn't sitting in row 20 lol. Though I was nervous all the way till I was in the stadium, all I could think is if I paid all this money for fake tickets my husband is going to kill me. So I was relieved when they scanned the tickets and let us in no problem. Did I mention I have trust issues lol. So with all that said I would definitely buy from ticket giants agian. read more

Bill at Ticket Giant is my go-to for tickets to events and shows. I have proudly recommended him to friends and family for several years and am happy to recommend him to the Yelp community as well. If you come to his offices you're greeted with a friendly smile and a great chat. He checks on his customers regularly and pays attention to their interests and gets them the best deals. He's often got hard-to-find tickets as well. If you're in the Covina area I always recommend stopping by his office for a personal touch, but he can send tickets over email as well. At a time when the secondary ticket market can be full of choices and services that lure you in with great deals early on only to sock you with high prices and fees once they've established you as a customer, Bill remains consistent with fair, honest prices and friendly service. read more
