I went in on Monday 9/9/19 my first time ever to this shop, I usually stick with my shop. I needed pods for both of my vapes. I have the Orion lost Vape q and the renova zero. I spent $50+ on pods for both devices and a bottle of juice. Mind you that my shop sells the pods for a $2 less difference. I was close to this shop in Tustin and needed pods because mine were already out so I didn't mind paying the difference then going to downey. Mike was the gentleman that helped me out and had great customer service we had some laughs and smiles. I filled my pods for the zero and let the pod absorb the juice for a little. When I went to take that first hit nothing would come out so I kept trying and still nothing, decide to lower my setting and then it just taste burnt with little smoke. So I kept on trying hoping that taste would go away and still nothing. I called the store and spoke with mike telling him if the situation and he said he would talk to his boss. Mike called me back and said they want to make it right with 30% off a new pack of pods. I said okay thank you I'm going to try the 2nd pod hopefully it works. I did later that night and once again the same thing. Now it's Tuesday 9/10/19 i try both pods again and some hits I wouldn't get anything while other just taste burnt with little smoke. I go to my vape shop let them know what happened and purchase another pack of pods, fill it, and hit the vape. Everything works! So I call the shop again to tell them of the faulty pods and spoke with George the manager. When I tried explaining the situation I kept getting cut off and told it's because of my juice. All he kept on doing was pushing the blame off of them. I tried explaining that I bought new pods from another vape shop used the same juice and no problem but he wasn't having it kept saying it's because of my juice. Mike called me later this day to see if I would come back and I explained to him my experience with George and how I find it pointless to go and buy more pods and if they are faulty to be told by a manager that it's because of me. Mike you have great customer service but George on the other hand needs some work especially if your a manger, because of your attitude and not wanting to listen to what I had to say I probably won't come back. If I decide to come back I'll be going when mike is there. Believe me when I say this finding trustworthy vape shops is hard, I drive from la puente to downey to just get my product because of the great customer service and selection. read more

Once again vape first had done it again for me, I called in the location asking wanting to get a fix due to me waiting for my snowwolf been mail out which I was not going to wait 2 weeks just to vape, so I called vape first a gentleman answer within the 2th ring he let me know they have a simple vape for less then 50 bucks which I was sold when he said that he said to ask for a mr. Will (the boss man) once I arrive to get the mod and they would also throw in a free juice, so why not with a price like that I told my self "its a bit to good to be true" but after arrive a gentlemen with a long beard (didn't catch his name) help me pick up the mod of my liking and as well set it up and was given the free juice as promise, and I was also able to earn so perka points (new thing they are doing) his customer service was on point very very smart man told me what the pros. Are for the mod all in all I called at 11:40 and walked out the store with a new mod and juice at 12:00 now that was so very fast service and quick...so vape first to you I say thank you for the excellent customer service and mr. So I come here maybe like 4 times a month-ish and I've never had bad customer service or anything. Everyone is extremely kind and attentive. Usually Peter helps me out and he's a sweety..I brought in my vape one time and it had sand all over it and helped me clean it..this guy with a beard also helps me out (so sorry I forgot your name.. next time I go in I'll definitely ask for his name because he deserves recognition) he's also a sweetheart, always explaining the products to me.. he's like a human vape dictionary lol. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I like their reward points system.. I've received a few discounts which is extremely cool cause not a lot of places do that. Vape First is by far one of the most relaxed vape shops I've ever been to. They're a little far from where I live, but they're definitely worth the trek! I've become a bit of a regular due to the wonderful juice selection and polite staff. They always make sure every customer is satisfied and finds just what they're looking for. They're dog-friendly as well! I love to bring my little corgi with me when I come in. Everyone always plays with him and welcomes him along with me. This place is a joke...bought a product here last week..the employee told me that the product i bought was rechargeable but it wasn't. Another employees told me that he talked with the owner and told me that he would fix the problem. So I can back..and the owner didn't fix it. Since it's a tobacco products that he could not exchange it....they will not give you store credit. All sales is final...this place lies and are a bunch of a$$hole. This is not a review on their selection and expertise in vaping and vaping products. They do an excellent job in explaining product details and will guide you through when purchasing your vaping products. This one star review is on their under developed customer service. Do not expect any service from them if your products are defected. I had an issue with the IPV Mini II model. They will send you off on your way telling you to go through product warranty services. When I arrived there to talk to him about the issues, he didn't look at the product carefully enough before he made the decision that it was not Vape First responsibility. He sent me off my way by suggesting I just buy a new model they just got pushing some "employee discount" bullshit. To make things worst, they didn't even carry the specific model anymore. They said it would be different case if they carried the model but unfortunately that was not the case. - Mediocre customer service - Try somewhere else if you're making big purchases.
