I went in on Monday 9/9/19 my first time ever to this shop, I usually stick with my shop. I needed pods for both of my vapes. I have the Orion lost Vape q and the renova zero. I spent $50+ on pods for both devices and a bottle of juice. Mind you that my shop sells the pods for a $2 less difference. I was close to this shop in Tustin and needed pods because mine were already out so I didn't mind paying the difference then going to downey. Mike was the gentleman that helped me out and had great customer service we had some laughs and smiles. I filled my pods for the zero and let the pod absorb the juice for a little. When I went to take that first hit nothing would come out so I kept trying and still nothing, decide to lower my setting and then it just taste burnt with little smoke. So I kept on trying hoping that taste would go away and still nothing. I called the store and spoke with mike telling him if the situation and he said he would talk to his boss. Mike called me back and said they want to make it right with 30% off a new pack of pods. I said okay thank you I'm going to try the 2nd pod hopefully it works. I did later that night and once again the same thing. Now it's Tuesday 9/10/19 i try both pods again and some hits I wouldn't get anything while other just taste burnt with little smoke. I go to my vape shop let them know what happened and purchase another pack of pods, fill it, and hit the vape. Everything works! So I call the shop again to tell them of the faulty pods and spoke with George the manager. When I tried explaining the situation I kept getting cut off and told it's because of my juice. All he kept on doing was pushing the blame off of them. I tried explaining that I bought new pods from another vape shop used the same juice and no problem but he wasn't having it kept saying it's because of my juice. Mike called me later this day to see if I would come back and I explained to him my experience with George and how I find it pointless to go and buy more pods and if they are faulty to be told by a manager that it's because of me. Mike you have great customer service but George on the other hand needs some work especially if your a manger, because of your attitude and not wanting to listen to what I had to say I probably won't come back. If I decide to come back I'll be going when mike is there. Believe me when I say this finding trustworthy vape shops is hard, I drive from la puente to downey to just get my product because of the great customer service and selection. read more

George help me out today he is super knowledgeable and explains everything in detail...I shopped around for the flavor I wanted no one carried it but them. Thanks George read more

Best store in Tustin Shoutout mike his one of the best and most friendly employee I've ever met

Sharkey was so nice and accommodating, as well as very professional and knowledgeable. : ) Vaping is new for me and he got me set up and ready to go. He took extra time in explaining everything, which I'm very appreciative of. I will definitely be back, and they had an excellent selection of vapes, mods and juices compared to some of the other places I've been perusing. : ) Thank you for your patience Sharkey! You're definitely an asset to the business! read more

I love the new location, same terrific owner and staff. Got a tremendous deal on some FUN juice (electric daisy... Powdered sugar strawberries with brown sugar); still highly recommended, still my fave place to vape. read more

Friendly, funny, and knowledgeable staff in a clean and organized shop right in the heart of Tustin. Where else would you even go?

Awesome friendly place. Dog friendly, owner and employees are super down to earth. Awesome products, the newest and the best in vaping products and juice! Definitely a good stop. read more

Poor customer service. The bearded guy behind the counter was busy on a phone call and just expected me and another customer to wait around for him. I personally found it rude as I was on my lunch break crunched on time. read more

Always great service. Legit guys working willing to help and explain. Appreciate the help! Definitely will continue business here.

Probably one of the LARGEST selection of juices and flavors and selection of any cape shop I've tried. Go in and ask for a sample of white cloud one of their juices they distribute... Amazing place great staff! read more

So I come here maybe like 4 times a month-ish and I've never had bad customer service or anything. Everyone is extremely kind and attentive. Usually Peter helps me out and he's a sweety..I brought in my vape one time and it had sand all over it and helped me clean it..this guy with a beard also helps me out (so sorry I forgot your name.. next time I go in I'll definitely ask for his name because he deserves recognition) he's also a sweetheart, always explaining the products to me.. he's like a human vape dictionary lol. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I like their reward points system.. I've received a few discounts which is extremely cool cause not a lot of places do that. The prices are reasonable, I got this marshmellow flavor which was off the hook.. I recommend everyone get it:) I suggest everyone go and check it out its a pretty chill spot read more

Once again vape first had done it again for me, I called in the location asking wanting to get a fix due to me waiting for my snowwolf been mail out which I was not going to wait 2 weeks just to vape, so I called vape first a gentleman answer within the 2th ring he let me know they have a simple vape for less then 50 bucks which I was sold when he said that he said to ask for a mr. Will (the boss man) once I arrive to get the mod and they would also throw in a free juice, so why not with a price like that I told my self "its a bit to good to be true" but after arrive a gentlemen with a long beard (didn't catch his name) help me pick up the mod of my liking and as well set it up and was given the free juice as promise, and I was also able to earn so perka points (new thing they are doing) his customer service was on point very very smart man told me what the pros. Are for the mod all in all I called at 11:40 and walked out the store with a new mod and juice at 12:00 now that was so very fast service and quick...so vape first to you I say thank you for the excellent customer service and mr. Will thank you for the amazing deal I look forward on doing more business with you guys. read more

This place looks kind of unassuming from the outside, but give it a shot and you won't be disappointed. The interior is very well kept, clean, and organized. They have a great juice selection and will be able to point you to other good options if what you're looking for isn't available. read more

Great place really enjoyed the other location. New guys don't know to much but they where honest with me about everything. They didn't try to bs me. One of the only shops I've been to that they where straight with me. I highly recommend coming here thank you guys. read more

Vape First is by far one of the most relaxed vape shops I've ever been to. They're a little far from where I live, but they're definitely worth the trek! I've become a bit of a regular due to the wonderful juice selection and polite staff. They always make sure every customer is satisfied and finds just what they're looking for. They're dog-friendly as well! I love to bring my little corgi with me when I come in. Everyone always plays with him and welcomes him along with me. In addition, they have very reasonable juice prices and really swell deals on all of their products. Overall, it's definitely a shop to check out. I highly recommend it!! read more

Great selection and service. Always has what I need when I need it. Will make this my go to vape shop.

This place is a joke...bought a product here last week..the employee told me that the product i bought was rechargeable but it wasn't. Another employees told me that he talked with the owner and told me that he would fix the problem. So I can back..and the owner didn't fix it. Since it's a tobacco products that he could not exchange it....they will not give you store credit. All sales is final...this place lies and are a bunch of a$$hole. If you want to buy a vape...go somewhere else.. I want to warn you guys...also the owner don't care if you come back or not...their promise is worthless and I trust a cobra more than them read more

This is not a review on their selection and expertise in vaping and vaping products. They do an excellent job in explaining product details and will guide you through when purchasing your vaping products. This one star review is on their under developed customer service. Do not expect any service from them if your products are defected. I had an issue with the IPV Mini II model. They will send you off on your way telling you to go through product warranty services. When I arrived there to talk to him about the issues, he didn't look at the product carefully enough before he made the decision that it was not Vape First responsibility. He sent me off my way by suggesting I just buy a new model they just got pushing some "employee discount" bullshit. To make things worst, they didn't even carry the specific model anymore. They said it would be different case if they carried the model but unfortunately that was not the case. - Mediocre customer service - Try somewhere else if you're making big purchases. They could careless what happens after you purchase from them. read more

Kurt is awesome, super friendly and always knows what to recommend! Been going to vape first for 5 years now and will always go!

"VAPE FIRST EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY!" This Vape facility is just over the top phenomenal! I am so astonished with each and every professional staff member at this store! I truly and sincerely, highly recommend"ANYONE" looking into experiencing vaping to go to this remarkable store! I have dealt with nearly every staff employee, and also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, William.. I simply cannot express how much my visits we're so extremely enjoyable regarding this pure quality facility! I have been treated with the highest respects each time I have visited.. I am somewhat new to vaping.. Yet, with all of my questions, each individual took their time to explain to me in the greatest details their answers.. Their knowledge of their products absolutely made me completely understand all and everything that I perceived as uneducated.. THIS TEAM IS BEYOND MAGNIFICENT!
