After waiting, we checked in with the hostess only to be told that our table had been given away and our name had been removed from the list because she claimed she called us several times. No one in our group heard our name called. What was most frustrating was the lack of effort to help resolve the situation. The hostess was dismissive and seemed uninterested in finding a solution. This was particularly difficult because my 4-year-old niece has autism, and unexpected changes and long waits can be very challenging for her. A little patience, understanding, and compassion would have gone a long way. As longtime customers, we expected better communication and customer service. From entering the restaurant we were promptly greeted from the friendliest staff. We asked for outdoor seating in the little patio area to soak up some sun. Our waiter Austin promptly came to our table and suggested a few beers. Since I couldn't decide, I went for a flight to try a few. One of my favs was a sour too bad I can't remember the name. We got the Asian fries as an appetizer and they were delish ! Perfect crisp and toppings. We'll def be back when in the area. Great service from Austin !
