I came in for fun sandals for the summer and ended up getting athletic shoes and custom inserts instead. HAHAHA. They had a good variety of brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, HOKA, and Skechers all in one place. The staff was friendly and patient while helping customers look for sizes and explaining different comfort options. Granted it wasn't busy when I went after work but all the staff members came by several times to see if I needed help. That was so nice. I also liked that they carry supportive footwear and shoe orthotics/custom insole options for extra comfort, which is great if you spend a lot of time walking or standing which is what I do for work. Parking was very convenient since the store is located in a shopping center with a large shared parking lot, so finding a spot was easy even during busy hours.

A couple of the kids were complaining of their feet hurting which as everyone knows, painful feet puts a huge damper on your experience. Crocs at Irvine Spectrum, is located close to Dave n Busters as you're heading towards The Cheesecake Factory. Once we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who told us about the specials and gave us coupons for extra discounts. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. There are so many Crocs to choose from, ranging in style and colors. There is a definitely a shoe for everyone. Personalizing with jibbits makes them even better. I have no complaints really...except that the store needs more places to sit for fittings. There was only one little spot close to the back room. If we wanted to get up and grab other shoes, we couldn't leave our stuff there because other buyers would have no place to try on theirs. If staff needed to get by, we were in their way, so it was an odd place to be. Note for online orders, returns or exchanges. I called and confirmed that you can do them in store, however, be sure you are aware. They do not carry everything that the online store offers. So exchanges will be limited. I am already scouting my next pair. Crocs, are super comfy shoes I can walk in for a long time without breaking the bank. That's a win win if you ask me. They couldn't understand that paying more than what the 2 items I was purchasing cost was not a discount. Disappointing Customer Service…read more I've been shopping at the Levi's store at Irvine Spectrum almost every weekend, so I'm very familiar with the store and usually enjoy stopping by to see what's on sale. During my recent visit, a bald male employee asked me, "Have you been here last weekend?" I said yes and mentioned that I'm there almost every weekend. He then asked if I was looking for something in particular. I said that I usually come in to see if I can find something on sale, and his response was, "Not this store." I honestly found the comment unnecessary and very unwelcoming. As a regular customer, that's not the kind of interaction I expect when walking into a store. There are much better ways to communicate with customers without making them feel like they're being pushed away. I hope management addresses this because one employee's attitude can easily turn away a loyal customer. I'll definitely think twice before coming back. 8/8/26 @ 10am.
