Lavender matcha

I went here for the first time and was not disappointed! Inside has a nice vibe and plenty of seating. I had the lavender matcha and love it! I will be back!

This coffee shop is amazing. Their cold foams were very delicious and fun to pair different flavors with different drinks. Currently they had a strawberry cold foam. The staff were incredibly nice, patient, and informative. There was plenty of seating available, free water, and restrooms. I loved that it was in the same building as a yummy sandwich place too!

Fresh homemade cookies and conchas - the blue corn chocolate chip cookies are fire!

Come for the banana cream lattes and the blue corn chocolate chip cookies, stay for the cool intimate Mexican mom and pop coffee shop vibes. Such a lovely cafe in small town Crockett! Freshly baked Mexican treats, super friendly baristas, innovative beverages, cool swag, and now spacious ambiance with the expansion into the adjacent restaurant. They are also connected to my fave Lucia's craft sandwich spot. I hope they stick around- please come and support this awesome business!

Small, but what a great addition to Crockett and adding some flavor! They have a variety of options that I couldn't pick so I had the cashier just give me his favorite. It did not disappoint! They close at 2pm and their pastries were nearly gone by the time I came at 1030am. I love that this business is latin owned and their coffees have latin influence, not just your typical vanilla or caramel coffees. It's a shared space so I thought they had the whole dining area, but turns out to be Dukes which closes at 11am. The shared space is cool, you can grab breakfast at Dukes or a sandwich from Lucias and coffee at Calaca! It's a one stop shop! Definitely will return to try their matcha and banana foam!

We arrived right before closing, they were very nice and the coffee was absolutely delicious. We ordered 4 cold coffee's. 3 iced Banana Cafe de olla. 1 piloncillo latte. Both coffee's were scrumptious. I went to the counter and asked for more banana cream foam. I asked how much? He was very nice and said, just come back. We plan to. Open room, perfect lighting. Music plays in the back ground. Perfect for coffee drink and a conversation with a friend or a loved one.

Calaca Coffee is an amazing Mexican-owned cafe in Crockett. Staff is friendly. Shop is spacious and airy. The menu for food and drinks is expansive. Parking is plenty and free around the perimeter. Overall, an amazing addition to the area.

Banana cream matcha (Not Coffee)

I'm so glad I found a coffee spot nearby! This is my 2nd time I visited and their drinks are great. I never had a concha until I took a bite of the soft made bread with half sweetness presenting the concha. It was delicious. I ordered the Calaca cold brew my first time and wow did that drink keep me awake! During my 2nd visit, I got the banana cream matcha. The matcha is pure not sweet and with the flavors of banana cream cold foam and honey syrup helped balance the flavor of the drink. Good cafe to study as they have a community WiFi to share off from, not the strongest but it will do. They are also connected to another local gem called Lucia's craft sandwich. Pretty dope spot to check out! Check out my other Lucia's craft sandwich review if you want to read more. S/O to the media leading and having me try this place.

I had this coffee shop bookmarked for awhile ever since I saw it on TikTok. Omg, so good, such cute decor. I love supporting POC owned businesses. They're very friendly, they have very creative drinks, and I will definitely be coming back to try more. I tried their banana cold brew and omg--the drink didn't last more than 5 minutes. It's not too sweet, not too strong, the cold foam they have is perfection. I am excited to try their matcha after this!

Pumpkin spice cold brew with pumpkin spice cold foam and a banana cold foam brew

A really great spot for some delicious coffee! It's been on my to try list for a really long time and I'm so glad I finally got to try it. We got the pumpkin cold brew with pumpkin spice cold foam and the banana cold brew. Both drinks were delicious. The staff is super friendly and there are a ton of spots to sit and do some work. It's a really great local coffee shop. It's also attached to another restaurant whose food looked really good. I'd want to try their food next time as well!

Been following them around since their pop up days around the bay area! Finally got around to seeing their front store & it's so cute right by the carquinez bridge! I ordered the xoco latte with banana cream foam & WOW i was speechless! The owner has always been so friendly & suggested other drinks I should try next time :)

Nice place to have your coffee. We tried the Orange Cardamom Latte (hot) and iced Dulce de Leche Latte. I really enjoyed the seasonal Orange Cardamom Latte - not too strong in flavor and very well mixed. You order at the counter and staff calls you when the order is ready. There is plenty of seating. Street parking so it could be hard to park during weekends.

Great customer service ! The drinks looked so pretty and tasted delicious , 10/10 would highly recommend :))

As for food/drink offerings, the cinnamon morning bun was satisfyingly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and although I didn't notice much of the banana flavor in the funky monkey mocha, it was still a soothing mocha. The owners of Majestic Cafe took over just around a year ago, and they also own Rainbow FroYo and Double Rainbow Cafe. Based on how wonderful their dessert shops are I knew I was in for a treat! The cafe is a nice, large place that has both a casual and classic feel to it. It has pictures on the walls of old downtown Benecia. You order at the counter and the staff is cheerful and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of coffee drinks, both seasonal and non-seasonal. I got to try a few of them. The major standout to me was their Jalapeño mocha. I know it sounds crazy, but whatever they do here works beautifully. Its flavor profile has both spicy and sweet chocolate to it that I've never had in a mocha before. Also, the spice level is not bad. It's just a little kick of spice! I also tried their gingerbread latte and their butterbeer latte. The butterbeer is very sweet with a strong butterscotch flavor. I loved it! Their gingerbread latte was the perfect amount spices and sweetness as well. For food, I tried the breakfast burrito with the chili verde and their avocado toast. Both were exactly what I wanted and were delicious. I will definitely be returning to Majestic Cafe the next time I'm in Benecia.

We ended up with those and a few stickers before ordering a brown sugar cinnamon latte (on recommendation from the barista) and a giant mint chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was really big. A bit on the drier side, but I loved the flavor. Not too sweet, and the mint was just right. The latte was really good. Perfect temperature, and just the right amount of sweetness. Very good espresso taste came through the foam. Perfect little treat on a cold and rainy day! Service is really fast and friendly. I'll be back!

Since we've been boycotting a certain coffee establishment with the mermaid logo, and our once coffee spot that is now owned by a private equity firm, we wanted to go to a locally-owned coffee shop and support them instead. My friend, who also happens to live in Martinez, found this spot on Yelp and we all drove here. We arrived there with a couple of hours to spare before they closed. It's a small, charming and quaint coffee shop with plenty to offer like baked goods and pastries. The young lady working at the counter was friendly, accommodating and provided us with answers to our questions and explained their menu. My Martinez friend mentioned that he wasn't aware this place even existed and that his kids went to school just a couple blocks away. They've been in business for 13 years, and she actually graduated from the same school that his kids went to. I ordered an Iced Pistachio Latte (not too sweet), while my friends ordered a hot drink (regular latte, I believe) and another iced drink. And yes, one can ask to customize the sweetness level to your preference. We also got a slice of Pistachio Nutella Coffee Cake and a Strawberry Coffee Cake. Coffee is good (that's all we can ask for) and she gave us a generous portion of the coffee cake since there was three of us to share the cake with. My friend said he would definitely return again since he knew this place existed and continue to support local businesses.

There's seating inside and a community/dining room table. There's plenty of hang out spots in the what seems to be backyard (grassy area). Very dog and children friendly. Lots of parking in the back and some in the front (if you're lucky to get one). Service is friendly. Plenty of options to try and some refrigerated drinks too! I'd love to come back and bring my pup. So if you like strong coffee and you like to taste coffee even if you get a flavored latte, then this isn't the type of coffee you'd like. The setting is clean and quiet. The spot is unique because it's in a historical type of house that's located in Mare Island. When entering, you get a home feel because of the decor. Also, when drinking coffee there, they will serve it to you in regular coffee mugs which makes drinking it just a little more chill since it's not in a to go cup. You can sip and relax.
