We stopped in for a drink to kill some time before a dinner reservation. Let me just say, this…read morerestaurant was quite beautiful. Well decorated and with an amazing view of Tower Bridge and the water. They have a full bar which was what we came for. Even though it was raining, you still have a nice full view of the water and bridge. Also, I believe there's a second floor upstairs. Menu wise, from what we seen of the food, it looked quite nice. Should have stayed here for food instead of where we ended up at. The ambiance and view were way better. Service was nice even for drinks. Our waiter was training someone else it seemed like. But drinks were great. A few orders of the margarita which was a hit. They all loved it and were about to go for another rounds but we had a reservation elsewhere. Their wine selection was quite impressive as well. When we arrived, it was still early so the restaurant wasn't busy at all. They even had the staff huddle while we there to prepared for dinner later. Just based on service with the drinks, this restaurant was great. The view, ambience, decor. Everything was excellent. I would definitely be back for a meal.

My cousin has a dairy allergy and asked for bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and the waiter said no, we can't give you balsamic vinegar in the dining room, his favorite word was no, no chili flakes, no takeout box for my pasta. He didn't want to bring us a check, use the QR code he instructed. We had a lovely time despite him. The view is incredible.

Guyssssss. This is by far one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I actually had no plans to eat…read morehere, but thanks to the many pizza box park bound go-ers (at least 50+ people) strolling by with taunting mysterious brown boxes , FOMO with this magical pizza struck me. I had to have a piece. This sourdough crust pizza is gee wholly so amazing. You know it's good when you eat the entire crust when you normally don't (sorry-I'm a picky crust eater and will only eat it if it's not dry/tough/hard once it's cooled down). Man. The crust is chewy, flaky and has the perfect bite. Get a side of pesto to dip it with if you like sauce like me. Sauzzzzzzeeeeee mmmm. Organic lemonade made with Sicilian Lemons. Not overly tart and a nice compliment and refreshing beverage to clear your palate for the next bite. It's like a liquified intermezzo sorbet for to go. Get itttt. YUM YUM

As soon as we walked to the door the staff was just amazing and asked us where would we like to be seated. We ordered a margarita pizza to share. One size is perfect for one person but I did dine here with my daughter and I already knew that she wouldn't be able to finish one by herself so that's why we shared it. Food was amazing can't wait to dine here again to explore more of the menu.

I'll start with the good things. This place has a great atmosphere. Has the vibe of a nice…read moreold-style family-owned Italian place in the US. (Don't know how it compares to Italy). Intimate and relaxed but still nice enough to feel that you are "out" somewhere. They bring you limoncello and nice dark chocolate mints at the end of the night. The decor and spacing is just right for the downstairs space. The food was fine. Not particularly memorable, but not bad. For this level of quality, in my opinion, the cost was too high. Our family of 5 had four pasta dishes (bolognese, amatriciana, carbonara, lasagna), a pizza, and 2 bottles of beer. The dishes were all a la carte. No salad or antipasti or dessert. The bill was nearly 140 pounds. This was our most expensive meal in a 10-day vacation, for which I expected more. The worst part of the experience was our waitress. An older lady who gave the vibe that she was the owner's wife or sister who just couldn't be bothered. After we were there for 10 minutes, she took our order with the smallest amount of effort. I asked for a beer and she gruffly said "we have Peroni ... Italian beer," followed by a stare. So I had a Peroni. Later, I noticed other tables were drinking different beers that must have been on the drink menu that she didn't want to bring me. She delivered our food (the orders were all correct) with minimal effort (most was delivered by runners) and then completely ghosted us for the rest of the evening. She was there, casually wandering around the restaurant, rolling silverware, stapling things together at the hostess station, bringing water to other tables ... not stressed or in the weeds with other tables. But, she wouldn't look our way. After we finished, part of our family left to our hotel and I stayed to pay the bill. The host (or maybe owner) brought our mints and limoncello, and another waiter cleared the dishes, so I thought the bill was on the way. It wasn't. I eventually stood up and waived down another waiter (who was very helpful) who fetched the host who brought us our (very large) bill. For all I know, the waitress perfectly lovely at other times and just had an off night. But, it really dampened our experience on this night.
