The location couldn't be more convenient -- literally a minute from the exit with plenty of easy parking. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is different from your typical smoke shop. It's spotless, well-lit, and everything is neatly organized and easy to find. No clutter, no confusion -- just a clean setup that actually makes browsing enjoyable. The selection here is top-tier. They've got everything -- from high-end glass pieces and vapes to hookahs, cigars, and every accessory you can think of. You can tell they care about quality and variety. Whether you're new to it all or you know exactly what you're looking for, this shop has it. Prices are fair, and there's a surprising range -- from affordable everyday options to premium gear that's worth checking out. But what really makes this place stand out is JOE. He's the kind of employee who makes you want to come back. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find what fits you. He doesn't rush you, doesn't upsell, and actually takes time to explain the products and give honest recommendations. You can tell he knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. It's rare to find service like that anywhere these days -- let alone at a smoke shop. Thanks to Joe, this is officially my go-to spot in Irvine. If you stop by, ask for him -- you'll see exactly why everyone raves about the service here. JOE literally took extra steps to make sure they had items I wanted in stock, ordered more, and confirmed before I even paid. I wanted bulk so I then asked if I could get a bulk discount.. like aALOT, he said he'll ask, and bro literally came out and grabbed me to tell me what they could do. It wasn't a crazy discount, but with their margins, I'm sure it was a lot. For that he is the BOMB!!

I visited the shop several times and purchased a handful of cigars. Unfortunately, I happened to choose cigars that didn't have single-stick prices displayed on the boxes. While many boxes clearly list the price for individual cigars, a few do not. After doing some research and comparing prices with several other cigar shops in the Tustin area, I found that the markup on those cigars was significantly higher than elsewhere. That experience was disappointing and changed my opinion of the shop. Tony it's unfortunate because you lost what could have been a loyal customer for life. My advice to anyone shopping there is simple: always ask the price before purchasing, especially if it isn't clearly displayed. Tony likes to change the prices on cigars in the blink of an eye. What cost you $20 one day will be $30 some other day.
