How fun and easy was it to pick a pair of jogging pants in the color and size I wanted, grey and large size. Two weeks later the pants came to my house, but the size was XL. That is strange? I thought I ordered Large? The order says XL. I tried to contact Customer Service. I had to google it because the number is not on their website. My first calls were greeted with AI. She said it was off hours, so I called in the morning. She still said it was off hours. I told her, "That is impossible. It is 11:00 am in California. She said that I was correct but now she says they are busy. She asked me to leave my number and I did. No one ever called me back. I decided to go to their store and return them. I went to the store, and the sales rep says that they don't have my color choice. No problem, let's just order a new pair online. He checked and "They are all out of those pants in my size online!" No more large, so I am thinking that is why I got XLarge instead of Large? but I can't prove this. Okay, credit me and I will pick another style of pants. The problem is the store jogger pants are now $110 and not on sale. That is okay because I have $29 left on my gift card. The sales person, very nice, verified I had $29 left on my gift card. The problem is where is that money? It is not on my account. It is nowhere in their system. It is gone. Look, there is the proof that I still have $29 left. He agreed with me, but gave me Customer Service. Simple solution, let's just call them right now? No, he said they won't do anything right away. It will take days for them to issue a new gift card and mail it to me. I gave up on my $29 and this company at that moment. They took my money. Everything I just told you is true. There is something not right here. When I purchase something with an Amazon gift card, the balance stays on my account, so I can use it later. This is true with other companies, but not Vuori. Their customer service is more of a hassle than the money I lost. No one ever returned my call. I could never find a time when they are open. Be careful with online gift cards here.

Disappointing Customer Service…read more I've been shopping at the Levi's store at Irvine Spectrum almost every weekend, so I'm very familiar with the store and usually enjoy stopping by to see what's on sale. During my recent visit, a bald male employee asked me, "Have you been here last weekend?" I said yes and mentioned that I'm there almost every weekend. He then asked if I was looking for something in particular. I said that I usually come in to see if I can find something on sale, and his response was, "Not this store." I honestly found the comment unnecessary and very unwelcoming. As a regular customer, that's not the kind of interaction I expect when walking into a store. There are much better ways to communicate with customers without making them feel like they're being pushed away. I hope management addresses this because one employee's attitude can easily turn away a loyal customer. I'll definitely think twice before coming back. 8/8/26 @ 10am.

They didn't greet their customers or offer to assist anyone there because they were probably just too busy talking among themselves. Hollister as a store for young teenagers is a great place to shop, however the management really needs to up and make sure their staff save their socializing for break time.

i was at urban outfitters at the irvine spectrum a couple weeks ago with my daughter, and i just…read morereally wanted to take a second to recognize bella who was working in the dressing room. my daughter was having one of those days. she was scream-crying nonstop, and i was so overwhelmed and overstimulated that i was honestly on the verge of tears myself. i was already feeling stressed and embarrassed, and bella was just so kind about everything. she gave us a bigger dressing room, offered to grab me whatever sizes i needed, and was genuinely so patient, friendly, and pleasant the entire time. she never made me feel like my daughter was bothering her or like i was being an inconvenience. she actually made me feel comfortable in a moment when i really didn't. as a single mom, sometimes even something as simple as going shopping can feel like a whole ordeal, especially when your toddler is losing it lol. having someone show you that little bit of kindness when you're already overwhelmed means more than people probably realize. i don't know if bella will ever know how much that interaction meant to me, but she really made a hard day a little easier. i'm very grateful for her kindness and wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves.

I've been shopping at this store for at least a decade and it's been interesting to see how it's changed over the years. I feel like it for sure appeals to a younger generation now, but the prices have gone up a ton, while I think the quality has gone down. However, I usually am drawn to the accessories and cosmetic sections. The staff were somewhat non-existent at this store though. The location is large, so it took awhile to seek someone out, and I often found myself going to the cash register area, because it seemed like no one was on the floor. It doesn't help either that there is no uniform of any kind (even if it was just that they all wore a pattern or type of clothing, doesn't all have to match). Maybe I've just outgrown the store!? Like I mentioned, I still think they have some nice accessories and cool gift ideas!
